We hired them to build us a pole barn and handle all the details, They Hired a subcontractor to do the work subcontractor showed up without the heavy equipment needed to do the work had to assist the contractor in doing the work. We thought we were paying them to handle oversee and inspect the project which they did not. And had to supply our own equipment to assist the subcontractor. And did not even compensate us for our time and use of our equipment.
