I had a wonderful experience working with Neligan from start to finish. Stephen was very thorough with this inspection and had no problem going up into the attic to check the roof out from the inside. He also came back out and took care of a minor issue himself. Justin G was very friendly and went above and beyond by fully inspecting the whole roof and carrying out a couple of extra repairs. Very affordable, I highly recommend.

It was nice to have a salesman with actual roofing experience. This is very rare these days. Make sure you ask for Nick he is a nice gentleman.

In only one day - through inclement weather! - I saw a professional crew work steadily from daybreak to after dark installing my beautiful new roof. I’m so impressed with the office personnel and the overall confidence I experienced that everything they promised was delivered. Besides, they are all ‘nice’ humans!

We contacted Neligan Construction & LLC concerning roof damage that occurred during the storm Ian. The Neligan representative contacted us prior to arriving to say when he was going to come by for the appointment. He was on time and very professional. He explained what he was going to do during his examination of our roof. He took his time and he was very thorough. He explained what damage we incurred during the storm. He explained what was needed to do the repair. We were very satisfied with their service. John at Neligan Construction and Roofing did an amazing roof repair on our home. It was a very small job and they were more than happy to help us. John did a great job and took the time to find the right siding that only one company had. He did some research and found them. We are so happy with the work and care John took. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I live in Nocatee and had some water coming in through the top of a window during Hurricane Ian. Due to the nature of the water leak I wasn't certain if the issue was caused by the roof, siding or window so I reached out to Neligan Construction. They came out the same day I reached out, quickly diagnosed the situation as a minor construction defect where the siding was not cut plumb to the roof line, and made an immediate repair/touch-up on site. Reliability of this company was the best I had ever experienced, and I can't recommend them strongly enough. I will be reaching back out soon for new gutters. Tracy Waterman was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to give me good advice and information. I was very happy with the responsiveness and willingness to communicate by my preferred method(s) when possible, by everyone I dealt with at Neligan. The crew worked hard to get the job done on time (there was a LOT of bad old wood to replace before the new siding could be installed), and my house looks SO different and so much better - it's like a brand new house!

I had my shingle roof and gutters replaced, plus two decks rebuilt with trex. Took bids from six companies. Owner of the company (Brian Neligan) came to my house to provide the estimate. His quote was significantly lower than the others and he used better materials. He also had excellent design suggestions. The work his company performed was outstanding and completed on time. He personally supervised every phase of the job and made sure I was totally satisfied with the results.

Just had my roof done by Neligan Construction. Very professional and crew was prompt and efficient. They were on property when they said they would be there and finished job on schedule. Very neat as well and shrubs and surrounding area very well protected. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof.

During a heavy storm, a tree fell on my home. After it was removed, I called Neligan Roofing to assess possible roof damage. Brian Neligan, the owner, arrived promptly at my home for a free estimate. He got up on the roof, checked the condition of the shingles where the tree had fallen, and cleaned off several years of pine needles that he said could potentially degrade the roof.
He then went into the attic to check for water damage inside.
I was astonished when he told me my roof was just fine.
This is an honest businessman. As it turned out, I did not require a roof repair. However, after that experience, I would not hesitate to use this company.
We all rely on the expertise of professionals when we need a job done, but it's not every day that you meet an expert with intergrity.

I have not used Neligan Roofing .... YET. However I spent the day a few weeks after Matthew working on my hime. One day at 7:45 a truck showed up. The guys were at it from the get. First they spread spread tarps around the house. Then they were up on the roof with shovels and other tools removing the old shingles. By 11 they were taking a lunch break. Roof was bare. By 4:30 the new roof was up and the tarps full of shingles and nails were in the truck. I was amazed. When i do need a roof i know who to call. Like they all say. Want a job done right? Find a busy guy.Word spread and soon enough Brian had about 5 word of mouth referrals. Great guy. Great prices. Better service.

We were very pleased with Neligan's roof replacement services. Brian, the owner, gave us a fair quote, worked with our insurance company, and never pressured us. Heather came to our house after work to go over the details, including that we would not pay a penny until the job was completed, and both county and QA inspected. Juan and his crew were a hardworking group. Sunup to sundown, whatever it took. They left our property clean and removed the truck dumpster and port-a-let the same day. Juan really managed the job well and was very polite. Lastly, we noticed in many ways that Brian obviously appreciates his employees and his company's strong reputation.

Highly recommend. Reliable and affordable...finished on time and within budget. Excellent clean up and care for my personal property! Very cost effective and I found them on Angie's List.
