This company is doing it right!!!! My roof was replaced by them and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I definitely recommend Chayan who works on their team, he’s very communicative and goes above and beyond with his projects. Their incredible work was also quick and efficient!

A friend recommended me to Kevin and National Restoration to repair my roof. They were able to negotiate with my insurance company within a week and completed the whole roof replacement in a very professional and timely manner. I heartily recommend them for roof repairs and replacements

National Restoration did a complete tear off and replacement of our roof in August 2024. The project manager, Nikhil Nair, did a great job of coordinating with my insurance company, the neighborhood association, the architectural review committee, and the roofing crew. The actual job took only one day and was completed with no problems. Nikhil even provided us with drone pictures before, during, and after completion. I would use them again without hesitation if the need arose.

Outstanding service and professionalism! Not only did they do a great job with the roof installation, the clean-up after the job was just as impressive! From start to finish, everything was done to perfection. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Would highly recommend them

Wow!!! Where do I start. This is the first company, in a long time, I have had such a great experience, from start to finish. Anderson, my contractor of National Restoration was referred by a friend who made the replacement of my roof effortless. I liked that he arrived on time and went over the process step by step. He did not hesitate to let me know what to expect from my insurance company - one of the hard ones to deal with - and as expected there was some push back; however, Anderson got the claim to be approved. Anderson is quite pleasant to work with, very professional and explains in detail what to expect the day of the replacement and answered all my questions after the selection of the roof color.

The roofing material was delivered the day before the replacement and the delivery gentleman was very courteous and helpful by placing the plywood and another box in my garage without any hassle. It was a cloudy day, and I was not taking any chances of getting these wet.

The workmen arrived at the break of dawn to do the roof replacement. The dumpster was dropped off shortly thereafter. To protect my plants and parts of my lawn from nails and other debris from the roof, these areas were covered. These workers are hard working men along with one lady, they stopped only for lunch break and of course to hydrate themselves. All roofing material was cleared up and placed in the dumpster and my yard appeared as before. Louis did the inspection of my attic to ensure that everything is still in place after all the banging. He also walked around the house to ensure that no nails or any type of debris was left behind. The dumpster driver came by early the next morning, and he also looked around the driveway before leaving. I was impressed with that. In all, I am very pleased with the job done. I now have a new roof and it looks great.

National Restoration replaced our roof. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Evelyn got the ball rolling, explaining in detail every aspect of the roof replacement, and was present the whole day the roof was going on. “Heaven sent” is the best way to describe my experience with National Restoration. As a consumer I’ve heard all of the nightmares about roofers. Kevin Chavez and his team were absolutely amazing. From start to finish they kept me in the loop about what needed to be done. When dealing with the insurance company they were honest and professional. The quality of their workmanship is excellent. The thoughtful extra touches were not expected. They started early and were finished by 5:00. They picked up every trace of the old roof material from the entire perimeter of my home. Finally, they also inspected their work with a supervisor who physically climbed up as well as flew a drone that took photos from every angle including an inspection from inside my attic. The best part of this experience was hearing from different employees about how National Restoration stands behind their work. Everyone from Geraldo who dropped off the dumpster to Jamison who oversaw the work displayed pride working for the company. Job well done!!

I normally don’t leave reviews but it was a must I left one for these guys! I had some water damage in my basement so I needed to re-do some drywall work, paint and flooring. These guys did great QUALITY for a fair price. I will be using them for future projects

I had the opportunity to have my new roof installation completed by Anderson and his team at National Restoration. Although, I had owned my home for well over 15+ years, this was my first insurance claim. Anderson and his team walked me through the entire process. They explained what to expect regarding the claim process, educated me on roofing installation and materials they will be using, they also informed me of GA code updates that had become law since my home was built. Carolin was there to represent my interest during the insurance adjuster inspection and Jaymerson (who is extremely detailed oriented) was my project manager during the roof installation and was there to answer any questions I might have had during the process. National Restoration promptly filed a claim with our insurer and walked up through the process of replacing our damaged roof. On installation day, the crew did an excellent job with protecting our landscaping, disposing debris, replacing the roof, and finding all those hard to locate nails scattered throughout the yard! He then showed us the process of how his company performs the roof replacement. He told us each step and set expectations. Well, not only did they follow each step, but they exceeded the expectations. We are completely satisfied. When they said the materials will be here at such and such, the materials were there.
