Columbus Roof Clean

I didn't go with this company, as another company contacted me first, and I'm SLIGHTLY out of Columbus Roof Clean's range. But, George contacted me very quickly, upon making a request, and, as I was reading my emailed quote aloud from the other company, George assured me, that my quote was fair. This seems like a good company to use to clean your Roof.

This is the second time we’ve had this company work on our roof. Our roof looks new after it was cleaned by Lonnie. He did an extra ordinary job. We also had some small repairs done by him that were expertly completed. Lonnie went above and beyond what we had discussed at our initial meeting with the owner. He discussed that he wanted to make sure that when we drove up into our driveway, we were very pleased with his work. Indeed, we are!

I had a wonderful experience with this company! From the time I contacted the owner- within a week I had Lonnie (awesome contractor) come out and inspect my roof and take care of a broken seal and leak! He was also kind enough to inspect some of my skylights and replace some rubber seals around free of charge! Will definitely recommend this company and use them in the future if needed! Great service cleaning Columbus fungus from our roof. The job was said to take two days and it did as promised. Roof looks great. Gutters were cleared as well and some roof sealant installed as needed.. everything was explained and completed as promised. Very pleased.

Columbus Roof Clean did a great job on cleaning our roof! They came out in January to inspect our roof because we thought we needed a new roof. But it turned out there were just a couple spots that needed fixed and the roof needed a good cleaning. They weren’t able to come out until March because of the weather. But they were very prompt about scheduling a day to come out once there was nicer weather. Lonny came out and it only took a few hours for him to fix and clean our roof. I highly recommend them!

George and Lonnie correctly identified a sporadic leak and fixed it immediately. This is the second house George has found and fixed such a leak. Later, Lonnie cleaned my roof and replaced three old, worn-out hat vents, a soil vent, and a broken powered vent. He also inspected and repaired all sidewall flashings. Roof Cleaning was done thoroughly and swiftly with good communication and the house looks tremendous. We asked about roof repair, but they suggested a cleaning might be all we needed at this point. Columbus Roof Clean cleaned the roofs on my house and utility building. They also power washed both buildings and my concrete driveway. My roofs looked very bad before they were cleaned. After the cleaning they almost looked like new. George, the owner, was very professional when he met with us and we signed the contract. Lonnie did the work. We had moss growing on one side of our roof and George and his crew came out and evaluated the roof and gave is an estimate. He was also able to offer a fix to some damages we had as well on the roof. The process took a few hours and we did not have to home which is always nice. The outcome is better than I would have imagined, it looks like we have a new roof! They also power washed the front and cleaned out our front gutters as well. The only thing to mention is debris will get a little around the base of the house but nothing a quick 30 minute clean up couldn’t handle. I would recommend this service!

Owner, George also owns a roofing company and he is a professional in every sense. At first I thought the price to clean my roof was high but all reviews were excellent so I went with it. My roof was just cleaned by Aaron and he did an outstanding job! We had moss and mold which he completely removed. Afterwards, he cleaned everything on the sidewalk / driveway that would have come off the roof. George and Aaron also repaired my roof earlier this spring after some remodeling changes. Had this done over 3 years ago it was fantastic, however the staining started to return a little over a year after the application and I was gonna call them next spring to clean it again. George happened to be in my neighborhood a few weeks ago and asked me when it started to stain again, I told him and HE said that was unacceptable and that as soon as he had an opening he would redo it ----for no charge!!!!

Excellent work. Bought a home in Pickerington and the roof was unclean and making the new paint job on the home look drab. With one clean by Columbus Roof Clean the roof looked excellent, practically brand new and we are still totally satisfied!

The crew who came out to do the cleaning was very thorough and made sure to cover all the areas of the roof as well the gutters and the siding right under the roof to remove all the mold and dirt.
