Rude . Follow up phone call- guy blamed me for not knowing what a business should clearly explain to a Costumer and they did have in the notes prior to servicing the home. He called me names and belittled me . I had to hang up it was so bad .

I called them back and spoke to someone else who was able to fix the issue in a reasonable way that made sense . I would definitely remove the guy who called and talked me to a Position that didn’t deal with costumers . The way he spoke to me was unacceptable.

This is the second time we hired them to clean our gutters, and it was $109. We had an appt scheduled and it was moved up several days without much notice. I had wanted to be present when they came but was not able to do so because of the change. I called the day of and was told the crew is not allowed to have phones on the roof and they do not have any devices for the crew to take photos of their work. I wanted to see the condition of our gutter covers. I can only see a limited portion of our gutters from our windows. We have about 40 ft of uncovered gutters on the front of our house which we can reach ourselves. The back gutters have covers on them, some of which have come off or have holes from squirrels. Most of those we cannot reach ourselves. I was not told until day of, that if the gutters have covers they only blow off the covers and do not clean underneath that would be more. My neighbor had another company do their gutters and found out that company provides photos of the gutters after cleaning. It's a nice touch as the customer cannot see the work done unless they climb up on the roof themselves which may not be possible.

I’ve been using them for years. Then today they did this to my pool. It’s going to take all day to clean this up. I will not be using them again.

And no I didn't ask you to leave and I didn't slam any doors. I called the office to speak to someone and they said they would call back. I never heard anything.

I highly recommend GutterPro, they are really pro, no-nonsense technicians, well equipped and accommodating. I mentioned about a pain point on my roof and they did it without asking any question. I'm not going anywhere.

Gutter pro arrived on time. Got to work right away. They made it look easy.. Price was good and clean was good. I would use them again.

Used them for the first time last November. The pricing is fair. The person I made the appt with is pleasant and helpful. I just scheduled my next two cleanings and will be scheduling to have my home power-washed.

Totally professional. Always communicate well, in spite of my ancient flip-phone and its limitations. Do their job quickly AND thoroughly, a rare combo. I have recommended them to friends with absolute confidence and will continue to do so. I am so thankful that one of my best friends recommended them to me.

I contacted them on recommendation of neighbor. I told them I had gutter covers at the time of the quote. I was not at home when service was done and paid the invoice upon receipt. Later I noticed one of the covers on the ground, and then water overflowing the gutter. When I contacted them, they told me that the quote was just for blowing off the roof! They said there is an extra charge for removing the covers. I wanted the gutters cleaned out and had they told me that was needed at the time of service, I would have said yes. Instead, the tech blew off the roof ( which wasn’t even needed) and charged me $99. They have not even tried to resolve the problems.

Gutter Pro did the gutters on our 3 story house when other companies did not have the ability. Super professional and a better quote than anyone else. We'll keep using them!

My first time using GutterPro but certainly won’t be my last. They did a great job cleaning my gutters and cleaning up afterwards. Sadie, in the office was a great help. Mike and Ben were friendly, professional, and prompt. I definitely recommend.

Pressure service was poor. The guy came in and finish in no time. I had to point out areas that were missed but you could still tell the job was not done thoroughly. Additionally some of the bleach had caused discoloring on the drive way. I called and spoke to Shane who initially offered to get the drive way washed with a discount. But he never called back. I reached out again and never heard back. I used advanced pressure to re-do the job. They were excellent and professional. They even send you a before and after pictures once the job is done.

A couple days before my scheduled service day I got an email for me to confirm my appointment with request that all water hoses be turned on and instructions to call the office if I needed a notice of there expected arrival time.I did not confirm my appt and I got the same email the day before service. I confirmed my appt the day of and these guys arrived and were like ninjas, they came in and got right to business, were in and out and done in the blink of an eye, cleaned up and left

On time, good job,cleaned up, and did it all in the rain. I recommend and will reuse them and fair price.

Worked with GUTTER PRO for my house and our subdivision. I have continued to use the the last couple years. They communicate with home owners and do a great job. They will be our go to company

The 2 guys that came out to clean out gutters we're great. It was cold and wet outside but they were very professional. I had concerns about the gutters pulling away from the house but I didn't mention it to them. After they were done they sent me the invoice and also emailed me a quote for reattaching the gutters. They did not try and upsale anything and only quoted additional work that they thought would be needed. I just accepted the quote because of the great experience we had with them cleaning the gutters.

I have never been disappointed with the work that is done by GutterPro. Shane and the rest of the staff have always been awesome!
