After having them complete their 5th project on my home once again they nailed it with perfection. Their is not one negative thing I can say about this company! There is a reason I keep calling them back for the next phase of remodeling our home. Keep up the great work guys! I have attached a before and after picture of the back of my house that they have just finished.

These guys absolutely are the best. I had never had to remodel before and after our pipes burst, our plumbing got backed up and the hail storm ruined our roof, I was lost. We had to take our 2nd floor down to the studs. Every single room was demolished plus we had to replace our roof. Lynnsee and his crews at Mystical held my hand and got us through a difficult 4 months of chaos. Every single guy respected our privacy, treated us with respect and did an awesome job on everything they had to do. I could not be more satisfied with the work and relationships we had. Thank you all for getting us a brand new downstairs and roof. I will be forever grateful.

The best of the best, the materials arrived quickly and the work was over and above. The crew were all so kind and courteous, they cleaned up their mess promptly as they went along with each step of the process. Quality, efficient, honest, friendly, respectful of pets-plants-people! You can tell these guys enjoy what they do! 5 stars!!!!

I started reaching out to roofing companies back in July. I had some quotes from other companies to include Mystical. It was extremely hard to get a hold of him via voice, text and email. Jason acknowledged he was over worked and had a lot going on which I can understand. At the end of July we agreed to a price and a contract - which he talked me into double layer syntenic underlayment AND he also talked me into replacing all my metal flashing on top of the roof. We even agreed to have my wife's she-shed roof replaced as well. I signed the contract with the items added to the contract as stated above.

In September, Beacon (the roofing parts supplier), dropped off all the materials that included extra flashing and extra underlayment. I kept asking when they would get to me and I was never given a specific date or day.

In October Mystical finally showed up to do the job. A crew of about 5 - 7 Hispanic roofers were here to work on my roof. They tore the top of the roof and started to lay the underlayment and shingle half of the house. Thank goodness I went up on top of my roof to check their work. They had ONLY applied one layer of underlayment. I had to argue with their head worker, Luis.
Luis told me that they were a third party contractor hired by Mysticl to do contact labor for Mystical. I called the job manager who overseas the work and he came out (Art). Art argued with Luis and the job almost came to a halt due to Luis wanting to be paid right then and there by Mystical if they had to tear the roof off again to place the second underlayment. Obviously nothing was checked between Mystical and their contract laborers until half of the job was completed. I was then talked into only doing half the roof with double layer and one half as single layer so they would not have to redo the entire roof. The roof was discounted $500

They completed the job and I then noticed they did not replace the flashing around the chimney. I was given an excuse that it did not need new flashing even though the roof was inspected for the quote and I was told it needed it. Not to mention they ordered parts for it but packed the parts up after they were done.

I argued to have the flashing done around the roof and they completed it at the end of October. I then noticed my drip edge on the house and wife's shop had been damaged from the tear down by the crew who did the teardown. I addressed this with the job manager who said it would get taken care of along with the shingles on the edge due to them lifting VERY easily. They also did not remove the old roofing nails on the she-shed which you can see some budging on the budling roof. All in all I am VERY disappointed and I do not recommend them at all. "IF" you do use them, please.. please.. please.. please check their work yourself. It is now the end of November and they have finally fixed the drip edge that was damaged. I will say that Art did a great job of taking care of what the contractors of Mystical could not do.

However, I will never use Mystical again - unless it is a warranty issue. I will update this review with any warranty experiences with them.

We are enamored with Mystical Construction! Every employee is personable & professional and has a work ethic that's through the roof, beginning with showing up on time and only stopping for lunch. They love what they're doing and it shows. We are completely satisfied with the finished work, and have never been more pleased to pay the deductable. A simply world class company!

Absolutely terrible. From poor customer service to poor quality work. I do not recommend anyone to use this company. They took four times the amount of time to complete the restoration than was originally promised. There are issues with anything that was screwed into the walls, the shower drainage, plumbing issues, cheap items used that were overpriced in the quote.

Very very unhappy, and its still costing me thousands in repairs to fix the job that they were supposed to professionally complete.

Update. Less than a year after completing my bathroom the paint from the ceiling started to peel. I just peeled down a section this morning.

Mystical did our new roof as well as fixed some cracked brick above our garage door. Everything looks great and they were very easy to work with. We plan on using them again for anything we need in the future.

They are very kind, professional, and punctual. We had a few scheduling restrictions on our end and they were willing to work with us on that. They were flexible, accommodating, and communicative. Very reasonably priced and you can tell that they take pride in their work. I myself am very happy with their work. Jason, Nathan, and Nick were all very respectful and you can tell they were very responsible people. I mostly spoke with Jason and he was great. If in future I need some more work done, I will absolutely call Jason and work with them again. Highly recommend.

Great experience. Our 1st floor had flooded from a pipe burst and mythical came in and repaired everything better than before the water damage. Great people I would recommend them to anyone!
