No confien es estos mecanicos, si yo pudiera les daria -5 estrellas son buenos para cobrar y hacen el trabajo muy mal te cobran piezas nuevas y no las ponen completas solo ponen la parte para que te muevas me repararon un fan cloutch y en menos de 24 horas ya estaba dañado y lo cobaron como nuevo y no dan garantia de su trabajo mal servicio

Do not go to this workshop under any circumstances. They are very despotic and rude with their customers and offer extremely high prices. And if that were not enough, they put in parts that they claim are new, but they turn out to be used and in poor condition. They do not respond to the guarantees. The best recommendation is not to use this workshop.

I used New England Truck Center to move my toolboxes from Concord NH to Exeter NH. The driver Jon Wall was awesome through the whole process. I have over 60k in tools as I’m a mechanic and my tools keep food in my son’s mouth and a roof over his head. Jon was very fast, professional, detailed and kind. I appreciate his expertise and smooth relocation of my tool boxes! Thank you so much! New England Truck Center will continue to receive my business/referrals.

I recently needed my Tesla electric car removed from my garage and transported to Peabody, MA for service. My car was locked and, without a functioning battery, I was unable to get inside of it. I called New England Truck Center today and they were here in about one hour. Their driver, Jon Wall, quickly and efficiently figured everything out and loaded it onto his car carrier and then delivered it to Tesla for repair. I tried several other local towing companies but they informed me that they did not deal with issues involving Tesla electric cars. Overall, New England Truck Center was prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them, without reservation, to anyone facing a similar issue. (Will Ralph)
UPDATE 1/30/25 - The driver, Jon Wall, noticed that the dealership misplaced a part I provided for them to install which he subsequently found on the ground several days after delivering my vehicle. He took the initiative to pick it up and go out of his way and deliver it to my home. That's what I call "going the extra mile". Thanks for being such a conscientious employee, Jon. I am beyond disappointed with New England truck center.One of their own employees openly admitted that they’re told to do half-assed jobs because management doesn’t care about doing things the right way! Are you serious? How is this acceptable? It’s insulting to customers who are paying for quality and to the employees who clearly want to do better but are being held back by lazy, incompetent leadership.

This kind of attitude shows a complete lack of respect for both the workers and the people they serve. If this is how they operate, I’ll never recommend them or use their services again. JJ and Ryan should be fire if they don’t get their act together—this is unacceptable!

My son was involved in a head on MVA. David was prompt at picking up vehicle, very courteous upon pick up too. Then when we called to get the vehicle, he was kind and accommodating for the time we were available for pick up. David and Stacey promptly and efficiently gave the receipt for the Auto Insurance. They were able to quickly get that receipt to us via text or email. David helped soothe the worried nerves of a Mother by speaking calmly to me. I encourage all to us their services!!!!!

Today’s October 11, 2024 it’s a Friday and I was driving down 93 south getting on route 101 and one of these trucks hauling a piece of equipment heavy industrial equipment with flying down 93 going probably 80 miles an hour because I was going 73 and he flew by me in a blink of an eye. I don’t understand why these trucks feel the need to go that fast. All it takes is a second and an accident occurs and somebody can be killed what these companies don’t understand about that is beyond my understanding. Being in the Transporation business for 24 years, I see the accidents every single day. That big hauling something that heavy does not need to go that fast. All these trucks should be GPS.’d

We were traveling home from Essex Junction Vt. and our car broke down in Exeter NH. We called NETC to inquire about a tow to Westbrook Me (1 1/2 hours away). Dave was our hero - It was Sunday of Labor Day weekend so we weren't even sure that we would locate someone. He towed our vehicle safely and he was the most personable person, so nice and we even had some small world acquaintances which was interesting. Thank you NETC for helping us out and providing a great service.

I accidentally locked myself out of my car at the car wash and Exeter and the staff at New England Truck Center were kind enough to come over and help me get my car unlocked. I am so grateful for them. Great people and awesome service!

Due to a significant coolant leak we were disabled in a campground with our 43 foot diesel pusher motorhome. One thing you dread is having your huge motorhome towed. New England Truck Center was able to send out a heavy duty wrecker and Nathan. Nathan immediately inspired confidence. He assessed the situation and the roads out of the campground where we were stranded and we were able to come up with a safe plan to get us hooked up and towed to the Cummins dealer for repair. If you are in an unfortunate and stressful situation like we were it was a relief to have such a capable person who took pride in his work coming to our aid. Thank you Nathan and New England T C.

