During a recent unexpected rain and hail storm, mom’s roof sprung what looked like several leaks. After a call to Jayke at National Roofing, we were grateful that a team was already scheduled to be in Santa Fe. Fernando and Jose Luis arrived, inspected the problem in the pouring rain. They were prompt, courteous, and most importantly, they were able to provide a quick solution to stop the leak for short-term and a plan to fix for the long-term. Looking forward to working with National Roofing for our roof maintenance!

Just had my flat roof replaced by National Roofing and the team did a great job. They were led by Superintendant Jose Hernandez and Foreman Juan Olvera. The team worked hard, showed up when they said they would, and Jose and Bill communicated often on the progress. All the guys on the team (Edgar Chacon, Alberto Marez, Jesus Avila, and Ricardo Ruiz) were conscientious and cleaned everything up each day. I picked National because they had the best warranty and Bill explained everything very well to me - the construction process took 6 days and everything was well organized. I would definitely recommend them!

Jose and Juan made a service call to my Mom's house today. We thought her roof was leaking but it was NOT the roof, it was her AC. Nevertheless, Jose and Juan addressed the problem for her. Also, Jose was able to speak Spanish with my mother, which was an added benefit. They were friendly, professional, and very helpful. Thank you National Roofing for another positive experience!

They were kind, responsive, professional, great communicators, explained the entire project from start to finish, set expectations accordingly, did amazing work and were a true pleasure to work with. We would recommend them in a heartbeat! Bill from the sales team came out to inspect our roof and provide his professional recommendations for a new roof. He was patient, listened well, answered all of our questions and provided an estimate in a timely fashion. He always responded to our phone calls and was a very nice, respectful guy! Lori was extremely helpful with the paperwork, scheduling and administrative aspects of this large project. She was also very kind, patient and responded to my emails and calls in a very timely manner. Josh was the superintendent for the job and provided us with very professional, exceptional service. He showed up when he said he would, responded to calls/texts and explained the entire project from start to finish in detail so that we would understand the step by step details and extent of the work that was to be done. The roofing crew simply knocked it out of the park - Jose (foreman), Alberto, Jesus, Edgar and Ricardo worked long, hard and sometimes very cold days to finish the (complete tear- off) roof project. They were very easy to work with, explained each step of the way, laughed at my jokes ;), and installed a beautiful, newly sloped, well insulated masterpiece up there! Jose was a great communicator! He took photos daily, shared them with me and explained how the project was going daily! They arrived on time everyday and worked so hard to make sure the project was done properly without rushing or cutting corners. We were beyond impressed with National Roofing and would recommend them in a heartbeat. (They did not pay me to write this review FYI! We truly did have an amazing experience with them. I wish every company was as professional as they were!) We had a tar & gravel roof and it was replaced with a modified bitumen roof with all new canales. So pretty up there now! Hire this company and look no further!

My wife and I met Bill and Josh when they came to offer an estimate for a waterproof covering underneath an existing damaged deck where the wood was completely rotted beneath. Bill and Josh were outstanding in helping us trouble shoot the origin of the problem and included us in the creative problem solving process. Their expertise and positive working relationship provided a new perspective on solutions. They offered repeated assurance that the issue was not as devastating as it appeared. They were not only focused on the function of the remedy but also the aesthetic value of our home. Every time a new idea popped up they assisted us in being able to accomplish the task.

My wife and I have been through multiple major life stresses recently and this leak was one more issue that was unexpected and now needed immediate attention. Not only were Bill and Josh professional, creative, and respectful but they were kind. In a world where so many companies/individuals no longer have regard for the human spirit this interaction was a surprise and a welcomed shift. Our interaction with them did not feel as though it was just a job or scheduled estimate they were fulfilling but instead people helping people. They were true gentlemen and and helpful ways words cannot express.

National Roofing put a roof on my house about 9 years ago. I called them to come out and inspect it and do any maintenance necessary. Diego Q and Bob J were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. National Roofing does quality work and honors their warranty. I highly recommend them.

My roof had to be patch do to a fire explosion. All that burning material had landed on my roof. The roof had been put just a year ago by National Roofing. Great work and material's. They came and had to put 46 patches to cover the burn spots. Bob J, Jose M and Jose T were wonderful and polite. Thank you guys!

Jeremiah T and Eric M did a phenomenal job working on the roofs with the Meta Data center, straight to work and definitely knew what they were doing.

We are very thanful for all the help with repairing wind damage to our gutters. Josh Peynetsa thoroughly assessed our problem areas and had a quote ready in days. We were able to quickly have a wonderful crew; Brian, Ryan, Aiden and last but not least, Kris, come to the rescue! To complicate our damage, prior work was improperly done, and National Roofing was able to correctly take measures to ensure that the problems contributing to the gutters blowing off the facia and destabilizing the soffetts are not likely to happen repeatedly! Peace of mind is paramount when it comes to protecting our home's structure, and our safety. We are extremely thankful, this won't be a problem heading into winter. I plan to choose National Roofing for any future needs! Thank you, again, for all your hard work.

National Roofing is a safe company. They have done preventative maintenance and repairs on our roof tops. Jeremiah and Eric are very professional. They were very thorough on their inspection. They were both on site yesterday to inspect our rooftops to prepare a quote.

I have a lroof leak. National ‘s roof inspector don McAneny, listened to my house and roof history, and after the roof inspection he gave me an oral report. He communicated clearly, was cordial and polite. Of note, he was respectful of my property, wiping his feet before entry into of my home and carefully placing his ladder so not to damage the rain gutters. Thank you.

Bobby and Diego did a thorough job of inspecting my flat roof. I received great photos of all the issues and fair estimate for repairs. I've done this every 2 years and always get quality work that continues to extend the life of my 40 year old roof!

Malcolm and Angel worked on a tear in the EPDM roofing on our house. They were here on time and worked straight through lunch to finish the repair. Their work looks great and when they finished nothing was left behind. I highly recommend National Roofing for any and all roofing challenges.
