buying a vehicle online especially one I’m not going to be able to see in person, but Mike made everything super easy and made me extremely comfortable with going through on it. He didn’t try and oversell or push it like most dealerships do but explained every minor issue it may have in detail as well as giving me as much history on the pickup as he could. Great place to have your vehicles repaired. Professional staff to answer any and all your questions you may have about your vehicles. Facility makes sure your vehicles are completed on schedule. Facility provides transportation to and from resident at no cost to the customer. Also, facility provides loaner vehicles to customers when necessary, at no cost to the customer. Repair costs are reasonable. In summary, Rolla Theels has great customer service and professional staff. That is why I purchased a new malbu from Theels, thank you, Mike. Thank you Eli and your staff for the great paint job on my thunderbird and window installation of a window on my classic Ford pickup. Wow! I love small town America. My wife and I bought a very nice used suburban from Mike. When I called about it about the first words he said were. It has engine noise. Which it did we bought it anyway and with that knowledge he gave us a great price. I feel like he could have not said anything and made a few thousand more. That my friend is why you and I need to buy from local small town America. Honesty and Integrity. Buy local for a vibrant local economy!! And we just received a dozen chocolate chip cookies in the mail as a thank you!!

It was so easy to get my car, went after lunch and before they closed I drove off the lot in my new car! My car was clean inside and out. John Hardy helped with everything I needed including getting my plates transferred over.

When buy a vehicle from a dealership, you tend to treat them with skepticism, as there's a feeling of getting screwed in some way. I recently bought a used suburban at Theel and felt a positive review was in order. When I first test drove the vehicle I noticed a slight mechical issue. John Hardy promptly sent it to the shop and made the purchase seamless. They were able to give me a great deal on the suburban and after 10 days and over 2,000 miles I've had no issues.
