An excellent job overall. Some damage to window well covers, but they provided reimbursement for new covers and my labor to install. Very happy with quality of work and clean-up after the job.

I cannot say enough good things about these people. Quality work, quality customer service, great follow through and then there is Art. This guy answers his phone whenever he can. If he is busy, he will text you and then call you back. Any question, he will find an answer. No need to look any further, Nelson is the best game around.

Nelson Contracting was recommended to us by several friends and neighbors. So glad we chose them to help repair our storm damage. Jaiden has been awesome! Just finished with the roof, and yes, no mess. Very courteous and thoughtful crew. They even put our Christmas lights back up. Nice surprise. Thanks guys!

My Mom and I used Nelson contracting on 2 different houses damaged by hail. Nelson dealt with insurance and did excellent work. There were some bumps in the (often customer error or that we didn't know how things worked). They explained things. They allowed us to add a lot of extra jobs. It took longer than originally expected, but they kept coming back until it was done.

I can't stress enough how much this company cares about its good name. They keep answering calls, texts, and emails. They keep coming back until the work is done. This is our first and only experience with contractors like this. We are very grateful and would recommend Nelson to others. We hope to use them in future.

Overall 4.5 stars. The work was excellent 5 star quality for the siding and the individuals doing the work. They were prompt, and cleaned up after themselves daily. They made sure our gates were shut at the end of each day so our dogs wouldn’t get out. They came back to check to make sure the job was satisfactory. The ONLY knock I have for this company is there is room for improvement in communication. When we were first working with them it was hard to tell where we were in the process. When the actual job was done it was a little over a week before someone came out and said they were done with the project, picked up the extra parts and let us know the next steps. All of this to say it isn’t enough to knock them down a full star on this review. The overall job was excellent. The house looks great. I only mentioned the communication issue so if you use this company you don’t get discouraged. Great work!

I have been dealing with damage to my roof since June (mostly insurance issues). I called Nelson Contracting and they had somebody out very quickly. Then Braxton came out and got the job done in 2 days !! Highly recommend !

Nelson has done an excellent job performing repairs on my home after a hail storm. They were professional, courteous, and quickly addressed all of my concerns. I will be using them again in the future should the need arise.

Nelson replaced hail damaged siding, matching it perfectly on 40 year old siding also replaced our gutters. Very professional, would highly recommend! Hope I never need to use them again, but if have hail damage or any type of damage they will be the first people I call. Outstanding job.

We have had some product issues, not any fault of Nelson. Nelson has been very accommodating and responsive in addressing them. One cannot always control the product been one can control how they react, they have been phenomenal in issue resolve! Would highly recommend them to all!

Hail stom . My insurance inspector said they would give 4k for repairs . The inspector for Nelson found a lot more damage met the insurance inspector. They negotiated with insurance we got a beautiful new 35 year roof and gutters . I would use this company again. . All I had to do was sign the contract . They cleaned up their mess and all is still well .

Addressed all of my concerns, in a timely manner, until I was completely satisfied. Would highly recommend for their great work!

Keye with Nelson Construction did a great job of researching my Insurance Estimate for a roof replacement and found multiple errors. After working on it with the adjuster, the estimate was right on! The roof is scheduled for replacement soon. Keye was at our house several times to answer questions , always on time, very professional and great to visit with. We appreciate everything Nelson Construction has done. Nelson Construction is a company you can depend on.

Were able to quickly take care of my problem and even repaired damage that happened after the initial estimate. The repair has held up so far and I think it looks well done. Will continue to do business with them in the future.

Nelson repaired flashing in two areas after a severe thunderstorm. They discovered small holes due to weather expansion and repaired them with high quality sealant. Nelson inspected the surrounding areas using preventative techniques. Good job Nelson!

