This was without question the BEST experience as I have had as a homeowner. Nobody likes to replace a roof, myself included. I met Ken O'Neal who was the sales person and he was anything but a sales person. He was a consultant. This guy scheduled an appointment, called and texted when he was on his way and close by. He introduced himself, the company and walked me through what they look for....and from that point, the only thing I had do was answer the phone. They gave me their professional opinion from their inspection team. We called the insurance agent and scheduled a claims inspection. Ken and his team met the insurance team onsite and literally handled every single moment. We ended with a new roof that was covered by more than 80% of our insurance coverage. The scheduling, the work, the clean up and the follow up have been SECOND TO NONE. They even replaced my gutter guards on the back because the old ones I had did not fit with the new roof style that was required. The professionalism, the relationship, the effort and energy on their end made this the most simple process I have ever had of being a homeowner in more than twenty years. I cannot recommend this team, this company and their work anymore than this.....YOU WILL NOT REGRET THIS CHOICE. Hands down, I made the right choice and they confirmed it every step of the way. Parker and his team at Neighbors Roofing were phenomenal to work with on my front half replacement, especially since it was my first time having to replace a roof. He was prompt, professional, and affordable while also taking the time to thoroughly explain the process, listen to my questions, and address my concerns. He personally came to check the work and make sure everything was done cleanly, and when we had some minor exterior damage with a later storm, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed quickly and properly. His business is one of the few I can truly say I trust to be honest and reliable.

For the last 3 years, my home has been having water drip into my walls due to poor buildman-ship on my roof. I reached out to Parker at Neighbors Roofing and he was able to come out the same day and take a look at what needed to be done.

Needless to say, Parker is amazing. He was able to diagnose the problem on Monday, and give it a temporary fix (while pouring down rain) until he could do a more permanent repair on Friday. He walked me through each step, showed me what was done wrong from the builder, vs what he did correctly. He was very open and honest about everything.

I write all of this to say: if you have problems with your roof, contact Neighbors Roofing. He has earned my trust, and a customer for life. (Hopefully I never have roof issues, but if I do, I know who to call.)

I called Matt for an inspection based on others that had used them in our neighborhood. He came out looked at my roof and decided I did not have enough hail damage for a replacement at this time. During the inspection he noticed that a section had broke loose and was in my gutter. They came back in a couple days and replaced the shingles at no charge. Great customer service. I highly recommend them to do your inspection.

A few months ago I was concerned about the condition of my roof. A friend recommended Neighbor's Roofing - Parker arrived the day I contacted him to give me a free inspection. He was honest about the status at the time - watch and wait. Fast forward to the latest storm that swept over Middle Tennessee - I received a text from Parker saying he had heard of the storm system potentially in my area and offered to come check out my roof. And indeed it was now time for a new roof.

I initially was very overwhelmed by the idea of dealing with insurance and roofers, etc. However, Parker and his associate Enoch were VERY easy to work with - they both answered ALL of my questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner. There was nothing left for me to figure out on my own. Even choosing a roof color was a simple process.

The actual process of installing the roof took 1/2 a day. The team did some additional repairs as well. By the end of the project I had a beautiful new roof - landscaping was left in tact (something I had been quite worried about!) and my property was left in better condition than when they'd started.

Can't say enough about Neighbors Roofing. Parker and his team were professional with every aspect of the transaction. Clearly communicated on the estimate, what to expect, when workers were scheduled to arrive and complete the work. The service didn't stop after the work was complete. I have had several follow up calls to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction with offers to come take care of anything if it wasn't. I have been a home owner for 30+ years and have had roofs replaced amongst many other household services but none have come clost to the professionalism and workmanship I received from Neighbors roofing.

We have used Neighbors repeatedly. The first time was when they showed up during a storm to do a temp repair our roof. They came back when the weather cleared and provided me with a permanent fix. They recently came out and did a repair for us on our new home. I will always refer these guys. They are incredible professional, personable and fast!

We had a leak into our home the other day after a heavy rainstorm. Parker and a fellow worker came out to inspect our roof and, after making sure there weren't other causes, discovered loose or poorly installed vent boots. They installed new coverings to seal the boots and, despite my protests, wouldn't let me pay them a dime! I highly recommend Neighbors Roofing and will definitely call on them again as needed.

I called Neighbors because I had a wet spot in my ceiling and suspected a roof leak. Parker came out within 24 hours, and after a brief inspection, discovered the source was not the roof, but a pvc vent pipe, which had not been glued on one side of a T-fitting. He was fast, honest and humble. If/when I do need a roofer in the future, Neighbors will be my first call.

We had a very complicated repair needing to be done to our roof and they not only completed it, but walked us through the whole process and took great care in doing it. I can’t recommend Parker and his crew enough! My first encounter was when he was doing my neighbors roof and he was honest with me about my roof. I was very appreciative then. My Neighbor was also extremely satisfied with his work and how the job was handled. At that point I knew I’d be reaching out to him whenever it was time to get my roof done or had any roofing needs. Fast forward and I ended up in a bind dealing with me moving and selling my home a few days back. I reached out and Neighbors Roofing was able to get me fitted in to deal with an issue found during an inspection quick and at an extremely reasonable price. I gotta give them a 5 star A+ for this one for sure!

Free estimate was given regarding several damaged and loose shingles. Quoted an extremely fair price. DID NOT pressure me to use Homeowners Insurance.
They completed the repairs within one day of giving estimate.

He was professional and courteous throughout the appointment and provided pictures of the problem that was causing the leak.
