With the bad weather we had just a couple days ago, we discovered that water was leaking down into one of our bedrooms. We called Jordan Smith and he was out here the next day to take a look at it. He did a thorough inspection and was able to fix our problem right there on the spot. He also went above and beyond and gave out recommendations for upkeep, answered all of our questions and offered services to help better protect our home. I would highly recommend you use Jordan and his company for your roofing needs.

After suffering through an absolutely horrible roof replacement a couple of years ago with another company, I was recently horrified to find a new leak. I called several roofing companies only to receive a constant runaround of no-shows and broken commitments. Jordan from New Leaf Roofing has restored my trust in roofers. He showed up on time, took the time to inspect my entire roof, even went into the attic to inspect. He quickly diagnosed all the problems, took pictures, and gave me a couple of options, from patching the roof to a complete replacement. When I told him I only wanted a repair at this time, he did not try to sell me a new roof. He explained every step he would take and answered every question I had. When it was time to do the repair, he showed up when he said he would and took care of it. What more can someone ask from a roofer? New Leaf Roofing has my business going forward.

I would definitely recommend and use New Leaf Roofing again. Jordan Smith, the owner, was very responsive and made sure all of my questions were answered before replacing my roof due to hail damage. The work completed was high quality and the crew made sure everything stayed clean throughout the install. I did not find a single nail in my yard after the work was complete. Jordan called me back right away (on a Saturday evening) even though they were closed at the time... He came out exactly when he said he would, brought with him an awesome and very experienced roofing man and did and absolutely incredible job replacing roofing (perfect color match) flashing and some rotted sheathing.
My leak is fixed and the work Jordan and his team did looks amazing - better than new.

My husband and I bought our house site unseen while he is deployed overseas. It’s been a stressful process as I moved myself and my daughter from Kentucky to Texas. Jordan Smith has been my go to guy for years, he is professional, his crew provides excellent quality service, and the clean up is amazing. Having young kids, I appreciate how his crew and Jordan pick up after themselves after a job. Price wise, they were extremely competitive as well and no short cuts were taken. I can't praise Jordan enough for bailing me out a few years ago when I needed emergency roof repair. This is why when it came time to replace my roof last month I immediately thought to call New Leaf. They did an incredible job addressing my main areas of concern like ensuring a clean job with no nails left behind, and making a ridge vent possible despite the complexity of my roof. But perhaps my favorite thing about working with Jordan is that he is genuinely a good person that truly cares about his customers and he showed it every time. Jordan looked at my insurance estimate to get the measurements and to ensure the insurance company paid the correct amount. New Leaf Roofing was recommended by a friend who vetted the company, its employees and the owner “Jordan Smith”. I called on a late Thursday afternoon and Jordan Smith was at my house at 9:30 the next morning. Jordan was extremely professional, he spent a lot of time inspecting the roof, took multiple pictures, and measurements. The next day Saturday, he sent me a detailed email of all the issues we discussed. The following Monday Jordan Smith and his team/crew were on site and started the job. The whole team is professional and very friendly. The price was reasonable and the work was exceptional. Finally, after the work was completed they went all around the property with a magnetic metal detector to pick up any stray nails. I would highly recommend New Leaf Roofing and especially Jordan Smith.

Cameron and Jordan replaced roofs on 2 of my homes after the last big hail storm blew thru Frisco and Little Elm last spring. They were very professional, worked great with my insurance companies and did great, high quality workmanship. I am writing this review because my review of New Leaf Roofing on their Facebook page was intentionally DELETED. How nice ( rude & unprofessionally ) to delete negative reviews and keep only good ones. I gave New Leaf Roofing 2 stars on their Facebook page and they responded by saying my review and personal Facebook account was a fake. I definitely hope they don’t attempt to claim this review is a fake or CREATE FALSE GOOGLE ACCOUNTS . I have attached 2 photos.

On March 9th around 1130 am, I spoke to the owner ( Jordan) and asked to get a estimate for my roof. The first question asked by Jordan was to see my insurance estimate. Shouldn't a good, honest, reliable roofer look at my roof first BEFORE looking to see how much my insurance is going to pay????? I have a large deductible and many roofing companies will not make much money off of me. I was a little skeptical and unsure but I went ahead and made a appointment with Jordan the same day, March 9th at 5 pm. After our phone conversation, I emailed him a copy of my insurance estimate that he requested. He never showed up. No phone call. No text. Nothing. Around 530 pm, I called Jordan and asked if he was still coming. Jordan didn't sound shocked nor surprised that he missed a appointment. He stated he was working on something and overlooked my appointment. His excuse was he had grease all over himself and was embarrassed to be seen. Jordan offered to come by the next day and assess my roof. I made a appointment for the next day but decided to cancel.

From this experience and my first impression, I would not recommend New Leaf Roofing.
