Tammy has been nothing short of professional, friendly and truly knows her trade in and out. Lisa has also helped me with numerous sets of questions; she is also pleasant, knowledgable and efficient!

Highly recommend this company. So easy to work with and did an awesome job. Also had to have siding replaced. My contact person was so nice and always got right back to me with any questions I might have had. Everything was done in a timely manner.

Completely resided house, new roof and gutters after major storm. They were great to work with. No complaints at all with quality of their work and cleanup.

They renewed my roof in 2020 ( a very nice job) this fall when checking my gutters for leaves I noticed a place that a couple shingles weren't laying as I thought they should be. I took a pic and stop by their office and ask about it. They said they would have someone check and repair as needed which they did.

The team really knew what they were doing. All the equipment was on site, all the materials, ready to go. No waiting around. They just got to work and went over and above. We heartily recommend Nelson!

Extreme wind and hail ruined my roof and gutters. My roof line is difficult because of additions made to the home. I had 2 other roof companies try to fix my leaking problem areas and failed. Nelson figured it out and fixed it. Also, they helped with insurance with my total roof replacement. They have their own guys that work full time, NO STORM CHASING "CREWS" THAT YOU WILL NEVER SEE AGAIN! Aaron was patient with my repairs and insurance payments. I am the first to admit, I am picky, critical, and not a nice customer to work for. Nelson did a great job for me on our big old house. One more thing, my big back yard has no access. These guys had to tear off and haul all the materials over the front of the house. Never once did they complain in 100 degree weather doing so. Top Notch!

We needed some new gutters and downspouts, and although it was not a large job, they treated us with professionalism, were timely and great follow up. I definitely would use them again or recommend them.

Very good did my work in a timely manner cleaned everything when finished. The gutters, and door trim are not done as it has been too cold, I'm sure it will be done when weather permits.

I used Nelson for the second time, and again, was impressed. For jobs big or small, Nelsons was responsive to my contracting needs. I have had poor experiences getting responses from other contractors, no return phone calls, follow up with quotes, etc. Both times using Nelson's, follow ups were responsive and precise. Cost of repairs was fair and quality of work met expectations.

Nelson’s contracting customer service is amazing. The situation like mine is the type that really show a companies values and character. My truck was parked next to one of their company trucks in a buisness parking lot. I had a door ding on my truck when I left the parking lot. I called the company and explained the situation. Without hesitation they sent me a check in the mail for the price I had given them to get it fixed. It is hard to find people to work with today with that level of care about marking sure the customer is taken care of and happy with the outcome. Thank you Nelson’s Contracting

The re-roofing went very well. The siding replacement has been finished and things look good, except a couple of things that I will discuss with Art before I say anymore about.

2 things:
1.Nelson's communication system is outstanding! It was never difficult to get a hold of someone on their end.
2.Quality of work was great. I noticed an issue with the new gutter install and someone came out and re-did the entire thing to make it right.

Everything went smoother and quicker than I could have expected. Honestly, I waited longer than my neighbors to file a claim, and then my insurance adjuster was backed up with delays, but Nelson somehow made up for those delays and my roof was installed before some of my neighbors were. I guess it helps to pick the colors that the manufacturers have in stock, as they mentioned. The roof looks great!

We're looking to get more repairs made after the hail storm, on gutters and such, but waiting on the supply chain, like every industry post Covid. I know I can trust Nelson to do the job quickly and correctly.

So far they have put on our new roof after the hail storm. Amazing job was done in a timely manner. Under 1 day!! Looks excellent and the cleaned up the ground around the house. We have trusted them with the entire needs of our home. Siding, gutters, downspouts etc…and I know we will be as pleased with the rest of the work they will be doing for us!!! Nelson Contracting is the way to go!!

Had them do some soffit and facia repair. Quality work, timely service, and stuck to there quote, will definitely use Nelson’s again!

My experience has been exceptional. Everyone has been very professional and the work was completed in a timely manner and done perfectly. The roofing crew did a great job and cleaned up upon completion.

Nelsons have taken the best interest and care in taking care of our damages from hail. We have no complaints and haven't had to deal with getting proper settlement from our insurance as they have very qualified people to do that for us.

Nelson’s Contracting is a TOP NOTCH company. The communication they have provided well exceeded my expectations!!! Their employees are so kind, friendly, and display such positivity. Aaron works extremely hard with insurance companies to negotiate repair/replacement costs. We will continue to utilize Nelson Contracting for any future needs.

My technician gave me a call and arrived exactly at the time he stated. In approximately three hours, my gutters were repaired, cleaned and fitted with new gutter guards. There was no mess left around the house.

Nelson Contracting replaced our roof, gutters, gutter screens and skylights 3 years ago following a hail storm. They were very easy to work with and the quality of their work was excellent. When another hail storm struck again this summer we definitely knew we would be using Nelsons again

Art Dobrusky is simply incredible! Very personable, professional, competent ... a pleasure to work with. He was highly recommended by our builder, Al Underwood, and others with whom we spoke, and they were right.

Art was quick to respond and inspect my gutters, downspouts, siding and roof after some heavy winds tore off a ridge cap and a few shingles. He provided pictures and an estimate within a day. I was able to approve via eSign and repairs were done quickly. Art was willing to provide in writing his opinion regarding the quality and general condition of the existing roof/shingles, which will be nice to have when I list my house for sale in the next couple years.

Aaron was very knowledgeable about the services they could offer. He was helpful in determining what I needed and what could be provided within my budget. The work was done expertly and quickly. (Within a few days of the estimate). I will definitely use Nelson Contracting again if the need arises.

Nelson Contracting did what they promised to do and were available when I needed to reach them. The work seems to have been done well. I had a roof leak repaired and the leak has not returned.

Nelson Roofing determined the source of leakage on my twenty-four feet high kitchen ceiling. They located two areas that had improper flashing installed during construction. They tackled a difficult situation quickly and professionally. They also discovered and corrected improper sealant usage with the shingles next to the brick surfaces. They discovered and corrected small issues before they became big ones. A little prevention goes a long way! Good job, Nelson!

Nelson Contracting has done three roofs and two gutter jobs for me. They have always done what they said they would do. I've been very happy with their work and their service.

Did great job on roof , had to coordinate with insulation company. Had old decking removed, closed cell poly sprayed in cathedral ceilings, then new decking put on, then new shingles. Job had to be done in one day and coordinated with insulation company.

Nelson Contracting, LLC is a can't miss roofing company. I'd highly recommend them without hesitation; excellent quality and service and they cleaned up the job site simultaneously as they worked. Just a very impressive company.

I have used Nelson a couple of times. They do good, quality work and are friendly and easy to work with. They were on time and most importantly on budget. I will use them again.
