Great company and was very transparent from start to finish. Helped me with my 30'x60'x14' and advise anyone else in the market for a building to look their way.

The building is awesome. They had it up in 1 day and the construction team were awesome and very professional. Called them and they were very friendly and helped me out because I kept changing the plans and they told me that's what they are there for to make sure I got everything I wanted. The prices weren't bad at all and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

For building that was manufactured delivered and installed all in the state of North Carolina I could not be happier. The professionalism from the sales office to the manufacturing facility which I visited could not have gone better. I am very impressed with the whole company as a whole. If someone in my area would like to come and look at the product that's installed on my property you're invited. This is not the first metal building I've had installed. The workmanship from the factory to the installation crew was fluid with no hiccups. I highly recommend this company and its product to anyone that's looking to have a metal building installed. My building was 30x50x12 and it was installed in one day by three man crew. I stayed on the site as it was being built. The crew knew exactly what to do when to do it and everything Wednesday planned. Once again I highly recommend this company and its product to anyone looking to install a metal building.

They did a 30x40 building for me. They did a great job. I highly recommend them. Mike was great to work with.

I was put with this company from an order through CARPORT COMMANDER, I DO NOT RECOMMEND CARPORT COMMANDER AT ALL, EVER.

NC Structures, was ok, but again communication, is sub par.

When they called to verify everything, they say, the verified the colors, I don't believe they did but, that's a he said she said, however CARPORT COMMANDER, submitted the wrong color on the order, to begin with, and I know Grey, blue, black, I Don't know SANDSTONE. No Email sent to visual verify color. BUT AGAIN IF CARPORT COMMANDER would have sent the right color to begin with, this would not be an issue. So My building is the wrong color.

NC Structures wants $2700 to fix the problem.

Also, neither company mentioned anything about, color matching screws, or outside door locks on roll up doors. So even if I wanted a tan building, I now have a tan building with several hundred, Silver screws all over it.

When the company called to verify the address of my home, I had to give them directions as my street is not mapped in GPS yet.
When I did this, these directions did not get passed to the driver, because I had to go find him, because when he texted me and I gave him directions which where drive to this address then turn left, then turn left again, I am at the end of the street. He never turned left at all.

The crew were very hard workers they did the build in one day, but none of them spoke any English at all, and my requests were not followed at all, so my electrical conduit, in my concrete is not inside the build it is right under the man door. So it is not useable. The window is sort of in the right spot but not where i wanted it exactly. Again, all because there was a communication barrier that could not be overcome.

When I called the company, to talk about payment, I wanted to use a card, instead of a check. I was told the builder would call back and get someone to call to take payment over the phone, the builder refused to call, it was 845 pm, and wanted a check. When I called, the next day, i was assured the check would not be deposited, but it was, they did make it right but still. LACK of communication and follow through, is an issue.

Overall, the work crew, was fine, they were hard workers and the building over all is built well, however the support work and communication, could be better.

I worked with Tyler and he has helped me and put up with my many changes with no problems. Drove six and a half hours to check the people and place out before I decided to go with them. Took a tour of their manufacturing facility and was very impressed. Want to give a shout out to the owner Josh who I met while I was there. Great guy even though he didn’t throw in the Clemson Red roof that would have looked awesome on my building lol ( Tyler you’ll have to show this to him and maybe he’ll feel guilty and surprise me with it ).Waiting on my concrete to be poured before install. Will update review after install. Would definitely recommend to friends.

When i first agreed to purchase a building from them, i was so excited!. Told 2 to 3 weeks it would be up and i would be using it. Almost 5 weeks later it was put up. The trim is all bent up, there is large gaps around doors, the man door was not achored/screwed in properly. My ceiling is dirty, there was screws on the ground everywhere, ended up with a flat tire, some of my husbands equipment was taken. When i let the company know, i was told they needed pictures, sent those and had to call them back a week later to find out what they were gonna do. Said they would be here to fix building almost a week ago... no call, no show, still not fixed. Nothing for my tire, no news about husbands equipment. The guy that sold me the building was fired within that first week, and find out the things like discounts he promised were lies and company would not hold to the agreement. Not happy and when i told this to Brandie, she stated "hopefully after all this and your using it, you will think it was all worth it". Wow, worst choice of building i think i could of chose.

Good and easy to work with people. Tyler corns was professional and easy to work with while helping me figure out which structure would best suit my needs.

Amazing customer service AND products from 1st contact to finished structures. They make you feel not only a part of the process but put you and your needs 1st! Highly recommended!

