I have never been so infuriated as with this company. The roof has leaked ever sense I had it installed. I had them over twice to repair it. The first time the old man told me it was some chemical reaction and not a water leak at all as it was a sunny day I could not get this truculent character to acknowledge the obvious. On the next rainy day I had them over with water dripping from the front room ceiling so they had to admit the problem. They did a repair and the ceiling leaked more after they did the repair than before. More leaks have developed over the years in the kitchen, dinning room , living room bathroom and in two bedrooms. I should have nearly 10 years left on the roof. Trying to resolve the problem myself I began checking around and found that they did extensive damage to the redwood sub roofing creating big holes in the substructure. I doubt they could afford to replace the redwood.The old man was belligerent could not follow directions and was totally disagreeable. Stay away from this company! Oh by the way my neighbor had me look at my roof from his upstairs and I could see how crooked and out of line the shingles are. This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I don't mean the worst worst roofing company but the worst company in 71 years. This also is the first complaint I have ever posted. A total nightmare!!!!
