The workers did a great job! They went above and beyond what was expected. When they left, everything outside was cleaner than when they showed up. Right before they left, they even trimmed some branches that were touching the house. That was beyond what was expected, and I appreciated it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Mountain Peak did a fabulous job on my roof. Roof replacement is a very big project and I was a little anxious. Kevin the project manager was very professional and informed me of every aspect of the project, which eased my concerns. They arrived at my home early and completed the project the same day. We noticed a small ceiling leak in a room on 2nd floor of our home right after storm, which to us was a sign of a roof leak. We searched the GAF and chose Mountain Peak Roofing. We called and spoke with Washington. He came out within days to inspect our ceiling, attic and roof. After his thorough inspection, he showed us pictures and we went over his recommendations. He was very professional and provided us with the utmost customer service. Our leak was near the chimney area on the roof. They showed up on time with a crew of seven men. Later a second crew came and the finished the job by 1 pm. They picked up all the debris and I did not see any roof nails in the yard or driveway. Their price was very competitive and they used high quality roofing products.

The level of customer service at Mountain Peak Roofing is horrible. First they sent a text message stating they are confirming an appointment even though no one from the office called me. When I do finally get to speak to someone, they give an appointment window of 2-6. I work from home so I moved meeting to accommodate, however the tech was literally bang on my door and ring the bell so aggressive at 930am. When calling the office the woman who answered (stacey or amanda dont remember) along with the manager Washington didnt care.

Willie and his team performed a great job this past weekend at 4385 Oklahoma Way. They completed what was approved by AH4R work order and did what they said they were gonna do. They acted professionally, came updated on the work progress, overcame any obstacles the work had, worked long hours non stop from early morning until dawn and cleaned after completing the job. I am very please with them and their work and all of them deserved a company kudos and perhaps a gift card.

The best customer service, follow up and quality of work that I have ever received! My house looks totally different from the power wash and gutter cleaning and they resolved the capping issue on my roof that was causing animals to get in my attic. I will definitely use them for services in the future.

He was there step by step even meeting with the insurance inspector when he came out to the house to following up with us even after the job was completed.