The customer service I received when purchasing my building was great! Tyler was my salesperson, and he was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process, keeping me updated along the way. My 24’ x 30’ garage turned out beautifully and I will be recommending this company to anyone I know that is in the market for a metal building!

The guys in the sales office are wonderful. Tyler Corns and Michael Beamer are exceptionally well spoken and respectful young men. Although I didn’t buy anything, they took their time answering my questions and when I’m ready to buy these guys will definitely be who I come back to.

The salesman I talked to, it was absolutely fantastic. But after I'm putting my down payment. In the salesman answered his phone personal Phone He Even tried, and On his word tried to get the factory to respond to me. It was to the point that I felt like I felt victim to an online scammer, but after putting some post online and finally getting the tension of somebody that should have been involved a long time ago, my building was installed The installation crew was amazing. My only complaint with them. What B they left close to 200 Hundred

Edit!!!!! Josh is the man. He got a trusted crew sent out an all issues I had was fixed even my color dispute. After the crew got there a relayed what they seen he understood my frustration. They’ve redeemed themselves in my book an I’ll be talking to Josh about adding an addition on as I’ve already realized I need more room. Ordered building through carport commander who then sends the info to their manufacturer. Who happens to be these people. Every time I talk to Maria it’s I’ll talk to shop Forman so on. They sent a new crew they admitted to install my building. Was supposed to be a day day an half install. I paid check before I left on 3rd day when they did the most work cause I had to work. Crew left a came home to a ton of dents across top. They sent a repair crew a month later a dents are still there they were also to fix all trim an readjust roof panels that weren’t square. Now roof panels have xtra holes and are bent an krinkled. The repair panels they brought didn’t match my building. Same color different batch go figure. Man door is out of square. So now to see how long a remedy a repair is gonna be. Buildings paid in full.

5 stars to a girl named Brandy at this company. I purchased a carport from her at the last company she worked for and never want to work with any other sales person besides her. She followed up even after the building was installed. She provided me with excellent customer service and all around good experience. I believe she’s found a team that matches her work ethics. I will be buying my next building from her as well. Awesome job!

I bought a 40×60x16 building and after I ordered I read a few bad reviews and had a bad feeling that I was going to end up with a bad product or no shows but let me tell you the process went smooth and the installer crew was the absolute best we could have asked for. The guys showed up and even when they a few obstacles they quickly fixed and handled the situation. When they left they picked up all the misc screws and were overall a great group of guys to work with. This was my first carport style steel building and overall I'm impressed with how it went together and learned a lot about the construction methods and how it works. Of course they made it look easy when I know it's a lot of work. They were here the exact day they promised and even though it look slightly longer they stayed and got everything perfect. Would recommend these guys

I give my sales rep Mary 5 stars. Mary was wonderful not only during the purchase decision process but after the installation as well. Mary was always prompt in answering my messages as well as returning calls. Mary made sure my purchase was exactly what I needed to complete this building project. I cannot express how much we appreciated Mary's dedication to ensure we were a totally satisfied customer. If you want a great buying experience from the start just ask for Mary. I personally had the worst experience of any company I have ever used in my life with NC structures and it took them six months to do all of the punch out work which was two pages long and their office staff never return phone calls.
I would recommend you to look for some other company besides this one buyer beware

They were prompt on getting the building up but the I guess the reason why is because my building leaks... they did not overlap the bottom metal over the concrete which allows water to come in. Contacted them and they have not replied to fix the issue. I’d recommend people look at other businesses for their building.

From start to finish this has been one of my best buying experiences. The building was completed in 1.5 days. The installation crew were professional and polite, cleaned up after themselves. Working with Kim was a pleasure all the way through. Beautiful building, well built and will serve our family for years to come.

We placed our down payment 4 months ago and we were told 6-8 weeks for delivery. We’re now being told it will be next year sometime before we receive it. We’ve requested a refund multiple times and have been denied and informed it’s not their problem!!! Awful customer service

Very poor service I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy Maria don't let you talk to nobody but her and then she never answers the phone for you or they never call you back when they say they're going to they were a month late getting my building out and when it finally got here they installed it and the measurements weren't right now they're trying to charge me to come out and correct it when it was their fault for not measuring it correctly I have a city code here because I live in the city they won't let you talk to the owner they won't even tell you who the owner is all I want is what I ordered and I did not get it they want me to pay $3,000 more for them to come out and correct it very poor service. I ordered a 24 by 22 with 13 foot walls and a 16ft peak. And I received a 24 by 22 with 14 foot walls and a 17 and a half foot peak and my city limits is 16 ft

They did a wonderful installation of our building. I am so happy and it matches our home perfectly. They were very polite and professional. Thank you very much, we are happy customers.
