The contractor "New Life Contracting LCC" performed an awesome job replacing the siding at my residence. The Owner, Tytus Caldwell met with my Insurance Adjuster, decided on a cost, Tytus, then had a contractor on site and arranged to remove the aluminum siding & replace it with vinyl siding all within one day. The removing contractor came back on the second day to cleanup, review their work, apply caulking where needed. & removed all extra materials. Tytus was on site throughout the experience. At the outset, he further explained the process to me covering the Insurance, the siding removal & application, & the final inspection. Communication Was outstanding. Couldn't have been more pleased.

Michael and Tytus went several extra miles seeing through our claim. They gathered photo evidence, were with the inspectors each time they came out, and handled numerous calls for adjustments. Their crew were highly motivated and skilled. My wife and I couldn’t be happier!!

We had a storm come through that did a bit of damage to our roof. Tytus inspected it and worked with my insurance to ensure that everything went smoothly with the adjuster. We were able to get our roof replacement covered through insurance and Tytus even worked with them to get the wood replaced as well to bring it up to code.
His crew was also amazing. They were quick and efficient and got it done ahead of when we expected. My roof looks amazing!

Tytus was awesome throughout the entire experience. We had some siding damage from the storm and he made sure to keep me and my family updated throughout the entire ordeal.

Tytus inspected the roof and determined it was damaged and needed replaced. He helped connect me with my home insurance company and was there when the roof inspector came out. Once the insurance company approved the roof replacement Tytus and his team were worked quickly on the replacement. All throughout the process he was professional and a very timely communicator. Roof replaced in one day and paid for by insurance company minus deductible. I recommend Tytus and his team.

I got my roof replaced by New Life Contracting company. It took only couple weeks to get it all done, from start to finish. I had to pay only my deductible and that’s it. They did all the hard work of talking to my insurance company and getting the approval on the full roof replacement.
