Joell is old school, look you in the eye with firm handshake and you've got a guy ( and his crew) ready to do the job.
I had him put in a new floor and a paint job in a house that was inhabitable, but I needed it ready for my sister to come to after her hospital stay.
I live in NC, so there was a lot of texting. I ended up asking him for quotes to finish this house in the future.
He and his crew have gone above and beyond by helping my sister, an amputee, off the floor and then some.
I'll be going back to Indiana in a couple of weeks, not to check up on the work that was done, but to admire it.

If I could I would rate this job as 6 out of 5 stars. Hired New Dynamics Construction to replace all horizontal flat deck boards, replace front access stairway step boards, replace stringers, step boards, engineer a beter way to insulate posts and stringers from ground contact on the rear stairway. Plus perform the job withhout disturbing the existing railings, posts, and spindles. Absolutely flawless job including using 3 screws per board in all areas of the job. Joel bid the job against 4 other contractors and I am glad he and his outstanding crew of Jesse, Anthony, and Rich got the job. I couldn't be happier with this deck. Thanks you guys for your above and beyond performance. I look forward to use New Dynamics Construction again. I highly recommend them.

I originally hired them on to only fix a portion of my living room sub floor and 1 of my bedrooms. During the process they were very forth coming with information on how they were doing the job as well as being able to answer all my millions of questions I had. I liked them so much I hired them to then do a second room, bathroom, and my kitchen floor. Nice honest brothers.

We needed vinyl plank flooring installed in 3 small rooms. All of the local top search results companies told us the job was "too" small, which is understandable but left us in a pickle. That was until Joel got back to me and had a quote by the next day. By the next week our floors are installed and look great. Joel and his team worked around our house (which is very much lived in) and even battled inclement weather to complete the job. As first time home owners we will be contacting them again for our future projects.

They did a great job. Plus, they were willing to take on a smaller job. They put cabinets and sink in my laundry room.

Beware of this company, completely unprofessional and unknowledgeable. They came in with a false pretense about quality, knowledge, ability to work, professionalism, proper permits, proper license, and so much more. I had a full basement job (1100sft) to do which included one room, basement walls, ceilings, one bathroom and shower, wet bar and to finish with electrical. Joell (the owner) told me they could do my basement for around $30k and that it would start within a few weeks. I signed the contract but told him his prices were two low for a lot of the allowances. To keep the price down I would buy my own items including polishing the floor.
From day one they made mistake after mistake. They would do things cheap and cut corners. Everything from framing bare minimum on doors and walls, using cheap supplies, to having crooked walls everywhere. They had issues not finishing the mudding before they painted. They would charge me for items like and upgrade for sound proofing the bathroom and not putting the insulation in. Days that they would be expected to work they wouldn’t come. The workers would also talk behind my back and say unprofessional things. Joell was the gm but I would have to come home all the time because he was never there and his guys would always screw up. When it was time to do the electrical, he had no permits, that I know of, and every time I asked for his insurance, he would tell me he was waiting on and email. I kept on having to take jobs away from him because of lack of knowledge and I was afraid of no insurance. At the end he wanted to be paid to leave but all my wall were bubbling pealing. I had the paint rep come out and they said all the paint needed to be scraped down and mud pulled out, possibly drywall replacement. Joell didn’t seem to believe that and was not happy.
At the end I had to pay another company to come in and fix over $7,600 just to fix all their mistakes. They found wet mud under the drywall and mold from the moisture caught in the drywall. (they painted some days right after the mudded) The paint would peel off just by pulling it. This was too big of a job for them and they did not know what they were doing. At the end of this project this basement has cost me over $80,000, and still going up today. He obviously made a critical error when he priced out things. He also ended this job cussing me out over the phone and not paying the difference. This stuck me with $1700 which could have been worse. There is still problems I have to live with. They started on April 1st and said 4 to 5 weeks to complete, the job was still not finished in august when they left and still isn’t done today. There is so much more but, this has been the worst experience for my wife and I and had our house built in 2019.

Overall a great company, that does exceptional work. I would highly recommend new dynamics to anybody for future work done.

