I am updating this review as due to it, the company reached out to me and we discussed the problem.
There was miss communication between the phone call with the contractor and I that caused confusion as well as a miss understanding of the issue on how a 5 year old roof had a leak.
The initial assumption (on my part anyway) was that I was being brushed off as it was "out of warranty" and sent to a random roof company.
Turns out the contractor is someone who works closely with the company and does repairs for them.
Once the contractor came out and inspected the problem he determined that the cause of the leak was more of an unfortunate event (no ones "fault") but in the sense of customer service they were going to fix the issues without any additional charges.
I appreciate the follow up from the company as well as good will to solve the issue.
