We were very pleased with Quinten and his team at Nashville Catastrophe Services. Quinten was extremely responsive and explained the (confusing) process to us, walking us through each step. The entire experience was pain-free, and even when we had an issue with a small overlooked section of our roof that wasn’t replaced, Quinten got it taken care of for us. We’d recommend this company to anyone.

The team was very good and communicative with our job. Insurance company dragged it out but Nashville Catastrophe Services got the whole job done according to all that was agreed upon.

NCS was a good resource to have while dealing with the aftermath of a tornado. It allowed us to focus on our family instead of worrying too much about insurance and repairs. Quinten proactively reached out to check on us following the Nashville tornado. He worked with us for weeks to ensure we were compensated fairly from our insurance provider. His crew did a fantastic job on our new roof, fence gate, and extensive tree work! I feel safer knowing we have a sturdy roof over our heads and the curb appeal is A+ too! I just got my roof done and going through the whole process was simple with TJ’s help.
The process was not as fast as I thought but he saved us money. TJ and Quinten are really nice and knows how to explain things well.

Great company who is local to middle TN! Very friendly workers who are with you during every step of the process. We are very happy with the recommendations and the they helped us make. I'm writing this review for Nashville Catastrophe Services for the roof replacement of my home. They first checked new codes and found changes. Others who bid did not do this. They worked with insurance company to make sure code changes were covered and THEN did the work. It was professional, on time, and many upgrades added because of code changes. This is the way a job should be done and I am completely satisfied with my experience.

They did a great job on my new roof replacement. They also did most of the leg work with my insurance company.
