I've used NLR three times in the last year and can highly recommend their excellent service and quality. We had problems with roof shingles blowing off our old roof and both times we called NLR they were able to schedule the repairs almost immediately. The quality of their work was great, but our old roof tiles (that weren't replaced by NLR) kept blowing off. We worked with Dan to plan a new roof that could withstand the wind, and he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He provided an attractive option within our budget and we booked the first slot of the season. The new roof has just been installed and the on-site crew was outstanding! They were able to remove the old roof and install the new one in under 2 days. I'm delighted with the finished product and the professional service provided along the way. I can highly recommend NLR for both roof replacement and repairs.

Contacted Neree Lavictoire Roofing through FB on a Saturday evening never expecting a response until Monday, but I received a response within an hour. I was told someone would stop by on Monday to assess our roof. Sure enough, Monday morning a serviceman came, checked out the roof and within a few hours was back with the correct shingles and repaired our roof. What a relief to have this damage repaired before the winter. I would highly recommend Neree Lavictoire Roofing if you want quick and professional service.

Called NL roofing based on recommendation to inspect a leak. They quickly identified the issue as a mistake from the builder and resolved it.

Neree Lavictoire Roofing is a top notch roofing company and am recommending them to anyone needing a new roof. They were right on time, very efficient, very quick - whole thing done in one day! When I came home from work they were already gone and you couldn't tell anyone had been there. There was no trash left, and the flowers around the house were all intact. This is a true professional group! My husband and I are very happy with their work and the results.

We were debating if we should have our roof done. My husband was thinking of doing it himself. This company was referred to us by a family member. I called for an estimate and a few days later Nathaniel was inspecting our roof.

It didn't take long him to send us an estimate with product links so that we can choose the type and color of shingles we wanted. He also included addresses in our area that we can drive by to have a visual on what the color would look like and inspect the quality of their work.

I had a brand new roof two weeks after signing the contract. Every time I come into my driveway I say to myself..."Man, I have such a nice roof".

This company is run by professionals and they know their trade. I had some quotes done but when Nathan showed up he was the only one to get on the roof and measure properly. He gave me a quote that was very reasonable, made a house call to pick out the colour of shingles and assured me it could be done in one day which the other companies could not. I messed up and forgot I needed a bathroom vent installed and they said no problem and did that too. Nathan was a pleasure to deal with and it really is a shame we don't have more honest companies like this.

Asphalt shingles installation on our garage extension Aug 2020, was done well and quickly without a problem. But, the metal roof installed on our dinning room addition was poorly done. A nail was left protruding under one metal sheet creating a bump up, ridge cap wasn't installed straight on the peak, 2 dents and some surface scratches were made when installing the snow gems, since the installer walked on the roof instead of using a ladder.

These issues were brought up and a portion of the labour cost was discounted along with the ridge vent realigned. Overall I would recommend them for asphalt shingles installation but not for metal roofing.

Did exactly what they said they would. Fair price, super clean. Removed old shingles, (replaced vents and skylight) installed new ice gaurd and shingles. In and out in one day. Great job. Thanks.

These folks rock! From the first contact to get an estimate through to finishing the job their customer centric focus is notable. We greatly appreciated that a complete on-site roof inspection was done to provide an estimate in person; while others rely on satellite images or just a drive by. The sales representative also took the extra time and travel when he noticed a potential colour match concern with our new roof. The install team was simply amazing! On time, efficient, personable, and attention to the smallest detail: quite simply they should be the envy of every other company out there! When you care about your customer as much as this company does and prove it every step of the way it pays dividends: we will never use another company and they have our highest possible recommendation.

I contacted them for emergency repairs at my house caused by a windstorm and they came to the house the next morning for temporary repairs to avoid any humidity on the roof. They completed the work about 1 week later. Exceptional Service. I recommend this company for any roof repairs, thank you. LB

Excellent service; excellent cost. On 4 occasions, we asked Nerée Lavictoire to come do some work and all 4 times the work was extremely well done. Fast, courteous, honest, and very easy invoicing. He did large jobs and small jobs. I highly recommend him..

EDIT: Just boosting this review again, we moved to a new house and required an emergency repair. Neree immediately came out and promptly fixed the preexisting issue. Great customer service and a friendly crew!

The roof of my coworker's first home was done by NLR. He recommended them. I got quotes from 5 different companies, two of them were among the first three that is highly rated in Ottawa. NLR's quote was one of the best. Marcel came by created the quote and later came by and replaced the roof over the garage. He had to replace 3 sheets of plywood, put a barrier between the plywood and new shingles. Clear out a squirrel nest, fight off a bumble bee which eventually bit him in the middle of the repair. Added better water control with an open channel. He put a second one even though it was not in the original contract. When I asked him to check around the chimney for a leak. He did but did not find any soft plywood, but applied chalking just in case in several places. It was a dangerous job, chimney was on a very steep and high part of the house but he did not make any fuss and NLR did not charge me for that either. In the end I was impressed by their work ethic, good solid quote, I did not have to keep calling them for the job, they said we would come on this particular week and they did. Just sitting on the roof and watching how they did the work was fun. Highly recommend to anyone who need roof work.

Finally a company that really does it right. It was my pleasure to have the guys from Neree Lavictoire Roofing work on replacing the roofing on my house. They were very detail oriented and fast. They made sure to tell me about any problem areas they found and in many cases went ahead and fixed them without question. At the end of the job the cleanup was as good as it gets. I would suggest that if you are shopping around for a superb roofing contractor this is the company to use. Price was very competitive, in fact they beat out the competition.
