NDA Construction have done an incredible job of turning the house with potential that we recently purchased into a house we love. The CEO Almir had a great vision for transforming our basement, and his team executed flawlessly. They've also done an incredible job in transforming our kitchen, hallway, half bath, and a screened porch. Work has been flawless, service has been super exceptional, and prices have been reasonable. Almir's always been very responsive and attentive and has helped us to realize exactly what we were seeking. Highly recommended.

NDA made my dream kitchen a reality! It is now an elegant white with all new brushed gold accents and new trend settings appliances. NDA guided our renovation process of our kitchen, bathrooms and all the floor detailing in our condo. This beautiful home renovation was completed in 2wks with professional care, personal attention to every detail and extreme patience with the restraints of the HMO work guidelines.
They remodeled my old Condo kitchen with beautiful ceramic floor tiles, an exquisite back splash with gold highlights and gorgeous modern quartz countertops. They refurbished my old cabinets and pantry with modern white cabinets and gold accents. NDA installed a new kitchen sink, gold kitchen and bathroom faucet fixtures. Our master bathroom and guest bathroom are simply beautiful.
NDA worked tirelessly to finish our home before the holidays. One of our guests remarked that our home looked like it should be featured in Better Homes and Gardens!

NDA construction worked tirelessly and with due diligence to transform our newly bought house into the home of our dreams. I can’t emphasize enough the high quality and responsive communication, a rare occurrence in the renovation world. We have lived in the home for a couple months now and even when something has needed small repairs and adjustments NDA has stood by their warranty and come out as soon as they can to help asses and fix. We are very happy with the end product and would recommend working with NDA for your next home renovation.

Almir and his crew were wonderful to work with. The workmanship was excellent; the crew was a pleasure to have around over the month they were here, and most importantly, Almir listened, responding quickly to the few minor issues that cropped up and resolving them promptly. Highly recommended.

NDA is reliable and completed reno within a reasonable time without compromising quality of work. Worked with 3 other contractors and by far, working with Amir and NDA's meticulous workers was the most positive experience. On their website, it is mentioned that NDA provides "high-class transformation that embodies quality and style." I believe this to be true. Cost was reasonable as well (I retired with $5). I would recommend.

The crew was great and work was completed very quickly. I even asked for some post-work corrections and they were happy to accommodate my request.

The individuals assigned to renovate our kitchen and bathrooms, along with painting the entire house, were absolutely wonderful. It was reassuring to have such professional, respectful, punctual, and trustworthy individuals working in our home. Almir, the CEO, treated our project with utmost priority, demonstrating a commitment that it seems he extends to all his clients. He was consistently accessible and true to his commitments. The integrity shown by NDA throughout the entire process surpasses any I've encountered in the construction and remodeling industry. I wholeheartedly recommend them and would confidently refer them to anyone seeking similar services.

I used this company almost a year ago and I must say I wish i never hired NDA. All the work they did is falling apart already. i.e. the tiles are cracking, the paint is already peeling and Amir used VERY cheap materials to complete my home reno. And he is very overpriced! I am having to pay someone to redo the work that was done by Amir and his people, thus spending more money than I should. Beware of the sweet talks and promises in the beginning. I saw a review cautioning people of the same thing, but I went against my gut and now, I am paying for it. I am glad I waited to write this review because he was pestering me to give 5 stars as soon as the job was done. I am sure the other 5 star reviews on here wish they had waited to see the actual outcome over time. !Use them at your own risk

Owner is extremely kind, patient, and professional. All his staff are exceptionally talented, respectful of your space, and always timely. Project was completed in the time frame promised and within the budget discussed despite unforeseen challenges that come from renovating an older house. Could not possibly recommend this company highly enough!!

A month ago, I found a pinhole leak in a pipe in the wall between
the kitchen and bathroom. The pipe got repaired, but because of resultant mold, I needed to have the kitchen and bathroom walls removed and redone. NDA Construction did a wonderful job. They came out quickly and gave a competitive and detailed estimate. They completed the job in the time they promised and on budget. In the kitchen, the team replaced the old copper pipes, replaced the dry wall, put in new cabinets, a beautiful countertop, and painted the walls. For the bathroom, they put in a walk-in shower with beautiful wall and floor tiles. Most important to me, the owner, Almir, was very communicative throughout and responded immediately to any question or concern. I was very happy with the result and thoroughly recommend NDA Construction.

I needed some work done in my basement, Almir & NDA responded to me quickly, got on site the next day, provided a clear and fair quote, followed up with a foreman visit to lock in the plan, and got the team on site within days. They worked clean and exceeded expectations given a challenging workspace.

I'm excited they have teams for all my interior and exterior projects so I'll save time and start with NDA going forward.

NDA Construction with Almir and his team just finished my new concrete driveway and flagstone sidewalk and porch with an added curved walkway connecting the sidewalk and the driveway.

Throughout the whole process, Almir communicated very effectively and explained everything, I provided an estimate and drawings on what to expect. He is very professional and knowledgeable and will listen to you and is very flexible.

I can’t say enough about Almir and his team and next week they are starting the renovation on my two bathrooms!!! I would definitely recommend Almir and his NDA team for your home improvement needs!

If I could skip giving even the 1 star, I would, This man is very dishonest. I contacted him to replace my doorknobs, he came and went to buy the items. When he returned, he told me that the items and labor would cost 620$. I asked him for the receipt, he said he would email it, but he NEVER did. I let him do the job, but something about it did not sit well with me. A few weeks later, I decided to check the prices of the doorknobs, just to discover that they cost 34$ a piece, so he LIED to me about the prices. Stay away from this business, he is a thief in disguise.

Almir and his team were on time, hard working and the finished product is beautiful! I will recommend him and use him again for my other projects. He and his team were a pleasure to work with!

Almir's crew built us a beautiful screened-in porch at a cost well below the other bids we got. The times I had concerns or questions, he was quick and responsive in addressing them, including extending our warranty to give me more peace of mind.

Dropping one star over initial guidance on drawings and permitting. We ended up needing to bring in an outside architect to provide better drawings the county would actually accept, at an additional fee. But the total cost remained below competitors' bids, and we love the final product.
