New England Spray Foam Insulation

They just did an awesome job on my home in Millinocket. Spray foamed the basement and crawl space and insulation in the attic. Clean professional work, great to work with from quote to finish. Also worked well with Efficiency Maine/NEIF program and was able to apply rebates to the work. Well worth it! Highly recommend. No more chilly basements for me and no more heat loss through the roof! The also spray foamed the roof slope over the front entry steps, no more giant icicles!
Had this work done at another building last year - heating cost cut in approximately half - was $5,400/pa to heat the year before we bought that one - was approximately $2500 to heat last year and the spray foam also stopped some minor water coming into the basement. Also just scanning the other reviews don't know why people have issues getting in contact - I have had three buildings done in the past 3 years and the company I worked for had one done also, and I had no issues. They came over to my home a month ago because I wanted to reduce drafts. The estimator didn't bother for checking for drafts and said warming my house. Said he'd give me an estimate. Never called. Never emailed. I tried contacting through their web page again and still no answer. Waste of time.

We would highly recommend this company. They showed up on time, did what they were suppose to do, cleaned up after themselves, and were on budget!!

Everyone on their team was truly exceptional. Ben, Dawna, Ted - all really helpful and caring people. Even the guys that came out to spray were polite, friendly and helpful. I would *highly* recommend them. It's unfortunate the ratings on here reflect a different experience because my experience was really wonderful. Very thankful for them!!

Couldn't be happier with the service we received from NE Spray Foam. I prefer email communication, so maybe that's why we have been so happy with their service. Mark was on-time, personable, presented an estimate within the time frame he said he would. They took care of handling all the rebates for us. The heat pump unit went in fall of 2017 and after almost 1 year it has functioned better than he described. The workmanship was top-notch, everyone arrived on time and did exactly as we were told they would. The insulation installation was excellent and we're so toasty now we contemplate opening windows in the winter! We are having them install our heat pump water heater this fall (2018) and can't wait to see how well that works to save us more $$$

I am hoping that this feedback helps the company to figure out their customer service via phone. I had the same experience as another reviewer. They answered my email right away. I had someone at my home within the week. I called a few days later as I had a few more people interested in estimates and needed to give them information for my efficiency Maine rebates and wondered when the estimate would be complete. The person answering the phone said there was no voicemail for the project manager and took my name and number. Would not give me the cell number either. No call back. I called the next day and asked if she knew when I would have the written estimate. She answered that she had no way of knowing. Again took my name and number. No call back again. Friday came along and I decided if they wanted my business they would call. No call. I had emailed the day before also hoping they would get that quicker. Still no response. A WEEK later I got a call and was told they were trying to reach me. I asked what number they were calling. It matched my number and I had no missed calls from them or voicemails. I then just explained how I called and left 2 messages and no one called back and that while I was waiting I hired another company. The other company I had the name and number of the project manager, and he always calls me back. For me there is no substitute for great customer service. Hopefully they figure out how to make the calling system more customer friendly. No other complaints just too slow to respond which is BIG. Can't work with a company that does not communicate. If you choose them i recommend getting the cell phone number from the person coming to do the estimate otherwise you will get frustrated quickly with the phone line.
