Beware- They did not honor their warranty with us. It's been over 8 months that we've had leaking damage for the third time . They came out and inspected and patched but still have not fixed the interior damage. They said they would. They continue to ignore our calls. Christian is the owner and he does not follow through. Do not trust them. The work is not quality. This was the third time we have had leaking problems since the roof was installed. They will just ignore you until you stop contacting them. We have contacted them about 30 times and have left multiple messages. No one is at their location listed either. This is a very shady company.

3 years after getting a new roof, this is the experience.
-Sep 2019: Very responsive, but was interacting with a new sales agent. He accidentally does the garage roof when specifically asked not to. Something on the roof was leaking, which they promptly fixed. Roof looks good and no longer leaks.
-Summer 2022: A few shingles have come off due to the normal summer storms. After 2-3 emails and 2 phone calls, I have been unable to get a response about fixing the shingles under their 3-year workmanship warranty. They have, however, been very good at sending emails requesting google reviews.

Overall, I wouldn’t discourage working with NMRP. Generally speaking, they want to do a good job. The administrative execution could use some work (based on my 2019/current warranty question experience)

NM Roof Pros employs top notch installers who help make scheduling of projects realistic, manageable and reliable. Very key to successful construction project managment.

We live a far distance from Grants which was discussed before the young man came out to do the estimate. First off he didn't follow the specific directions and got lost. When he came he seemed very professional. He convinced us to do the house, garage and the barn. He made us believe he would be working with the insurance company to get us the most money. He didn't sent the bid to the adjuster as promised. The bid he sent to me showed only the $ amount. There was no breakdown of the costs. I asked for this information to be sent to me but we still have not received anything from them, not even a call to say they aren't interested in doing the job.

Dmitri and his crew were outstanding! They started the job early and finished on time. They cleaned up every area of our property. Dmitri did a walk-through after the roof was finished and took the time with me to make sure I was satisfied with the job. Which I was! Will definitely recommend him and NM Roofing Professionals to all my neighbors!

We have used NMRP twice, for two separate houses. The roofs look great and are holding up perfectly. The team was efficient and cleaned up perfectly. They did such a great job. Christian is easy to communicate and work with, responsive and professional. I highly recommend them.

I had several leaks and New Mexico Roofing Professionals came and determined that I had hail damage. They helped with the insurance process and helped me get the repairs covered completely by the insurance company! They replaced my roof and did a great job and were ver professional throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend.

From getting a quote to final installation, NM Roofing Pros only took ten days! So if you arrange your homeowners insurance aligned with this roofer, then you will get the whole roof replacement done in less then two weeks. I had my roof done by this company, first off they did a lousy job, the roof leaked in a couple of days. I contacted Roberto to come back he never did! Come to find he was a contractor for this company, but never reported to the Company that he was doing my job! I then contacted Christian, and he wants to charge to redo the job!! TOTAL FRAUD!! Unfortunately I have to seek the advice of an attorney. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY!! VERY FRAUDULENT!!

I spoke with Reyes re my roof he answered every question no matter how unimportant it was. With all this covid 19 they were careful. They completed the job in 1day. Left my yard clean. They were less expensive then other roofers i called. I highly recommend them.

Calling this company started off really well. Someone came out almost immediately to check out our roof. The house belongs to my son, but I am trying to do the leg work for him while he's at work. They asked if they could meet with him and they were willing to come in the evening. The initial talk went well and they set up another meeting with the guy that works with the insurance company. Again, this meeting went well and they got the insurance adjuster out within a week to look at the roof with the person who would be making up the estimate. (That would be Devin). Well Devin has not gotten back with my son with the estimate, even though my son has text him several times. So disappointed! It's been a couple of weeks now....time to move on and find another roofer!

Having dealt with Christian and his company (New Mexico Roofing Professionals), I was very pleased with the work completed, professionalism of his workers, and especially the follow up he provided in completion and compliance of the work done.

They did a great job!! Did it in one day!! They even reroofed my shed with the extra shingles at no extra charge. I recommend them to anyone looking to repair or replace the roof.

Simply a disaster. We hired them to re-roof our 5000 square-foot home in 2018. I didn’t realize that the owner of the company had only been licensed to roof houses since November 2017. Extremely inexperienced. Christian’s calling card was getting insurance companies to pay for hail damage. It sounded Enticing, except that using them caused more problems then we started with.

Christian could/would not control or direct his hotheaded foreman or crew. The crew was extremely brutal in removing the existing foam roof from our house, and they smashed into our skylights, breaking the plaster interiors in most of them. The owner refused to repair this damage.

Also, the crew ripped up the entire foam roof from our new addition and this was not part of the scope of work.. In doing so, they destroyed all of the electrical wiring underneath the foam. The owner got his brother-in-law electrician to repair the damage. Unfortunately, the power lines for the air-conditioning and our entertainment center had been permanently destroyed, leaving several circuit breakers abandoned on our panel and no power to our air-conditioning unit.

Also, once they had improperly ripped up the good foam roof, they installed TPO but failed to install crickets or create any slope on the new addition whatsoever. Previously, the foam had a slope which drained to all of the scuppers. These guys left the roof completely flat so that rain water created a huge pool until it evaporated.

They broke our kitchen skylight and refuse to replace it.

They installed new scuppers throughout the house, but most of them were improperly done, meaning water leaked down in the wall space, damaging plaster in three different rooms. There were also leaks on our back porch through improperly sealed lighting boxes and in our billiard room add air conditioning vents that were also improperly sealed.. They refused to repair the plaster damage to the interior of the house, the scuppers or the other leaks.

I’ve spent thousands of dollars repairing the scuppers and other leaks and shoring up the shoddy work that they did on numerous penetrations into the roof. It will cost several thousand dollars to install new power / conduit to the non-functioning air-conditioning unit.

New Mexico roofing professionals refused to finish their work or repair the damage that they caused. Instead, they simply stopped responding to my calls. I cannot tell you how much I regret using them.

Very professional and did an awesome job on my roof and drywall work! The work was done quickly and done right! I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a metal roof put on and they did a horrible job. It looks sloppy, bad cuts, nails all over the yard. Zac and Christian said they would come out and look, I haven't heard from them and the text response was that "they are really busy". The roofers let my dogs out, I had to leave work to get them from the point. I'm so disappointed. I'm going to have to go to Court to get my money back.

I guess I got a different crew than the other reviewers. My new metal roof has uneven seams, crooked edges, and bad scratches. They left screws and nails on the ground, on the roof, and in my garage (!) where I let them keep their trailer while they were here. I had my detached garage roof coated rather than replaced, and that looks terrible also - gloppy with missed places even after they supposedly put on two coats and came back to coat the missed places. After one other person coming out that agreed more work needed to be done, they have seemingly stopped. I will have to contact them to ask when they will replace the scratched sections.

This company was great at their job and got everything done in one day and cleaned up after themselves too!!! I would recommend them to friends and family!!
