New Energy Works—McMinnville

apparently five days is a while to be working there (according to the shop manager). After five days of doing layout, I was supposed to do layout for the new energy Works building with zero errors. (ZERO ERRORS) that’s what’s expected of you.
The staff is two-faced, just like the CEO.
They are having a hard time keeping employees, I wonder why.
Some employees who’ve been working there for three years and are getting paid $26 an hour, while some of the new employees have been there for five weeks and getting paid over 30. (None have prior timber framing experience)
I was told by some of the employees you have to fight for a raise. One person has been there for a year. He has talked to management about a raise, and nothing has happened.
To me, it felt like it was blind leading the blind.
They don’t deliver on their promises(customers or employees).
Extremely disorganized.
This is a free country. Everyone can do what they want. My recommendation is !!!!don’t go here!!!!. Good luck.
