Excellent job and quality work. New roof, gutters, skylights, and even a new roof on my gazebo. Jose and his crew arrived early each day, stayed until late and finished when he said they would. Each day, they spent the last 45 minutes cleaning up around my house. Jose gave a reasonable estimate with no "used car salesman" tactics. Avoid the commissioned salespeople the big companies throw at you and go right to the owner. We're glad we did.

Jose and his crew replaced our whole roof and made repairs during the sale of our home. We had several roofers out to give quotes and Jose was the most thorough and best priced. I highly recommend New Life Roofing. I received a few bids for a new roof and skylights, but I was the most impressed with Jose and knew he would be the best choice after speaking with him. I wasn't looking for the cheapest roof I could find, but rather the most trustworthy, fair, and reliable roofers with a high-level product and service at a competitive price.

Jose is a true professional, and I appreciate that he didn't engage in any high-pressure upselling tactics during the quote process. Instead, he thoroughly explained my choices, the pros and cons of each, and helped me choose the best option for our needs with full transparency. A new roof is a big expense, and his respectful and honest approach reflected that. Another plus is that Jose always makes himself available for your questions, and if he wasn't able to pick up my call, he called me back almost immediately. I was kept well informed about scheduling, rain delays, arrival times, etc. They did a flat roof torch down for me, replaced damaged siding, improved the fitting of flat roof against main house and overall improved my property! They worked continuously and efficiently from the time they arrived until the job was done.

Jose and his team did a wonderful job putting a new roof on our shop! Our prior metal roof would not stop leaking, despite repeated repairs. Jose and his crew came and put an excellent tarp on the old roof until they could come out. They were able to tear off the metal roof and insellation, and install a new plywood and shingle roof in a day and a halfs labor - they were fast and clean up all the waste materials. New Life Roofing removed and replaced our gambrel-roof house’s asphalt shingle roof a couple weeks ago. They did an excellent job. All roof lines are square, the edges metal-lined and corners cut perfectly, no damage to the gutters, and cleanup great. They were here when scheduled and finished when scheduled. I recommend them!

I needed a new deck and my roof extended to prevent future water damage. My deck area is above my garage and requires a waterproof membrane. With as big a job as this I went out to get six different bids. New Life Roofing was not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. The main reason we went with them was a superior product, my confidence in Jose, being local and their reputation. Jose (owner) was very responsive and transparent. He uses Marlarkey (3M) composite shingles, which I found out after considerable reaseach, are very well regarded. It was the quality of his shingles (compared to his competitors) along with the reasonable quote that sold me. He got the job done in 2 days... and that included a number of roof repairs. He was on site all the time. He and his crew clean up the site very well at the end of each day, including power blowing and large magnets to pick up loose nails. I'm so glad we went with New Life.

I called Jose for a leaking roof in the middle of the rainy season. He replied within the hour and schedule an investigation and estimate the next business day. He provided a very reasonable estimate and schedule the work for the following week. He showed up exactly on time and completed the work in just 5 hours keeping me advised the entire time. I was in Japan when my house sitter said the roof was leaking. It was veterans weekend and everyone was off for 3 days. I was able to contact Jose from New Life Roofing and he was at my house within the hour. He found that the flashing around my wood stove was ripped. He was able to fix it immediately.
Since I was in Japan, I couldn’t pay him. He was kind enough to allow me to pay upon my return. I would use New Life Roofing anytime I needed a roof repair. He was great!

Jose came to my house on short notice, on a Saturday, made a trip to a roofing supply store and fixed a leak in my roof ahead of the rain that was predicted for later in the day!

Good work: new roof, gutters, skylight covers, and replaced siding on chimney. Added in replacing facia boards that showed rot after old gutters were removed. Cleanup was very good. Sub-contractor for gutters was just as good.
All work completed in the estimated window (2-3 days for roof, etc; a few hours for gutters done a couple days later).

Very pleased with Jose and his team. They are hard workers and certainly exceeded my expectations. Everyone who has seen the roof comments on how great it looks. I had been putting off this project and was going to wait until spring. Jose's bid and promise of completing it in early October changed my mind. We are contemplating selling this property and downsizing. If we decide to build, I will hire - without hesitation - Jose and his team to do the roof and gutters.

I had Jose and his crew replace my leaking skylights, install a ridge cap on all of my roofs peaks, and replace flashing around my fireplace vent. They were very professional and did a great job, the skylights look amazing and they were very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. I will definitely be using them again if I have any more roof issues.

Jose and team were great, they worked so fast to get our roof up. I asked him to take extra care with our old, leaky chimney and he assessed and added some extra flashing. We have little kids and I asked him about cleanup, he took a thorough approach to cleaning up all the debris, including the nails and very sharp metal snippings from the flashing.
