I asked for an estimate in Dec. They came by twice to "have a look". I've called them back 3 times, to ask where my estimate was and was told I should have it by the end of the day. Well it's Feb now and still no estimate. No recommended.

I might read themselves on they're fixing my mom's room for tomorrow but they responded the next day after calling for information and a fellow from parksville drove up in the dark and went up on the roof in the dark and did three repairs so that was pretty awesome service around dinner time on Friday so they're using heaters to dry out the floors and walls and we'll look at it again on Monday so yes we are very happy with the service so far thank you guys

Great service from phone call all the way through. I will recommend this company in the future to my clients and will use them myself again.

Horrible customer service. I had a simple roof repair that I had met and gone over what was needed to be done. When the bill arrived it was double what was expected. When I called to ask about it, I was told to "pay it or else they would take action". They completely disregarded any of my concerns, and were not upfront about costs. Will never recommend any work from this company.

Great guys working there. Stuck on a jobsite with a dead battery and one of the workers helped us out. Thanks bud!

I this company many times to deal with a ridge cap issue been waiting since early december even called them to remind them...they called and apologized

Thank you very much for doing such a professional job in replacing our roof. We have not experienced any problems especially during the resent high winds and heavy rains. I would recommend your company to anyone.

I had a roof put on my house in 2007. I have been dealing with basically everybody in this company since October of 2016. My roof has completely disintegrated. I have gone from being told they will fully cover my roof in October to being told there is nothing they will do. Please be aware when you are getting a shingle roof that your shingles are pro-rated and they only give a 5 year warranty on labor for a reason. I do not want to give any star but it will not let me post without one.
