We had a lot of water under the house that required a lot of excavating to get not 1 but 2 sump pumps placed and trenches dug! BEWARE!!! I was charged $150 up front for being "out of their service area" and was then quoted an outrageous price ($4500) for a rather simple crawlspace dig out. Their excuse: we have to wear special outfits to do the work and haul off the dirt. EVERY other company I got a quote from said this was a lie and I should only be charged labor costs. I even wanted the dirt put IN MY OWN BACK YARD!!! The next highest quote I got was for $2000. So, be prepared to be screwed out of $150 if you are "out of their service area". I feel like that's all they wanted out of me and my family was that $150 fee. Such a sleazy way to do business.

Great experience. I agreed to replace/install new vapor barrier for house sale. YCSG were great on the phone, super prompt, good price, polite, very thorough. They even repaired any damaged screens in the vents! I would not hesitate to use this crew again.

I know they took photos, but they never sent them , so including one I took.

Used Crawl Space guys in 2022, I was 6 months into my new home purchase and the previous owner didn't install the sump pump correctly. The vapor barrier was a mess and my house had 16" of standing water during a heavy rain in the crawl space. They came in the next spring, trenched the crawl space, dug a sump well, put an appropriate sized sump pump in. It happens to be under my bedroom floor. I hear it kick on during the winters and I sleep better for it. Their work was perfection, they were easy to schedule and work with. Their crew is friendly and they left my house in perfect condition, especially considering the only access to my crawl space is in the house, and they had to remove the old muddy vapor barrier through this access. They added a second crawl space access I requested in a hall closet and I've checked the crawl space during some heavy down pours, no flooding. So thankful for their quick and reliable work.

Colton came today for a free inspection. The problem statement was that there was slight movement in the kitchen area when walking. I was concerned about any structural issues. Colton did an inspection and confirmed that there are no concerns structurally and it’s a matter of plywood subfloor flexing. He insisted that even if an additional support post was added, the flexing would still be there. He was very honest and did not want to quote for work that is not needed. I am amazed by the honesty of Colton and would recommend Crawlspace Guys to anyone

We had an uncharacteristic smell coming from the crawl space and were concerned about possible mold/dead critters in there. Colton arrived on time, put his suit/mask on and went into the crawl space, and luckily did not find anything unusual, it was completely dry. He was very efficient, polite, thoughtful and declined to be compensated for his efforts. We appreciate the professionalism this company demonstrated and we appreciate Colton. Thank you!!

From the original quote to completion of the job every aspect was best in class. Responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, and Professional. I just bought a house in December, and I swear to GOD every dang company I have contracted with to either a. clean roof and gutters b. HVAC system and vent cleaning c. Painters d. Flooring installers ETC ETC THEY HAVE ALL been so subpar with their work I have had to call every one of them back to finish the job. I have lost so much damn hair in the last 30 days it's unreal. Crawl Space Guys are THE ONLY company who stepped up, kept it professional, and STOOD by their promise of legendary customer service. Their work was fantastic, and their staff represented them extremely well!

The crew was professional and hardworking. They arrived early, started immediately and moved quickly. While cleaning up, they gave friendly advice for things that needed attention.

After installing two sump pumps and new vapor barrier beneath our 22 yr. old home, one of the pumps became disconnected from the PVC drain pipe after a freeze and low temps. This happened on Christmas Eve. CSG was closed, so we repaired it ourselves since the pump and sensor were working. CSG called me back after reopening to follow up. I explained what happened and how we fixed it. Spencer offered to not only reimburse for the hose fittings we purchased, but the check included a bit for our labor! What business understands real Customer services, Your Crawl Space Guys DOES! Gestures like this for a past customer is unheard of these days! This makes us a long time customer when it comes to issues beneath our home. They did right by us! We added two rubber couplers to the PVC pipe attached to the floor joists, to help lessen the noise we heard inside the house. It helped deaden the pump noise and when I shared this information and pictures of the couplers with Spencer, he was receptive to implementing this into new jobs. We knew we needed help dealing with water in our crawlspace. The wet, dank, smelly air at the opening was a dead giveaway.
Luke, from CrawlSpace Guys in McMinnville, put his years of expertise on the project. We would need ditches, pipes and two sump pumps.
We figured we'd end up with quite a bit of cleanup after the job was finished.
Boy, were we wrong.
Garrett, Asa, Brandon, Adolfo, Junior and Pumba spent hours taking care of everything.
Great job! But, most amazing was the extreme effort they went to making sure our house wasn't left messy...lined everything with plastic film properly taped in place, removing materials in bags, and then the final cleanup! Even taking care to wipe any clay mud spots that got past the plastic.
We were left with very little touching up to do.
And we hear the sump going to work already.
We highly recommend CrawlSpace Guys if you need help addressing problems under your house.

Their crew showed up on time, tarped off the walls and floors going from the truck to the crawlspace door and said they’d be done around 2pm. They got right to work and sure enough, they were done at 2.
They showed us the completed work with photos and videos.
They pulled out the old vapor barrier, dug trenches on 3 sides of the house, put in a sump pump and placed new vapor barrier.
Their crew works great together too. Young guys that seem to love their job and love working with each other.

We needed to replace the vapor barrier and remove the insulation from under the house. There was also some water in the crawl space. This was all fixed for us very quickly. These guys are great, very responsive and do an excellent job. We were very impressed and would highly recommend using this company.

