New England Chimney Supply

Service has gone down the tubes in the last year. My orders have been getting sent somewhere else and I have received orders from other companies. Never can count on getting the material in a timely manner anymore. I have been waiting for a refund for a cap For almost 2 months they keep telling me They're gonna look into it, but never hear anything back.Bad customer service. Ordered a pellet stove liner or last week never showed up this week.They said it just never got ordered.Now i'm out of days pay and unprofessional to my customer. Talked to chris and he said he would call me back but never did. This is the problem when companies think volume is better than customer service.

Company has great service until you have a problem with an order I found out. I ordered a 6 inch insulated liner and received a 4inch insulated liner which we dont use. Company wouldn't take it back and stated they don't accept returns and the wrong part ordered was my fault, I couldn't believe how rude this guy was to a good customer. My old rep friend from there called me up and took care of the issue. Unbelievable.

Been getting materials there for years....quality materials, fair pricing, and answer any technical questions promptly. Usually have them deliver but had a rush on a job and drove there, very impressed with the organization and friendliness of the staff