We contacted Nelson Contracting to perform siding and metal trim repairs after a sever hailstorm. We had never used Nelson before but a friend recommended them. Sales rep. Keye Kinniman assessed the damage and work needed. He was extremely thorough and found damage missed by our insurance adjuster and ourselves. He then worked diligently through our insurance company to gain approval for the needed work, keeping us informed of submissions, approvals and estimated time for work to begin.
Materials were delivered just prior to the start of work. Travis Baden arrived to perform the needed work. From the start he was very personable and professional in our interactions with him assuring us that he would do a very good job for us. Having had previous construction experience I watch his work closely. He is truly a craftsman knowledgeable and meticulous in any task performed. Every evening he cleaned up the work area and disposed of debris.
We are very pleased with Nelson Contacting's staff, responsiveness and quality of work performed. We will not hesitate to use them in the future and recommend them to others without hesitation.

They were on time. Finished up in a day. Never would of known they were there if I had been gone. Looks beautiful!!!

Perform extensive research prior to hiring a construction company. We didn’t learn until after our project was completed that the Equiptor is only used in certain scenarios when there are steep roofing conditions and is not used on all projects like their website implies. While we were not implicitly told that the Equiptor would be used for our project, based on the information that was made available to us on the companies website, we implied that this was the regular method of cleanup used on all projects. Our initial signed contract said “No mess guarantee” and everywhere on the companies website that addressed clean up, only advertised the use of the Equiptor rather than tarps and trailers.
It is our opinion that we were misled into choosing this company because we were excited about the cleanup claims that are advertised. To me, this is false advertisement. The crew left our yard a mess after completing work for the night, and we were left with nails construction debris in our yard that we did not expect, and is concerning to us because we have young children who play in our yard daily.

We have also not been impressed with the customer service. There is very little response from the sales team regarding the issues we have encountered in our experience. There were a lot of areas of this project that did not meet our expectations, but the mess we were left with, despite the “no mess guarantee” was by the far the largest issue we encountered and knowing what we know now, we not hire this company.

They installed a flat roof 7 years ago and there is a huge leak along the wall I called them out and they said it's not covered under warranty even though it was work they had done quoted me 800 to fix it I thought they were considered the best in quality and warranty

We want to give a huge Thank You to Toby, Aaron, Art & crew. They came yesterday to take down our dinosaur gutters & install new gutters with gutter guard & downspouts. They were very impressive in getting the job done right, left no mess & just the nicest group of guys. They look so awesome! Would highly recommend if you want hard working, trustworthy & efficient workers. Awesome job guys, you made us smile!

Nelson Contracting recently completed major exterior work on our daughter's home outside of Milford. It was amazing to see how quickly the project was completed with quality product and workmanship. We will highly recommend them for any contracting work in the area.

Very pleased with the speedy response and accountability from Nelson Contracting regarding a matter. If I need work in the future I will be in touch with them.

The gutters are very good quality and the install team was respectful and friendly, but the communication with the main office was inconsistent. After making our 50% down payment our installation was pushed more than two months and I had to follow up multiple times to get information. When I paid the final bill they'd left questions unanswered and didn't respond to several emails. So, overall, we are happy with the gutters for the amount we spent, but don't know that I'd recommend them for complex projects that require a lot of management.

Outstanding service and pricing from an amazing company. Their price was the best of the several estimates I obtained. Responses to my emails and phone calls were rapid. Their workmanship is spot on.
Everyone I worked with was polite and took the time to answer my questions and concerns. Having had really bad experiences with a few other companies, I was a nervous paranoid client. Everyone I worked with understood my concerns and took the time and effort to make sure I felt safe entrusting my house (and money!) to them.
The crew members were polite, friendly, and efficient. They tarped the roof the first night because the forecast predicted possible rain. the whole job (roof and gutters) only took a couple of days, after which they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.
This company is awesome. If you need work done, particularly if you've been burned by some other contractor, give them a call. They'll do right by you.

Great company to work with, highly recommended. Braxton cleaned out our gutters and installed new gutter guards last fall and we no longer have issues with our gutters clogging!
