Really a lifesaver given the bad situation on our roof and how much rain we've been getting. The team was adaptable as they discovered new situations and were able to knock out our repairs in a day! Came by my house today to offer a roof inspection after the hailstorm last week. Politely told them no thank you, I wasn’t interested. He was extremely rude and started running his mouth as he was walking away. I can only imagine the type of customer service this company offers.

Our bedroom ceiling was leaking through a recessed light and Justin saved us! He answered my call immediately that afternoon and came out to take a look bright and early the next morning (he would have come that day, but it was pouring outside). Nailed It Roofing just put on a metal roof for me and I am really pleased with the experience and the end product. They are very responsive, very good at communication, showed up on time. The installation crew was really good and I was surprised at how hard and fast they worked. They cleaned up really well when they finished, which is very important to me. Justin was so great! I reached out to him for a roof leak due to a damaged dryer vent that was causing ceiling damage in our home and he came out quickly to repair it. He was very responsive and nice/professional! If we need a roof replacement in the near future we’ll know who to call! Justin definitely “nailed it”!
