Anthony went over and above to get all of the work on my house completed and up to code. Exceptional work! I was ready to throw in the towel dealing with insurance, but he kept talking me through the process and I was able to get everything fixed! I highly recommend this company. I hope to never have to do this again, but if needed I know who I’m calling!

I liked Anthony and he had been great for minor repairs over the last several years. He was always on time, even early, polite, professional, and seemed like he knew what to do.

Until I had a total loss of my roof due to a storm this January of 2022. He convinced me that we needed a whole roof replacement (and I think he was right, Able Roofing who has now replaced him also thinks I need a whole roof replacement), but then he totally ghosted me as soon as Allstate pushed back on him, which Allstate is known for doing and Anthony should have been prepared for in my opinion. He stopped following up, stopped communicating with Allstate, stopped communicating with me, hasn't answered my calls/emails/texts/website submission in over 4 months now, meanwhile my roof is still tarped and awaiting repair. My insurance claim had been stuck not moving forward for 7 months until I hired a new company.

I liked dealing with Anthony until this ghosting occurred, I was under the impression Nature's Cure was a solid local business building a positive brand for itself, but we signed paperwork that he was going to do this job and he has vanished leaving my family exposed in the process. Nature's Cure Restoration as abandoned my family and I cannot recommend counting on them to replace your roof.

Very friendly and knowledgeable team at NCR. They answered all of my questions and responded in a quick and timely manner. Highly recommend these professionals!