Did not hook up electrical properly, so my fireplace does not work currently. I asked to come back to fix problem.. with no response… Also did not add an outlet that was asked for. Did a poor paint job and window trim work, but they did come back and correct. I thought we communicated well until certain stuff wasn't done properly.. I do not recommend. ****As you can see by company response, very unprofessional. ****

We had two bad decks that had to be replaced! My wife found these guys and totally recommended them! Very courteous and on time! Great clean work no mess! I think they enjoyed our labs on there lunch break! Highly recommended new dynamics! Quality work fellas!!!

I had a walk-in shower replaced in my downstairs bathroom recently by New Dynamics Construction and they did a fantastic job. Jeff and Tucker worked well together and I appreciate Joel scheduling the work within my time frame. I’m looking forward to having my stairs worked on.

Joell did a great job on multiple projects for us. He always kept us in the loop about how progress was going and always got the job done effectively. Definitely recommend him and his company.

Do not use them to service your house. They will over charge you! They also will say they are working until a certain and quit well before. Multiple times I would randomly show up to my home to inspect and majority of the time the workers were outside smoking or sitting. Joell also quoted it take less then 2 weeks to complete but took over 3 weeks to be done. Then because it was an insurance job from a flood. Threaten me with legal action to finish payment when I was waiting on the rest of the money to get transferred from the insurance company to my bank account. I’d give them 0 out 5 stars but unfortunately won’t let me go that low. Please stay clear of this company. And save yourself the frustration and stress.

I'm very satisfied with the project I had done by New Dynamics. After having a tub and fixtures removed, I wanted the existing tile integrated with new, and Jesse and Anthony did that flawlessly. They also engineered a stable base to safely secure a plant shelf that I wanted. They finished the job with a neatly done paint job. Thank you , Joell and crew, for a job well done !

Jesse and his crew were a great group of guys to work with on my laundry room tile flooring. I gave them an idea of how I wanted the pattern to go and they took that idea and made it better than I envisioned it. Me and my wife are new to the area but glad to have already found a good contractor for future projects.

If I could give Joell and company 10 stars I would. They did a complete basement remodel in my old house that had plaster walls and outdated everything.I live in a bi-level and my basement was uninhabitable for many years, meaning I couldn’t use half of the square footage of my home. The transformation is unbelievable. This basement had water seepage issues for years. After getting the Waterproofing completed I was able to get New Dynamic Contruction in pretty quick. They had their work cut out for them with rotten studs and water logged drywall. After only 3-4 weeks the basement now looks brand new. They are very good at what they do but their attention to detail is what I loved the most. They fixed my basement as if it was their own. I will only go to them from now on and recommend anyone needing any work done to give them a shot. Price was reasonable especially for the workmanship this company does. Great job guys and thank you very much for my beautiful new basement and the use of my entire home.

They did a fantastic job on our bathroom remodel! They made sure we were happy with the results and stood by the quality of their work. Our tiled shower turned out great.

New Dynamics just finished our laundry room- sub floor had old water leak- dynamics tore up and replaced sub floor and did new floor tiles in less then day and a half- did great work and all the guys were very nice and professional- great work!

Joell was on time each day of the job, has very good communication with the client. He finished the job set before him which was replacing my laundry room floors.

Success! Joel Bailey of New Dynamics Construction was able to remove the old, above the stove, microwave and install a newly purchased microwave. My husband tried to do the work himself. We were baffled as to getting down from the wall. Joel completed the task, including cleanup, in record time. 5 Stars for knowhow, skill and strength. Thank you so much!

