I got several roofing quotes before my neighbor who used this company and recommended to me. Among my quotes, this company gave me the best combination of quality and price. Before the project, they thoroughly reviewed and discussed the options, materials, warranty, etc. On the day, they did an excellent job tearing off the old roof, repairing the necessary’s, and installing the new roof, painting the vent pipes in a timely and professional manner. The staff are nice too. They showed me the pictures before and after. I am extremely impressed. Highly recommended!!!

Recently, my husband and I met with Mr. Chase Tyler of Neighborhood Restoration to discuss the replacement of our roof. He arrived 30 minutes ahead of time. Mr. Tyler went up onto the roof to inspect it, took pictures, and then returned. He showed the pictures to us, pointing out loose shingles in need of replacement due to wind damage. I called our insurance company to report the damage, and our adjuster agreed to meet with us a couple of days later. He brought with him an expert roofer who also inspected the roof and took pictures. Our adjuster sent us a report and within four days we had a check for replacement of the roof, and we only had to pay the deductible. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Tyler presented the contract for the work and page by page he answered our questions to our satisfaction.

A date was set for the installation of the roof. The roofers arrived on time and before they started to work, they covered our front steps and flower bed, as well as our back deck to catch the debris. They removed the old roof with precision and checked for the deterioration of wood. The roofers completed the roof before noon. Additionally, they cleaned up all the trash and old nails. Mr. Tyler and his roofers were professional and kind from start to finish. He even offered to help us with another problem without charging us.

I was referred to Neighborhood Restoration by a coworker and dealt with Xavier. The process from the initial inspection to insurance approval and installation took a few months, mainly because of the insurance company, but the my roof was completed. The installers came in and were done in about half a day, cleaning up all the mess that was made along the way. Insurance covered the cost for the entire roof and I only had to pay my deductible. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to replace or repair their roof.
