Zach was a true God send for our roof. But not just that. We needed to file a claim during the toughest time of our lives. With a newborn in NICU. Another company originally came out however after seeing the quote things felt off. My husband priced out a couple other companies all significantly less than the first. I then reached out to Zach. I explained that we already had a claim filed and a check in hand but i felt like the estimate didn’t match our needs. He came out and sat down with us to review everything. We then came up with a game plan to fulfill the insurance companies requirements while maximizing everything. In the end Zach was able to coordinate all services on our behalf. While we spent our days in the NICU at children’s and with our other 2 children he took on every part of the work. Our house looks amazing, I had all the stress taken off my shoulders, and we were able to get everything done so quickly. He truly has been the best person to have on our team. We cannot thank him enough for everything. There’s a reason he is so well loved and respected within the real estate industry.

A call on Tuesday, a meeting later that day, agreed to have it done late Wednesday, roofers installed Friday and were done by around 3:00 after a bit of a late start due to some rain. Roof looks great and so do the new gutters. Zach and his team did a great job.

We had experienced tornado damage earlier in the spring that still needed repaired and our insurance had a clause that excluded hail or tornado damage from the coverage. A friend suggested we speak with Zach about the repair. We were able to do most everything prior via phone which helped our busy household. And the repair was less than what our deductible would have been, so we also avoided filing a claim and fighting insurance.
