New Era Spray Foam is top notch. Jesse and his crew delivered superior service and I couldn’t be happier with the product. They were on time, professional, and very eager to please. I definitely recommend New Era over any competitors.

If you see this company parked and ready to spray the roof of a building, move your vehicle a block away because the employees wont bother letting anyone know they'll be spraying and damage your car. On 09/22/22 they pretty much sprayed the whole parking lot of the roof next door they were spraying along with some of my coworkers cars. I'm sure they saw the damage and the following day, they blocked off the area thinking they were going to get away with it. I called and told Joseph what happened and he said they will clean my car that week. Two months later, I asked for the owner (Robert Tolleen) and told him what happened and still waiting to get my car cleaned but didn't seem to care, he just told me he would see what he could do and would call me back. Surprise surprise, he never called back (not even an apology). I got my car cleaned 12/16/22.
You gotta make sure you train your employees correctly, pal. They sure are costing you money to get all those cars cleaned and a bad review.

We had our roof at Rosas Cantina spray foamed by Rob and his crew. Everyone was very professional and more importantly completed the job in a timely manner. Our new roof has made a world of difference with the indoor temperatures as well as on our heating and cooling bills. I highly recommend this company if you’re in search of a new roof.

The owner George, hit my truck and damaged it. Promised he would take care of the damage either with insurance or himself. His insurance denied the claim and now I have to pay out of pocket. I am currently without transportation and need to provide for my family. This man has no word.

after being let down buy a previous company I was in a pinch and needed a foam installation crew fast I was from out of town the sheetrock Supply Company I was using mentioned New Era foam I was feeling good about it from the moment I first started talking to their salesman but I really felt good about it but I really started feeling good when their Crews showed up on my job on time and the lead man was explaining to his two helpers what they needed to do I thought to myself I wish I had him working for me then he asked me a question about my furnace that we were using beta suggestion as to it needing to be enclosed I called my AZ representative they all heartedly agreed at a problem I didn't know I had was solved instantly this is a very first class company doing first class work I have been building homes for 30 plus years so I know a good company when I see one I wholeheartedly recommend them I got a fair price and first class work sincerely John Travis owner at Lonestar specialty

New Era Spray Foam has restored our faith in roofers. What an amazing, thorough, and professional experience. Rob was friendly and took his time explaining every step. He took pictures and texted them to us when we were away. Worked with us on problems he encountered and we now feel very secure finally! Clean up was beautiful too!

We had new roof sprayed with foam only 6 years ago, a company with a lower bid. Big mistake. Leaks and never satisfied w the quality of the work. WE called every year to have them inspect for trouble and they said all was fine. Air conditioner ducts leaked etc.

Rob answers his phone and gets back to you in a timely manner as it should be. Live and learn. Glad to have finally found the peace we were hoping for!
