Zak remodeled my master bathroom into a handicap accessible bathroom. It is stunning, safe and functional. His work is of high quality. He also added more lighting to a dark bathroom. His wife Britt picked out the beautiful finishing touches. He also added a tall toilet in both of my bathrooms and installed a new water heater. I would hire Zak again for my next project and I highly recommend him.

We are so happy with the work we had done in our two bathroom remodels. Zack helped us with our design, giving us options based on the investment we wanted to make in each project. He was great at communicating when he would be on site, how long each project would take and did high quality work. Zak installed a range hood, fixed some bathroom stuff, repaired a bathroom fan and lighting fixtures. He worked fast, kept the place clean and was fun to converse with. Best handyman we've ever hired. We'd give him six stars if we could!

Zak fixed my under cabinet lighting. Zak installed new lighting above the cabinets. The kitchen looks warm and cozy. I even can pick the color of the lighting. I mentioned to Zak that I can do longer enter my garage using the keyless entry, even though I had put in new batteries. Zak installed a new keyless entry for me that day!! He took care of my “honey do” list! I would recommend hiring Nearby Handy Guy for any job.

Zak went above and beyond in completing the job at my home! The ceiling in my bedroom had major water damage and part of it needed to be replaced. It was challenging to match it to the texture of the rest of the ceiling. After Zak finished the job, he told me to let him know if there was anything that needed to be changed. I was honest and told him that I didn't think the part he worked on matched the rest of the ceiling. So he totally redid the entire ceiling at no extra cost and did an excellent job! He cleaned up well, too. Zak is personable, talented, hardworking, and trustworthy. Without a doubt he gets 5 stars from me!

Knowledgeable handyman! He knows what he's doing! Zak is extremely patient and attentive to all of your particular preferences. I really put this to the test during the kitchen remodel as I'm wildly picky, but he effortlessly worked through all of my back and forth delays where I was unable to decide, and my many last minute changes. No matter what new thing I threw at him he made me feel confident we could make it work just the way I wanted it. AND WE DID! I will continue to recommend him to all of my friends and to anyone who needs a very talented and reliable handyman.

Zak, the amazing HandyGuy, is not only a talented and timely handyman, but also happens to be a kind, thoughtful and overall wonderful human. Zak remodeled our bathroom for us, and I was thrilled with the process AND result! He was incredibly communicative (always let us know his plans and timing), very careful with messes (always cleaned up after himself and protected the work area with plastic sheeting, ran paper runners over the areas he needed to access), reasonable with pricing (after the fair initial bid, any surprises he ran by us with his quote), and the end result was stunning (see pictures)!
