This is a reliable local business. Well after a few weeks a tree branch put a hole in the new roof. Tom was here in a flash, with an emergency repair and then followed up with a permanent repair. Just an excellent company, with a very skilled crew.

We were extremely happy with the services from Napolitano. Tom (the owner) came to our house on short notice after we found a leak and fit us in the same week and did our roof in one day. We can not speak highly enough about the overall customer service and responsiveness. Every question we had was answered immediately even after the job was complete. It is clear Tom really cares about his customers and company. We do not typically write reviews but we were so impressed with Tom and his team we felt we should.

We contacted Napolitano Roofing for a full replacement of our 30 year old roof, siding, skylights and windows, so finding the right contractor for such a comprehensive job was critical. Napolitano Roofing worked closely with us to explain the process and give us the best options to achieve the desired look answering any questions along the way. Tom and his crew did far more than repair my family's house, they put our life back together. Tom was to our home within an hour of my initial frantic call as my wife and I looked on in horror to significant house damage. He delt with our insurance to make sure everything was covered and made sure we understood everything that was happening. He kept us continually in the loop of timelines and events, and finished all parts of the repair right to the estimates. Tom, his crew and his network of contractors were nothing short of excellent. We had several opportunities to stop by and chat with nearly everyone, and everyone expressed pride in the craftsmanship of their part. I now get to post this comfortable at home, surrounded by top quality craftsmanship and the nicest roof on the street.

We had an emergency situation and Napolitano Roofing came and fixed that problem. We then decided that the front of our roof needed to be replaced. Tom was on time for our estimate, gave a very fair price and did our roof in a very timely manner. His crew worked constantly, cleaned up beautifully......did no damage to our landscaping. My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone expecting an excellent job.

In the aftermath of the May 2018 storms, with many local companies overloaded with calls for help someone suggested that I call Tom even though he was based in Glastonbury, more than an hours drive from my home. I am very glad that I did!

Napolitano Roofing was mobilized in my part of the state and was readily engaged in repairing many homes badly damaged by these storms. Tom’s initial response was professional and he visited my home the next day. Throughout the project his follow up and availability were top notch. From coming out here to fix a leak in our roof in the most economical way possible and fitting Us in when they had a full schedule.... all the way to demo and installation, I would give them 50 stars if I could. We had multiple quotes and by far this was the best one and the only one that was willing to work within our schedule. Just 110% incredible!!!!

To sum it up; if I had to do this all over again, I would not change a thing, as I am 100 percent satisfied with the job!

Tom and his crew came very quickly after the recent tornado to tarp our house. Multiple trees had damaged our roof in several locations and the crew covered everything immediately. In the chaos and the mess left by the trees, we later realized that a spot was still letting water in, which I eventually patched. Tom was very apologetic about it, immediately asking what he could do, and he eventually gave us a significant discount. Mistakes can happen (especially in such weather conditions), and Tom has shown exactly how a contractor should handle problems to make things right. Very professional and highly recommended.

Tom and his crew did an outstanding job with our roof, which required a custom standing seam metal section and new skylights. The team is professional, courteous, and highly experienced. They pointed out numerous issues with the previous installation and fixed them all. They do things the right way, which isn't always the easiest way. It's also a great thing when the contractor is present on the job, and Tom was there the vast majority of the time. I highly recommend Tom and his team. We'll be using them soon for siding and interior work as well.

Excellent work and professionalism. Tree fell on my house and he took care of everything from beginning to the end, even dealing with insurance which was a huge relief! Definitely recommend. Will be my number one call next time something happens.

Update. Tom Napolitano and his crew replaced our roof in 2018. Initially we had a great experience. Over this past summer the chimney began to leak every rain storm and he has been impossible to get any response from. After four months he finally had someone come look at it and claimed there was nothing he could do. Offered to waterproof the brick for three times the cost of other quotes. He literally ignores every text or call to get this resolved. Avoid him at all costs as he doesn’t support his work.

Tom Napolitano and his team provided us with outstanding work and service, on both our new roof and interior damage resulting from the severe windstorm during late October. Tom partnered with us to work with our insurance company, provide top quality materials and ensure highly professional work for installation and renovation, handling all aspects of the job Team members were knowledgeable, extremely customer focused, and considerate of our needs as homeowners while the work was being done. They cleaned the yard and house interior, removing all debris and causing little to no "mess" during renovation and painting. I would recommend this team to anyone looking for great value, high quality and efficient work on their roof or interior construction!
