The first two repairs he did were on on residential properties but He has since done 6 commercial properties for us and his work is always excellent. Fernando surpassed all expectations, he has installed 30t roofs for my father. Recently finished an 8 month renovation on my 100 year old house. He excelled in demo, foundation repair, new build, custom anything. I am constantly amazed by his professionalism, communication, skills. He would be the only contractor to call, whether your vision is small or large. I will be be calling back for phase 2 and 3, Highly recommended!
