I recently had Natural Home Lite install a Sun Tunnel in our kitchen/dining area.
Lars came to our home and explained the process and gave a written estimate. The office scheduled us within 10 days.
Alex arrived as scheduled to complete installation. He answered all of my questions and completed the project in under 3 hours. The work areas were protected during and cleaned after install.
I had a trouble-free Sun Tunnel in a prior home for over 15 years, so I knew that it would brighten up my dark kitchen and keep my lights off during the day; I’m thrilled with the results.
It was a pleasant surprise that Natural Home Lite offers this product at a reasonable cost with efficient installation.

I could not be more pleased with my experience. My existing Velux skylight was hit with a golf ball and the glass panel assembly had to be replaced. The service from Natural Home Lite was first class from securing a quote to completing the repair. Mark, Lars, Emily, and Alex were all professional, courteous, and prompt in their respective roles and services. The quote was promptly given and all my questions promptly answered, even during a holiday week. Scheduling the work was without any hassling or waiting, and the repair was completed professionally without incident. They under promised and over delivered from start to finish. I would highly recommend Natural Home Lite to anyone with a skylight project.

We were so pleased with this process from start to finish. Emily couldn't have been nicer and so was Mike when he came for the first visit. The two men who actually did the installation were very professional and left everything clean and neat. We love the natural light it brings into our home.

I can’t describe how happy I am with my new sun tunnels! Alec was professional, friendly, and efficient! Cleaned up after he was finished so you couldn’t tell he did anything. Mike, the first guy that came out to take measurements was very nice and professional. He was right on time at 9am sharp! If you are on the fence about getting these beautiful sun tunnels, go for it! It is some the best money I have spent! Having all that beautiful sunlight brighten up a dark space is better than therapy!

We had a wonderful experience with Natural Home Lite. Their salesman, Mark, was able to come out within a couple of days to assess our options. He was great, absolutely no pressure from him on the bigger ticket items, he gave us great advice on products and placement, and our dogs loved him. Denis was able to come out within a few days for install (incredibly quick timeline!!!). He was fast, professional, and helpful. We had a small hiccup with the placement of some existing wiring and Denis was able to come back the next business day with new materials to install based on an updated plan, much to our dog’s delight. Everything was very speedy, every person I spoke to or interacted with was friendly and professional, and I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say. I would highly recommend Natural Home Lite for any skylight/sun tunnel needs!

Very professional and worked with our schedule. They replaced 2 skylights and the flashing on a third. They had to basically redo what my roofer did incorrectly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

My 36 year old Velux skylight was expertly replaced by Alex on 1-21-2021. I suggest using Natural Home Lite and never using a roofing company unless you know them personally. Call the experts. Thank you Allie, Mike and Alex.