Def issue. Lights on the dash said it needed fixing. Fleetnet got me these guys, and I'm glad they did. DEF pump was leaking, so they replaced it and all is good.

As always, the team at New England Truck Center took great care of us today. Waiting for a roadside service can be a pain sometimes while Penske tries to find a vendor. That's why when we're broken down in the New Hampshire area I tell them to just call New England Truck Center. They were able to source the fan belt we needed and get our truck rolling in about an hour and a half. Hopefully we don't need them too often, but I will always call them first when we do.

They could have replace replaced at tire and charged me 400$+ instead it was just a valve stem and waved 40$ for being a veteran! They know their stuff and don’t exploit people…Thank you Russel for helping me out during a hard time!

I got in a car accident before the I-95 exit on 101 East. New England Truck Center was there to tow my vehicle quickly and safely, and also get me safely off the road. They were also able to tow my car to my apartment in Manchester without a problem. Thank you to Nathan, David, Wendy and Stacie for a smooth and supportive experience!

Misquoted / upcharged.
Told 520 for tech to arrive and perform min two hour work by David.
Tech showed up, worked one hour just diagnosing, and wanted to charge over $1000.

3% fee of total bill to use debit card.

Charge by hour for arrival and departure.
(One hour to me , one hour to leave) 450 total.

$225 hr with two hour minimum

$120 for mileage and tolls

$25 for shop and supplies.

Questioned price in regards to quote received and tech Don cussed me out complaining how he has been on the job for 12 hours, and if I don't pay now, he was gonna charge me another hour.

AVOID AT ALL COST, they Have no remorse for the human being and purposely damage parts on your vehicle if they believe you may not be smart with cars. Then as a customer I would call back and ask why my brakes are not working even tho I had them do a oil change and they tell me to bring in and charge me a $275 fee for just looking at the car and won’t return the car until I pay the $275 and I didn’t even want them to do the brakes

This place needs to be shut down and investigated they are crooks. Will be filing a written report with the BBB

NETC took care of what I needed done. They ordered tires for my ffth wheel and set an appointment for me. When I arrived for the appointment, they promptly got us in. Pricing was fair, and the service was outstanding. All staff was friendly. No issues, and I highly recommend this establishment!

I can't express my gratitude more to New England Truck Center. My antique truck had a flat in Concord and they were extremely responsive and Rich was excellent. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Avoid this company at all cost towed my truck 5 miles charged me 3k and boxed in my truck so I wouldn’t be able to take it anywhere els didn’t want to fix my transmission charges me for a rebuild transmission that didn’t last 3,000 miles now thy want me to get it towed back to them to fix it

Jon was pompt, courteous and took great care of my car delivering it to my mechanic. On a cold, wet winter night when no one wants to be outside..

Avoid these guys, please. If you don't they will rob your money.
Don't realize if they have a new truck.
New trucks will take you the right place.
But their tongue isn't appropriate.
If you debate them, they will break or cut your wires.

Make sure them what time they are leaving from shops.

These guys did a great job getting me back rolling. The tech(Josh) was professional, polite and got the repair done quickly. Highly recommend

Had a dump bed stuck in the up position. Called around for roadside assistance early 7am and got a lot of "maybe we can get to you later in the afternoon." NE Truck Center was onsite within an hour and fixed the problem. The driver had finished working an overnight shift and stayed on to help. Very professional and reliable service.

My driver was stopped by a state trooper 10/28/22 he was discharged out of service 10 hour with the wording that he does not believe that the driver will stand all this time.Officer that's why he called this towing service and the employee did not even tow the car with the trailer, but simply sat down at the wheel of the truck and drove himself to the parking lot and for the fact that the NETC employee "rode" on the truck, we paid $1236 !!!

I believe this is a fraudulent scheme by NETC and a local state trooper

Avoid this company!!! My 2012 Prius was towed 4 miles after an accident - Cost $973.00 to tow. I instructed the tow driver not to tow the vehicle. He said he had already hooked to the car. Charged $21 fuel charge; to disconnect battery & remove fluids $135; Storage fee $85 (vehicle was towed from their lot within 24 hrs) plus Administrative fee $95.
David the dispatcher said don't worry your insurance will pay for all of his. He was most concerned that I had full coverage insurance. I recommend never allowing this company to touch/tow your vehicle.

Brought in me new Gladiator to the auto shop and had a great experience with the tech and the service writers. I would absolutely trust them with my vehicle.

While on vacation at a local campground, the rear-tire lost the bead on our Class-A Motorhome and needed to be repaired prior to driving hundreds of miles to get home. Even though we didn’t have a pre-scheduled appointment, your team squeezed us in - that same day - to have the wheel pulled and tire bead reset safely & securely. You took great care of us while we were away from home…and, you did it at a VERY reasonable price! Many Thanks, once again.

