Nelson Ford provides shuttle service for Nelson Collision. The driver (Kathy) was very pleasant and the ride was comfortable and safe. Kathy took me home when I dropped off my vehicle for repair and picked me up when the repair was complete.

Maintenance on my truck was done in a timely and professional way. Sam is awesome and knowledgeable to deal with.

I brought my car in on the 16th of June for a collision damage by another driver . I was told that I would have to return on the 7th of July to drop it off . I had the insurance check to give them to hold . I was told not to worry about it .the lady was kinda snobby and seemed irritated . That any additional charges would be billed to the insurance company of the driver at fault . Went to go pick my car up and they asked for the check that I originally tried to give them . I told them what the lady told me and they wanted the check . No problem but I would have to get a ride . After coming back and handing them a check and getting my car . I noticed the worker jumping my car . And bringing it to me . The mechanic told me oh your terminals are bad and to go to o Riley's . Sooo for weeks of me driving and I had no problem.till I drop it off . They didn't ask if I would like them to replace it real fast and pay or send a pregnant women on the road without any official power to the battery. Seems like a quick turnaround and little care for a customer. Not only did this mechanic tell me to go to o Riley to get it fixed by his recommendation. I went to get them replaced at o Riley's . The worker at o Riley's broke a coolant hose . I waited in the hot sun for hrs for a mobile mechanic to fix the hose and a terminal . I never heard such thing to send a customer in a car that worked till they dropped it off to be fixed and they bring it out half running . Worked perfectly fine with a dented trunk . Would skip this and find a wholesome company that actually cares about people .

I recently used Nelson Fords collision center to tow my wife's SUV. That had been rolled over 3 times in a accident. I was very pleased with the 2 gentlemen that showed up to pull the vehicle in from the side of the hill and get it back on all 4 wheels before towing it. Each time I go to Nelson Ford in Martinsville, VA I feel I'm getting the best deal. whether its an oil change or a State Inspection Sticker. I enjoy their attitude and service.

Went for an oil change. Service personnel (Melissa) was very nice and the waiting room was clean and comfortable. No complaints.

Will not be bringing my car back here again unless things drastically change. The staff was rude to my wife when picking up our car, as well as in the parking lot. Each time we come our car also has black marks on the door handles and interior. I wouldn’t say they are rude over the phone but it is never pleasant speaking with the service staff.

Also had an issue we brought our car in for an infotainment issue we have had since 2020 when we bought it and a new lawsuit stated we should bring ours in if we were having these issues. Brought it in and while ours was an infotainment issue, dealership said the code was not covered under the lawsuit. While this could be understood, it seems counterproductive to retaining clients to continue to charge a $125 diagnostic fee to simply get a diagnostic code error pulled and not waive it for what the lawsuit was about, except a minor detail on how Mazda coded my issue.

Purchased a new 2025 Mustang and Charles and Danny made it absolutely painless and gave me a fantastic deal. Come see them you will not regret it.

My wife & I dropped off her Bronco Sport for routine service & they called our house when they were finished with the service which they did.

The switch from my sun roof went bad and unfortunately it was open. Considering how busy they were, they got me in within a week. That was pretty good so anyway. I had to wait another week and a 1/2 for the part To come in, but it was not their problem. That's just the way the industry works. The ladies in the service department were very professional and very sweet. They got the problem fixed and my mazda six is good to go.

I bought a new 2023 Chevrolet Blazer from Scott Norman on Feb 27, 2023. I have bought SEVERAL new cars but have never had such an easy transaction.