I had hired this company a few years back to fix the crawl space drainage and install a sump pump on my new move in. I was unhappy at first because I had to have some pillars under the house replaced and when it happened my floor in the kitchen ended up with mounds in the floor (slightly raised sections) I was upset but then realized they did what they had to do and the reason for the raise section was because the people who installed the floors did so on rotten beams that most likely were soft and sunk with the weight of the floor. Fast forward a year or two and I called them back because I couldn't hear my pump going off anymore. The guy came over and realized there was some stuff that didn't get done right the first time and so they came back to fix it at no charge 2 years later! Then, the morning of the appointment 3 young men, Garrett, Asa, and Brandon, came over and not only were they professional as you can get, but they were polite, efficient, clean, and I am very happy with the service so thank you gentleman!

Used them to replace termite-damaged sections of crawl space joists. Also jacked up the house to replace a damaged section of the sill plate. They did a great job.

We had Your Crawl Space Guys dig trenches for a gravity fed drainage system in our crawl space. Very pleased!

I’ve left multiple voicemails for this company with a time sensitive issue related to a closing I have and have heard absolutely nothing back after three days. I can only imagine how bad the experience would’ve been if they actually replied. Who doesn’t want new business? Don’t bother leaving a vm, they won’t call you back.

We used Your Crawlspace Guys to jack up our house and add proper supports to part of our home and to add a vapor barrier. They worked hard and did an amazing job!

When I bought my house back in 2020 I found out that I needed some foundational work done on my peer-post-beam structure. I was recommended to call The Crawl Space Guys from a family friend who lives in McMinnville and recognized this local company. I expressed an urgency to get this done as we were in contract and getting accurate information of the homes condition was extremely time sensitive.

The next day The Guys came out to take a look and give a proper assessment of the work needed done. They inspected the crawlspace, took photos and showed it to me and reviewed the inspection report. They offered a very competitive offer onsite before they left that day. I was very impressed with how personable, professional and down-to-earth the guys were.

Within a week after obtaining the keys to my new home The Crawl Space Guys came in with a large crew and did the following in two days:
Installed insulation around all my water pipes,
Cleaned out of the Crawlspace of rodent debris and fallen down insulation, Installed water vapor barrier across entire Crawlspace,
Replaced all rotted beams,
Installed a small access door,
Added crawl space vents around perimeter of house,
Demoed Beetle/termite damage on rim joist
Installed new rim joist and framing.

Their work was of high quality, quick, competitively priced, and at all times respectful of my home and me. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. I would give them a 5+ star rating! Hands down The Crawl Space Guys is a great company to hire for your foundation or Crawlspace needs.

We had 4 guys come install a sump pump, new plastic, and drainage pipe in our crawlspace today. They made quick work of the job and went on about their business leaving behind a large mess in and around my house. My floors were muddy, the walls and door jams were smeared with mud, my cat house has mud on it, my front walkway, yard and sidewalk has clumps of mud and razor blades were left laying around outside. Most of this was remedied with some elbow grease, cleaner and about an hour and a half worth of work but that’s not the point. I will be charged almost $5000 for a job and they left my home a mess.

It would also be nice if they mentioned in their quote that an electrician will come at a later date to finish the project. We assumed all the work would be completed on the same day. It wasn’t until my husband questioned if everything was done that we were told the pump isn’t wired in yet.

From the first phone call to the last house call my experience with Your Crawl Space Guys was top-notch. They came out to do a quote on a drainage issue, possible insulation work, and possible foundation work. I had gotten an extensive quote from another company and ended up getting a few “second” opinions. What I really liked about the quote from Your Crawl Space Guys was that even though they do insulation and foundation work and they knew we had a company recommend both, in addition to the drainage project, they were honest and said that neither of those things needed to be done; saving me thousands of dollars!

I also enjoyed the banter and singing of the crew while they worked… they even took a request and sang me happy birthday! It took an extra visit or two to complete the job but they were very responsive and even replaced the ventilation fans for quieter ones at no additional charge when I inquired about the noise level.

"Your Crawl Space Guys" dug out our very tight crawl space. They were GREAT! Timely and kept me informed on the progress. They were honest in the assessment of the need for replacement of peer blocks. (They didn't need to be replaced! YAY!) The attribute I appreciated the most, is that they seemed to enjoy working with each other! I would recommend this business!!

I'm extremely upset with the work that the Crawlspace Guys did. They were supposed to be waterproofing my basement. I have about 4 cracks and one section where the cinderblocks have actually separated about 4 inches from each other. They were supposed to do a combination of epoxying and mortaring. When I was getting a quote, they talked about digging down below the ground line to epoxy/mortar on the outside. When they got here, they didn't do any digging until I asked them, then they dug down maybe 2 inches. I emailed several times before they came out to ask for a phone call to talk through everything (because my big concrete steps are in the way of the major cinderblocking that they needed to mortar) but they only responded with email, then when they were here they didn't move the steps to seal from the outside, and they did a poor job of sealing from the inside. Although they were nice at first, when I tried to talk through my concerns, they were somewhat condescending. Can't believe I'm paying these people for such poor quality work that I could have easily done myself. Don't make my same mistake.

These guys are top notch! They fit us into their schedule, so we could get our home repairs completed on time. They came to our house on a holiday, and did more than we had asked for.

We found their price to be pretty high for the work completed. At the conclusion of the work, there was basically no followup except a call for payment. They left without saying goodbye, and there was no pictures shown of the completed work. That said, the work that we can see, appears to be done well.
