We had a lot of mold from an upstairs bathroom and then kitek plumbing to replace so lots of ceiling and wall damage. The guys were fantastic. Always on time, kept the mess to a very minimum. This is an excellent local company. The recent big rain caused a leak in our roof and fallen plaster from the ceiling. We called a well known restoration company, which took our information but never called back. Never. Then I noticed that the New Mexico Restoration website said they were open 24 hours. So I called at 9 on a Sunday evening. Daniel answered the phone and promised to come over the next day, which he did. Within a day, his cousin Erick had begun to remove the fallen plaster along with the neighboring wall, which was wet. He then arranged for a mold inspector, who came over within a few days and found mold. Erick immediately began the remediation, which a subsequent and timely inspection found to be successful. The very next day, David and Israel began the rebuild, which was completed in a couple of days. Throughout the process, Erick and the others were conscientious and respectful. They are a young company. They are eager to grow. And they deserve to.

Amazing job from New Mexico Restoration. I called on a Monday after learning about a leak in my rental property. The first man I spoke to told me they could come out the next day to take a look but I guess it didn't get put in the calendar. The next day I spoke to David who apologized for the miss and was able to take a look that afternoon. I got an estimate by Wednesday and work was completed by Friday! Great guys, super communicative and they did a great job. I really appreciate their ability to get the job done so quickly!

I highly recommend New Mexico Restoration. Water damage/mold remediation and reconstruction of walls and floors was required. Daniel and David were very professional and responsive. Their crew was fantastic. Preparing protection of floors before workers began coming in and out. Arriving on time, leaving the area in order when they left, respectful of our presence in the home as work was being done. The reconstruction was perfect. They estimated 2 weeks to finish the project and finished in 2 weeks and 2 days. The extra 2 days was because they had to wait on the results of more air testing.
My husband and I were so happy with their work that we have contracted with them to do an additional project!

We called David and New Mexico Restoration after realizing the guest room of the house we recently purchased had been experiencing water leaks for years - enough to rot framing and the ceiling replaced. Mold everywhere. A really nasty situation. NM Restoration handled it without a blink. I cannot say enough good things. Working with David Rios, President, is a pleasure, as well. He is all about the details.

After about 40 years, my attached greenhouse roof was leaking due to age. Over time, water penetration did considerable structural damage. David Rios provide a reasonable quote and the repair was completed within a week. The work was outstanding and he and his crew were punctual (something rare these days), efficient, and well-versed in the type of work I needed.
