I didn't expect this, but they also offered to do stuccoing on my house which I greatly needed and the responded with a great job!

Carlos is a great guy. He is knowledgeable, reliable, and easy to work with. He did a great job on my roof.

I waited and waited and waited for two days for Carlos to show up. He rescheduled twice, then said he be at my home in 15 mins. Two hours later, he still never showed up — and this was just for an estimate?!! His assistant called again and said he was his way, but I said forget it . . . can’t even imagine what it would be like once he got our money. Two days of my time were wasted, and never even got an apology. The below reviews seem suspicious and phony - appears this is the way he works according to his assistant - never on time. At the end of the day, my advice is don’t take on what you can’t handle and don’t make false promises —— bad way to do business.

First Carlos didn't show up for a previously set appointment. When I called, I was told their system crashed and they lost all their data (?!) Then Carlos came out (way late, after I'd spent most of the day waiting) and promised to send me a written estimate the following Monday (this was just before Thanksgiving, so I allowed the extra days). Did you hear from him? I didn't! Amazing to see any positive reviews. Not me!

Carlos, the owner, designed a creative and cost effective solution to the traditional “flat roof” problem for my 70 year old, three building apartment complex. Four layers of old roof were removed, a positive pitch installed and then covered with a TPO membrane. Roofing crickets and extra canales were incorporated into the designed as well to facilitate water drainage.

The entire project was completed within the estimated time. They cleaned up every day and were respectful of the tenants.

NM roof experts is the best. Carlos is one of the most honest and professional people I have ever worked with in regards to my home. He was upfront with everything, and did exactly what he said. Work was done quickly and was excellent. His communication throughout the process was outstanding as well. After trying to work with a lot of other "experts" I was lucky to find this company. Was a great and easy experience.

Their work was done quickly, professionally and in a very courteous manner. They not only did it at a very reasonable price, but they did more than what our contact called for. I am very impressed and will use the again for any future roof repairs I might need.
