Tigran and New Concept did a renovation of our town home in Rockville. They did a great job and very quickly. They made the home very desirable for moving in. Essentially they made a finished basement, renovated all the rooms, including the kitchen and all bathrooms, changed all the doors, floors, and windows, painted all walls, repaired the stairs and the deck, and cleaned up the outside area. Wonderful job and very quickly, within a month or so, and for very good price. I highly recommend!

Tigran is a true professional. We hired his company to repaint our condo, install new granite + sink in the bathroom, and fix our drywall after we got our plumbing redone. He is on-site everyday to talk to before the work starts. Any concerns will be taken care of by him. He is a really good communicator and makes sure that both parties are in agreement as to what will be done each day and throughout the project. He is very knowledgeable and you can expect your place to look good after his company is done.

I had my bathroom renovated. The layout was kept the same as original. NCHI team did an amazing job. The tile floor and shower is built solid. Nick took time to get it done right. Tigran gave us heads up. It took longer than we were informed. Yet I noticed the focus was on our job and nothing else but. I came to New Concepts with a tight timeline to complete the remodel of two full bathrooms and not only did they complete it on time, but finished an additional half bath as well. They were responsive and flexible to needs and requests, professional, and collaborative with the design planning and ordering. Their attention to detail was impeccable and they completed everything to the highest standard (even fixing unexpected issues that arose from previous construction errors). Tigran and his team did an amazing job with my home. I have a new construction 4 floor townhome that needed some paint and renovations. All the walls and rooms were white but his team painted the entire home and I could not be happier. They were able to make the right suggestions to help us work out the details, and then they got going, The work was completed on schedule and at as promised. New Concept Home Improvement did a great job with replacing our office flooring. They were professional, prompt and finished the job in a timely manner. I'd definitely recommend them and will utilize their services for future projects.

New Concept was absolutely the most professional organization we've dealt with during a time of crisis. We had a complete flood of our basement and complete loss of all property in the need for a complete remodel after the major flood. We had water mitigation companies and construction companies come in and provide quotes and estimates and timelines. Everyone was significantly more expensive and their return times were twice as long as New concept. Within one week our water mitigation and removal was complete dry and ready for reconstruction. Another week and we had a remodeled basement. I wouldn't go with anybody but new concept.

For our house in Bethesda, we started with remodeling one bathroom, went on to a second, and then a third. We were so happy with the results, we ended up doing the entire kitchen, basement, and back porch, too. Reasonable prices for each project and we love the final results. Highly recommend.

**2024 Update**

After 7 years, I hired New Concept Home Improvement again for my house repair needs. This time, they replaced the roof of my townhouse and renovated a half bathroom. I am very satisfied with their exceptional workmanship, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service.

Tigran was great to work with. He promised fast and he delivered. When previous contractors we met with said our basement renovation would take a month and Tigran promised two weeks, I didn’t think it would happen. But it did! He was receptive to any changes along the way and pointed out things that needed to be adjusted. We would definitely recommend New Concept Home Improvement and intend you use them again for future renovations.

We hired New Concept Home Improvement to renovate a bathroom in our 70+ year old house. The contractor, Tigran Mnatsakanyan, met with us to discuss in detail the requirements for the project.

The contractor removed all old bathroom fixtures, including the original cast iron bathtub and the original concrete-on-metal lathe walls. They reframed where necessary to accommodate the new drywall, ran new plumbing, installed new bath fixtures, and hung bypass doors for a closet.

The work teams arrived on time each day they were scheduled. The workers with the correct expertise (electric, plumbing) were on site when needed for a particular task. The workers were professional, friendly, and expert in their tasks. Given the age of our house, some creative carpentry was required. They discussed options to solve problems with us and implemented the solutions quickly to our great satisfaction.

We feel we paid a fair price for exceptional results.

My husband and I needed a contractor to replace the existing carpet with hardwood to match the main level of our new home before we moved in. We had several companies look at the job and give us quotes. Almost every company started with "this is a big job" all needed 2 weeks to get it done and were priced on the high side.
Tigran from New Home Concepts came out and looked at the job and told us he could have it done in a week or less and his price was significantly less than the other companies. We were skeptical and asked what kind of wood he would use and how many employees would be working. He assured us that the flooring would be authentic hard wood and that the job would be done in a week or less. We are very happy that we decided to go with New Concept Home Improvement. The staff was pleasant and worked really hard, the job was done in 5 days and the floor looked beautiful and matched the rest of the house perfectly. Tigran and his crew are wonderful to work with. It is hard to find a company that is honest, hard working and charges a fair price for the work, we found all of these qualities when we hired New Concept Home Improvement. They did such great work that when we finished our basement, we called them again and they did our basement flooring.