Worst service I have ever gotten, especially from an agent, David from dispatch. The way he spoke to us (who is the second language speaker) was not ok. He was racist, rude, and was unacceptable. He was not helpful, and degrading to people whose language is not English primarily. We got into a car accident and needed to retrieve our IDs and important belongings but he would keep yelling and get frustrated when we tried to call and update and asked for the next steps because we weren’t sure what to do. Worst place you will ever be. Would not recommend to anyone because how discriminating we have felt. And would not even recommend this company to anyone to utilize. You would just get yelled at for being in a car accident.

Went the extra mile. Great customer service. Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking with was awesome and happy to help. Office staff, yard attendant, driver, and the folks on the phone were all terrific.

Very busy shop! Needed to have the brakes on the RV looked at. Camped local for 6 days till appointment. Brakes are good. Service was quick, pd 135@ hr for RV service. Was relieved by their honesty.

Screw these guys. Otr trucker here. Alternator went out called them for road side service. Explained situation he wanted payment up front or a credit card number up front. Explained that once job was done I'd pay on site my boss was gonna wire money. He declined the service said he wasn't wasting his techs time on someone who had to have money wired! Sry but I'm southern bad accent n he was straight Yankee to me!

Last night our tow was services by Jessie from New England truck center, from Boat US. We had a bearing issue where the wheel fell off our bass boat trailer and the boat and trailer were sitting in the road on the axel.

Jessie showed up right at the agreed 30 minute mark and knew exactly what to do in order to get the trailer and bass boat up onto the trailer quickly and correctly. He then brought the boat to our long driveway and backed it in and dropped it perfectly in place with no issues, no second tries. They were personable, great talent and awesome service. Thank you to New England Truck Center and a shout out to Jessie for great Saturday night service! Many thanks from our family to yours!

ROAD SIDE FRAUD ARTISTS. Verbally incoherent and intoxicated lady picks up phone. 199.50$/hour for travel time where they are 80 miles away, says it will be 9 hour’s of travel back and forth and other charges that can only disclose after coming on site??? Save your money and go to mechanics, not criminals.

We were referred from our mechanic at another shop since he was too busy to meet our deadline. I explained the situation on the phone and they said they could get us in sooner to do the work. So I got on the schedule. Our mechanic called and spoke with the other mechanic at NETC to give him a rundown of what needed to be done. I also dropped off the itemized list ahead of time with them so they could be ready to actually do the work on the day we dropped it off. Not only did they instead do another inspection (which we didn't ask for and subsequently had to pay for) but wasted an entire day of our time by not doing any work. When we picked up, they gave us their list of things that needed to be done- as if we didn't already give them a list with the exact same things on it. So they didn't even look at the paperwork I dropped off ahead of time. Front desk woman was very rude on the phone, but okay in person.

Also idk what they did do, but all of our items on the inside were thrown about everywhere, even things that had been secured in cabinets. It looks like someone ransacked the place. Some of our items were even smashed and broken.

I was very surprised by not only how I was treated, but also the lack of respect shown to my time and the time of my mechanic who referred me. I will definitely be telling him not to refer any business to them in the future.

EDIT: in response to owner. I had no problem replacing the entire brake system. What I had a problem with was that I told you that was the issue from the beginning. It had already been diagnosed. You would have known that if you read the paperwork I brought in early and when I made the appointment. It's the rude behavior and poor communication that ultimately led me to make arrangements elsewhere not a lack of desiring complete safety.

What an amazing group!!! We are always looking for a trusted mechanic to work on our Neptune RV. That search has now ceased. This is the place to take care of all your motor needs. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, thorough, and only had our RV for 3, yes 3 days. And we got an inspection sticker! Bonus.

Hired New England Truck Center to move a 40 foot shipping container from Wrentham, Ma. To Peru, Me. And it turned out to be a pretty tricky move both picking up and dropping off. But they had quite the landoll Rig to move it (Move Anything!) And the Driver was awesome, New exactly what he was doing, and Had both the patience and positivity on dealing with all the obstacles he faced. I would not hesitate on hiring them again. Professional and one of the best rates to do the move out of several qoutes I received! A++

Broke down in Chesterfield NH and tried to call every single road service on 30 miles radius .They looked the most professional and glad i chose them.Luke was the man . He came faster than he said and found the problem in 10 mins . Their rate also is good .Again Luke is a good mechanic .Thank you
