We had a great experience with National Chimney & Roofing Services. Tucai is very knowledgeable and gave us a great price for a fantastic service. He got the work done quickly and very professionally. His work was perfectly detailed and his craftsmanship was impressive. He is worth every penny!

I was looking for someone to quickly come service an older unit and national chimney and roofing services definitely met my need. Fast and professional service. They were thorough and able to service my older unit when many others would not. Highly recommended

Had a chimney cap installed in the Spring. There was a bad wind storm a few days ago that blew the chimney cap off. I called and they came out next day to reinstall the chimney cap and added extra support to ensure it would not be blown off again. Very courteous and quick service. I was very pleased with the quick response.

Besides getting my chimney repaired, I also had some foundation work done and had all the missing mortar replaced. My house was built in the 40's and my chimney runs from the ground past the top of my roof, so it is a monster! Whenever I went to check the progress of my project, Ricky was always hard at work! On the last day of my project, Tucai did the final work, sealed the chimney and foundation work, and got my chimney looking great! They will do a great job and Tucai takes pride in the quality of work his company does and looks out for customers when he finds things done before where someone had done shoddy work, and explains to you what should be done. I highly recommend National Chimney & Roofing Services!

I went through a lot of back and forth with a NUMBER of contractors in this area to get a chimney re-sided after years of neglect by the previous owner of my home. I really really appreciated the care and effort that Tucai put into showing me exactly what was going on with my chimney and doing his best to keep the costs within reason. I am very happy with the job they did and I was very happy with the turn-around time.

My wood stove that heats my house wasn’t working properly and I’ve been without heat for a couple of days. When I called they made a same-day appointment he came and immediately got to work. The cap was clogged and needs replacement. My Cadillac converter was completely clogged. They cleaned the chimney. They cleaned the Cadillac converter he taught me how to light a fire And how to use my wood stove correctly. Ironically, I wasn’t using it correctly. They were very polite, efficient in and very friendly and very free with the information to help me maintain my wood stove and how to use it. I would 100% recommend

This was my first time ordering a chimney cleaning and they did a wonderful job. I was able to get an appointment the same week and the appointment itself was done quickly but they were very thorough. The cleaner inspected everything and made comments on how to fix/avoid certain issues. He also answered all of my questions and was very polite and friendly. He took extra care to make sure no mess was left behind and even played with our curious kitty. I would definitely use this company again.

I found the price to be a considerate amount. Tucai showed me the pictures he took of the damage done by the birds and weather. They were willing to paint the part of the chimney chase which had to be relaced. Decent people.

Had an excellent experience with Tucai. He was a very respectful guest and went straight to work upon entry. When finished, he educated me on how to produce a better fire, what temperature the fire should be burning at, etc. To top it off, he showed me how to cut up tinder and start a proper fire. I felt very comfortable having him in my home and would absolutely recommend him and use his services again next spring. Went above and beyond my expectations.

The job went very well. National Chimney and roofing Services team was very punctual and communicative for scheduling the estimate and again when the work was being done. Once completed, the team did an excellent job of cleaning the work debris and roof surfaces around the work areas.

Came out for a cleaning and was told it needed a chemical cleaning and he couldn't guarantee that would solve the issue of smoke coming in from the top of the pipe. 1250.00 later for cleaning and filter, the stove isn't getting air in the fire box and wood won't burn to warm the house(our only source of heat). I will call tomorrow to see about getting him to come back out and fix it. I will only edit this review if the stove works like it did before. I could have cleaned the cap myself which was clogged and not had the issue i am today

Unbelievably Awesome!! Great customer service, excellent communication and attention to detail! Had them remove and reinstall a wood stove and chimney system. They were so efficient and wasted no time in getting the job done! Highly recommended!!!

We worked with Tucai on the repair and remodel of a chimney and fireplace for over three months and found him to be professional, knowledgeable and creative about various design options for the project. A time or two scheduling was an issue but when you're not his only job that's to be expected. Highest recommendation!

Quick response. On time. Knowledgeable. Great communication. Was able to easily explain what they do and when it needs to be done. When they were out they were more than willing to give me tips on properly using my fireplace and what to be watching for and clarify some of the terms I've read about. It made me feel much more comfortable!

Tucai was very professional and responsive over the phone. We had him do a general inspection first, fair price and he was done in an hour. Then we had him come back out to replace the fire brick (pic included) and apply aluminum seal. Again, fair price and he is efficient time wise. Would recommend and use them again!

This was the best chimney service company we have hired in 30 years at our home. They needed to get on our steep roof to clean the chimney cap and were undaunted. They cleaned the chimneypipe thoroughly, along with the stove itself. They were careful to avoid any mess with ash as they worked.

I just started my first fire this fall and the draw was fabulous. Fire started right away. Will use his service again.

I think a little overpriced, but it may be worth it to have a pro take a look at your setup.

I was very pleased working with this company. They were on time, and cleaned my chimney and the inside of my wood burning fireplace in less than an hour! The gentleman who was out on site was kind and professional! I didn't have the pleasure of being home to meet him however our telephone exchange was wonderful. I would most definitely recommend this company to others and will continue to use them for any future needs.