This was overall a very poor experience. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because a couple of the guys did really nice work, although I believe both of those guys have moved on. I contracted for a basement remodel, adding two bedrooms, a bath and a kitchen.
1. They would promise to be here at certain times, and show up late and work maybe 10-2 or 3 at most, or some days not show up or call. Once they did call and said they couldn't come because one of their guys got "locked up."
2. Although this guy seemed competent at first, as the job progressed it was apparent there was a lack of experience in quoting and estimating time and materials. This led to constant battles over what was included and what wasn't. I was very clear in laying out written expectations for the job.
3. This company charges a fee for tool use and maintenance. OK, fair enough, but they used MY tools more than once and a variety of tools. They chewed up two of my saw blades and didn't offer to replace them. They used multiple extension cords, and I'd find them all over the place not coiled up or put back where I asked them to. I had to show one of their employees how to change a circular saw blade. He had it on backwards and was burning the flooring with smoke everywhere. They used numerous other tools as well.
4. In order to get some of the trim and materials into the basement, they needed to remove a screen door and open a locked backyard gate. I asked them to be sure and close and re-lock the gate so my dogs didn't get out. They left the gate unlocked AND wide open, and one of my dogs got out. I was lucky enough to realize it in time, and found him in a park about 6 blocks away. The screen door wasn't properly reinstalled and I had to do it myself.
5. The flooring in the basement wasn't properly installed. It's loose, and cracks and pops when walked on. The floor is a LifeProof floor. I wasn't home the day they did most of it, and instead of cutting the material outside or in the garage, they did it inside. This material exudes a tremendous amount of dust, and a lot of it was sucked into the heating/AC system. As a result, there was a thick layer of dust throughout the entire house and in all the ductwork. It took a few days to properly clean the house, and I had to have the ducts professionally cleaned because the dust kept coming put of the ducts.
6. The bathroom tile was installed in April 2022, and is already cracking and popping. I also had to do the grouting myself, as apparently they had a dispute with the tile installer they hired to do the tile and he quit mid-job. I didn't speak to him at all, so I can only assume this was the case.
7. One of the bedroom doors is improperly installed (see pic), with a big gap at the top of the door, and the doorknob about 4.5" below standard. I DO know they had a dispute with the guy they hired to do the doors, as he called me and apologized. The door trim wasn't completed as agreed upon. I had to complete it.
8. Closet doors in bedroom. They used my credit card to get the doors (bi-fold X 2), but brought mismatched doors. I ended up having to exchange and get the proper 2nd door and install it myself.
9. They installed an egress window in one of the bedrooms, and the drywall was supposed to be "paint ready" upon completion. They didn't topcoat or finish sand it, and I had to do it myself. They also didn't properly caulk the window, and that has to be repaired still.
10. While some of the trim was nicely done, other parts of it were incredibly sloppy (see pics). I think this is a result of using unskilled labor or guys with no real experience.
11. The original agreement was a 50% deposit, with the balance upon completion. I was asked for money several times prior to completion "to help me out so I can make payroll" or "so I have money for materials" even though I bought much of the materials required for the job.
In the end, I just paid them to leave and finished up some things myself just so I didn't have to deal with them anymore. This guy comes off as a nice young guy but beware!!!

New Dynamics Construction did a great job on our bannister!! They were in and out in under an hour and cleaned up after themselves! Very reasonably priced!!

WORST CONTRACTOR EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! As stated in a previous review "Joel will steal your money", and that happened to me. Contracted for a job to be done on door work, I foolishly paid before the job was done because Joel showed up wanting to be paid and I assumed that he would come back and finish the job. Well adios money.....now I have to hire someone else to come in and redo the poor workmanship done and finish the job.
SHAME ON HIM.... BUYER BEWARE.

In the past year, New Dynamics Construction has generously provided services to my child’s preschool. They have done everything from patch work of the exterior of our buildings to painting an entire structure. Their hard work and dedication to serving the community has allowed us to maintain our beautiful campus and continue to provide a special space for our future generation to learn. I am completely amazed on how wonderful and professional joell and his guys were. They worked on removing a weight bearing wall and running a beam. The quality of work and experience surpassed my expectations, will be using them for future projects .

We hired joell and his crew a few months back to install new flooring and paint my 2 outside porches, 2 coats of paint. both porches looked nice when they left, within a few months almost all the paint started coming off. i know they only put one coat because I had alot of paint left over. I have since had to repaint so I am very disappointed they did not do what I asked them to do. I am a painters daughter so i know what 2 coats of paint looks like.

