Sergio and his crew made this whole experience so seemless. He was completely transparent about how the whole process went down for my mom and I. This was the first time my mom was trying to replace her roof and he broke everything down so clearly and was always willing to help make sure she got everything she wanted. if you're looking for a new roof, Sergio is the man and LandinPro is the company. You never know what you're going to get with repair teams and as a homeowner you feel vulnerable or concerned you might get taken advantage of. This was not the case with Sergio and his team. They were clear about the work, offered to work with my schedule, went out of their way to work with my insurance team, met them and discussed how the work was going to get done. In addition, they pointed out some housework that needed to get done and offered to take care of it while his team was replacing my roof. They answered all the questions I had day or night, made sure to communicate and update progress on work and the work was top notch. I can't recommend them more highly.

They have been wonderful from start to finish very helpful they have great communication and everything has been done on a timely matter got my roof gutters and also painted my fascia complete facelift on my house and it looks great thank you ❤️

Work was done expeditiously, and any requests I made were taken care of. Did have to follow up to ask for an estimate after initial meeting, but the work was done well.

First of all this crew was always on time, always polite & their non stop work ethic except for lunch, was exceptional. Their prepping of our project was incredible re: kitchen cabinets, all the trimming & doors & our bathroom cabinets, as well as the outside garage door & outside shutters ( 2 needed repair & repaint ), front door & whole house pressured washed, including driveway front & back porch. The interior of house was so well protected with all of our furniture & wall decorations totally covered. As you can tell my wife & I were TOTALLY pleased with LANDIN PRO ROOFING & PAINTING. I went to my local Sherwin-Williams and asked the manager for some contractors they would refer. Sergio was one of the businesse cards I was given because he was considered an honest and quality contractor and that they always heard great things from the customers who contracted him. I can honestly say that I made a great choice because Sergio and his crew were fantastic. His wife Angela responded quickly and had Sergio out giving me a free estimate within a couple of days. I had my exterior house painted with a couple repairs to the siding and windows. He used top quality paints and tools and made my house look brand new. Sergio made sure I was satisfied during the final walk through and fixed any of the touch up issues I was having. I greatly recommend Landin Pro Painters and assure you he will do a great job.
