We completed a very small solar project on our home earlier this year. We met with several potential contractors but decided to go with Nathan Wood's team for the job. I am SO glad we did. They treated us with so much care and concern, went above and beyond to educate us about the process and what to expect, and addressed any issues that came up immediately. Their group includes a staff of professionals who are all very knowledgeable and helpful, but Nathan Wood, himself, also called me multiple times to check up on questions or concerns we had. Nathan Wood is not only the best electrician I've ever worked with but the best business, no question. I contacted a couple of other solar installers on the island and Nathan was far and away the best option. He personally answered all my questions (of which I had many), had a quote put together based on my needs right away and walked me through the process of getting a solar loan of which they then did almost all the paperwork for. They looked after all the permits, design, planning, etc... which went incredibly smoothly. Once everything was in place, a huge team showed up on install day and had our 40 PV panels, 2 Tesla Powerwalls and all the wiring, breaker boxes, etc... installed in ONE day! When not dealing with Nathan, every person on his team I spoke to or emailed was fantastic to deal with and made sure everything went as planned and walked me through anything I needed to know along the way. We now have an amazing PV system that has taken us completely off the grid and erased our huge monthly electrical bill. We had an electrical issue one evening shortly after the install (which ended up having nothing to do with the solar system and turned out to be our meter) but Nathan was at our house the next morning to diagnose the issue and had a team over to fix it in just a couple of hours. I couldn't be happier with our new setup or the process we went through to get there, especially considering the size of the job. I can't say enough good things or recommend Nathan and his amazing team highly enough!

They are very quick to answer any questions through the whole process. Installation took only a day and was completely painless. Very professional company and did an outstanding job at installing our photovoltaic system along with a Tesla Powerwall in October 2019. First Nathan met with us in person and addressed all of our questions regarding photovoltaic systems. Once the process got rolling we had contact with Aaron who is the engineer who designed our system. He was very informative and was always available to answer our questions and concerns. Lauren, who worked in the office, kept track of the progress of our project which included obtaining permits and kept us updated. The crew that came out for installation were very professional, polite, and hard working. Sarah, the project coordinator, came out to our house and explained how the system works and how we can monitor it via an app. There was constant communication from start to finish and the work done was professional looking and done correctly as it passed inspection with absolutely no issues. Nathan Wood (Renewable Energy technologies) installed a 5kw system with Tesla battery backup. Hands down, the most professional contractor I have ever dealt with. The process was easy, the pricing competitive, and the system works exactly as advertised. Nathan's crew was friendly and professional.
