Had siding, gutters, and trim done. The work was great. There were some issues with information I was given by a rep that was inaccurate and was a costly mistake that was looking to leave me out a lot of work/money. Most companies would’ve left me high and dry and not stood by a reps word, but the owner Lou stepped in and made things right. That is a rare thing today. He went above and beyond to make things right. Mistakes will always happen but how you handle them says a lot. When I need exterior services they’ll be my first call from now on.
