I first reached out to Isaac 6 weeks before I needed the work to begin. He was able to have a look at my apartment and quote me for the badly needed bathroom and kitchen renovations. And he made a few suggestions before I officially decided to work with him.

I asked him a few follow up questions and asked about additional things and nothing I wanted or asked for was a problem or issue for him and his crew. I had a good feeling about him and decided I would work with him.

All throughout the process, both in the weeks before the work began and during, his communication was impeccable. I have probably sent him over a thousand text messages by this point and he answered and acknowledged all of them.

They finished the work ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier. Everything I wanted and asked for they were able to deliver on! Overall I plan on using New Creative Construction for other projects in the future and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Isaac gave me a great price and finished the job within three days. One of our standing showers were leaking and he removed the entire bottom of the standing shower and relined it and did a beautiful tile finished work. Isaac and his team did a bathroom renovation for me and they took pride in their work. The team was meticulous in ensuring waterproofing the wet areas. They cleaned up every evening before they headed out. Isaac installed a toilet that I brought from HD that wasn’t assemble properly from the manufacturer but he worked to fix it without having to rip the toilet out and returning it to the store. I highly recommend Isaac and his team, as a matter of fact not only are we considering him for a kitchen project, I already shared his contact info with 2 friends.

They did an amazing job on our bathroom, lowering our ceiling and adding lights, and you would not know we lowered it, as if our ceiling has always been this way. Isaac and his team are truly amazing! I had several projects throughout my home and they were able to complete a bathroom, kitchen and deck renovation in just 3 weeks time. They are very punctual and efficient. They will definitely be my go-to for any future projects.

Isaac and his crew did awesome work! I needed a contractor to replace the vanities in both of my bathrooms, replace both shower sets, readjust the placement of the toilets because it was done crooked by the previous owner (don’t get me started lol), and redo old caulking. Isaac’s price was more than fair and he got the work done in a day! He answered all questions I had, advised on what materials are best for purchase, and most importantly, did the job cleanly. Keep in mind this condo is in an older building and that doesn’t come without its challenges. Unfortunately a couple of the pieces didn’t fit as we had hoped, but he came back to complete the job within a proper timeframe. I also requested that he make a few additional aesthetic changes, and he did so no problem. I will definitely be reaching out to Isaac again in the future as my renovations continue because he provided peace of mind, as well as quality work. Highly recommend!!!

Isaac and his team were awesome to work with! He was able to quickly turnaround an estimate and as soon as we were ready, his team assembled and got to work! They built an office/bedroom out of an existing oversized living/dining combo and he helped advice on the best setup. The setup included framing, sheet rock, taping, new outlets, moving lights and door install. He also did a full paint job of the house, updates to our roof deck including paint and lights. He and his team were great, and we will definitely use him again!

They did AMAZING work!! I am so happy with the outcome. Issac and his team were super professional and nice to work with. I did my bathroom, kitchen, some lighting, and inside unit painting done with them. I am so happy with how things turn out. They painted my cabinet super nicely and now kitchen looks just completely different. My friends tell me my bathroom looks like what they would see in high end Marriott hotels. And communication was super nice too. While we were doing the renovation work, I was away in a different country and Issac updated me on how things were going and it went so smoothly. I have been recommending them to my friends and I highly recommend them! For any future renovation or updating work I will definitely use their service again and again. Isaac at New Creative Construction Inc is the ultimate gentleman, and that’s the start. I booked him last week to get a wall build in our new Condo. We needed to install a 10 feet high x 5 feet wide French glass door for our baby room, and so needed to build a wall to hold the door. The finish job were just implacable. They were on time everyday, 8:30 am. The entire house floor were protected. No dust in the house whatsoever. We are doing our Pantry next. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him. Seriously !!!!
