They provided great roof maintenance and repair for me in a timely and professional manner. They also provided a free roof inspection to include the attic. I highly recommend it!

UPDATE 3/5/25: BUYER BEWARE!!
Even though there are major concerns for an installation issue, this company is now saying that our issues are not under warranty even though it was only installed in November. They won’t even send someone out to inspect it for installation issues.
And, they are stating that since we gave them a bad review, they won’t be helping us (see photo).

Would give zero stars at this point if I could. This company roofed my house and then during the first day of high winds, all of our shingles have been peeling off of our roof. Our neighbor thought it was coming from their roof and called their roofers who came out, realized it was actually from our house and stated it didn’t look like the shingles had been installed properly because there were not enough nails in them.

I tried multiple times to call them and only actually reached someone the first time I called. They said that they would call me back in 30 minutes when they were back in the office but I have not heard anything. I have tried calling their number multiple times again and no one has answered and no one has given me a call back even though I have left a couple messages as well. I really can’t trust this business to do anything right at this point and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience with Arian at Nevada Exteriors. I reached out late Thursday night, and even though it was pretty late, Arian got back to me super quickly. He was able to come by the very next morning to take a look at my roof, which was amazing.
I have recently moved into a new house and was dealing with some insurance drama-basically, they couldn't figure out the age of my roof for underwriting. They told me if I couldn't prove its condition or age, I might not get coverage or even have to replace it. I explained there were solar panels installed five years ago, so there *had* to be an inspection at some point, but that still wasn't enough for them.

Arian totally saved the day. Not only was he able to figure out exactly how old the roof was, but he also certified its condition, took geo-tagged photos, and sent them over to me so I could show my insurance company. It was exactly what I needed, l'd been going back and forth with the insurance company for almost two weeks, and Arian got me all the info I needed in less than 24 hours. Plus, while he was up there, he noticed a few broken tiles and fixed them for me, which was awesome.

If I ever have any more roofing issues, I know exactly who l'm calling. Big thanks to Arian and Nevada Exteriors--highly recommend them!

Nevada Exteriors did a great job on my recent roof replacement. After contacting several roofing companies I ultimately went with Nevada Exteriors because they were able to do everything I needed, without the hassle of having to hire and coordinate a bunch of different companies myself. They replaced the roof on my townhouse, and flat roof on my garage which also involved removing and replacing my solar panels, refinished my balcony, and even completed some stucco work. It felt like everyone who came to complete work went above and beyond my expectations, even when it wasn’t the easiest circumstances. This is an amazing company, great communication every step of the way. We saw the work they did on the house behind us and spoke to Nick right away and he came and gave a quote. They also got the job down fast, cleaned up properly and the workers were very courteous. The work was done onetime and when promised. Professional business . Go elsewhere! They cashed our substantial deposit on May 2nd and here it is almost the end of June when they finally tell us they can't replace our roof (insurance approved) on our manufactured home. Ryan said he would "talk to owner" to get our money refunded and be working up an email to send me and a week later nothing, no email and no refund. They did not fulfill their WRITTEN CONTRACT, did not deliver any supplies but took our LARGE deposit and cashed it.

Cristian Neagu helped me with get approved through my insurance and I was able to get my entire roof replaced for my deductible. Nevada Exteriors did a great job and I recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof!

In love with my new roof working with Nevada Exteriors has been easy and straight forward since the beginning. Representative Cristian Neagu made the process smooth and simple, he made sure that everything was explained in detail and he’s attentive. He made sure to explain the steps throughly and he kept us updated with the process. Cristian is a good asset to the team, I even referred my friend for her roofing too.

After the severe wind storms we have had here in Las Vegas. I was approached by Christian to see about getting roof done.
He took the time to explain how our insurance company would cover the cost of doing the roof.
Chris and Brak took the time to explain the quotes, and explain the procedures.
Nevada exteriors even filed the claim.
Once all was approved their crew came in and did the roof. A complete job and even replaced the attic heats vents, what also I'm pressed mebeas they took the time to paint all the roof vents so it all matched.

I was skeptical because most businesses just see dollar signs but after getting an estimate and going over all the work that is needing to be done, I noticed that this has been the best estimate so far out of Las Vegas! They are extremely knowledgeable, kind, and are willing to provide payment plans! Huge shout out to Otto for making this a breeze!

Met with Otto and Lawrence today and they were both professional and knowledgeable. I called them out to see about repairing a roof on my rental property. I contracted Nevada Exteriors to replace the roof on my elderly mother’s house. They were simply excellent, from quote to completion. Brak and Mario oversaw the demo and rebuild with care and respect for the property itself as well as for my mother as a person. The work was completed quickly and on schedule, no surprises and no setbacks. The team was also careful to clean up after the project was finished, which is an important part that can sometimes be overlooked. They are not the cheapest and not the most expensive, but their prices are fair and every penny was clearly accounted for. I will absolutely trust them with my next projects.