We hired New Dynamics to finish some flooring, trim and a few other things in our house. Now let me tell ya nothing ever goes right with things like this in my home. But they handled it well and it looks great! Joell and his crew were very friendly, got back to me right away when I reached out, made sure that I was happy, and I felt the price was reasonable! We hired New Dynamics to do several different jobs in our home. It wasn’t long into the process that the problems started. When Joell looked at the upstairs room to have drywall installed he missed electrical conduit that was running along the studs. He stated that we had to get an electrician in to get it taken care of. Turns out the guy we brought in didn’t do a good job so Joell brought in their electrician. Well we never heard the end of it. How he did us a favor by absorbing the cost of his mistake and how it set them back 4 days completing their work here even though they had plenty of other work to get done in the meantime. Then in the middle of the bathroom remodel they decided that demoing the bathroom and hanging drywall was too labor intensive they decided that hanging beadboard instead was the way to go. Then on what Joell decided was their last day here and that they were finished. He wasn’t here and told his guys to get payment for him. I come home to find the bathroom mirror barely hanging on the wall and no faucet or plumbing installed on the new vanity so they
had to come back the next day to make it right since I wouldn’t pay them that day.
To Joel’s credit he did apologize for the way the job was handled and that he is still
learning. I just wish it wasn’t my house he was using to get experience. New Dynamics may be ok for odd jobs, handyman work etc but you do not want to hire these guys to do any significant work on your house. They lack the know-how and will possibly blame you for it. The only reason he got final from I’m is is so we could get him out of our house asap and get a real contractor in to finish the job.

Had to redo the flooring in my basement due to flooding. New Dynamics installed laminated plank flooring. They did an awesome job and now my basement looks brand new. Quick, easy and professional. I will definitely use their services again.

Personable owner provides contract which only protects him. No warranty for workmanship provided and no deadline date for customer. I tried to work with him after mistakes. It was clearly communicated (I have a witness) electrical needed relocated before drywall was to be installed and he installed it anyway which caused me to pay more for electrical labor. Owner then demanded to upcharge me for having to reinstall. He left my home in the pictured condition on a minus zero degree night with a ridge vented roof. I provided insulation to cover the hole the next day and it was installed with no issues as he felt bad for leaving my home open to the elements. I expect dust but this is a messy contractor! My blinds are broken and my sliding door is pinched. When we had a verbal agreement for items not on his detailed, only to protect him contract, he ignored me and would only dictate his contract. He left garbage removal out of contract but offered to remove it. Only when my blind was broke and pocket door pinch he demanded more money. Not a man of his word. Promises the world but wants to soak more $$ out of you!

Just updating been a year no word or fix scam artists be careful u will get screwed Horrible company doesn't stand behind their work messesd my kitchen up refuses to come fix it right away rather make me wait for 2 months have my whole project on hold. Owner blocked my number because he refuses to make job right buyer beware u will get ripped off by him like I did now have to waste time to hopefully get my work finished by a professional company BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Adding to his comment he BLOCKED my number refuses to talk with me and messed my job up his brother was atleast good enough to say they messed up and will fix right away Joel put a stop to that and is making me wait for a NEW CONTRACTOR BUYER beware had to hire a contractor to finish the job correctly now 3 out of the 4 electrical outlets he put in don't work and put inside trim on the outside of the sliding door had to reside the back of my house because of the window being in the wrong spot company doesn't stand behind their work whatsoever shouldn't be able to do any work in the area don't get ripped off like I did total joke Karma will get you

Great communication and response time for setting up our work. It was a pleasure having Joell and Jesse work on the several smallish projects we had for them. Work is excellent and was finished efficiently, with good attention to detail.

I did not use this business because they gave me a quote for a very simple fence job that I’m getting done for $500 and they wanted $2500. The job is less than 20 feet yet for planning and a permit $300. A permit in my town cost ten bucks!!! In my opinion they are was overpriced

Great family owned business that provides excellent customer service and quality workmanship. As a realtor I’ve recommended Joell and his team to several clients who have always been happy with the results. Whether the jobs large or small New Dynamics is the way to go!

They used my insurance money so they could buy a fancy new work truck and new saws. Then they proceeded to frame a canopy porch and abandoned the job with several code violations because they "ran out of money". I had to invest thousands into more work myself to avoid city fees. Don't trust them with more that installing a door or two.
