EDIT: it's been about a year now and I have just found out from my county that MTM roofing did not get the inspections that they were required to get they did not follow through on the things that the inspector required of them , in fact they canceled the inspections, and yet they sent me documents saying that all inspections were done and completed I've been trying to contact them for many days now and have left them many messages and have yet to hear back from anybody so I can find out what is going on.

The job they did in itself was a very nice job it looks good and I'm highly satisfied with it however I'm slightly disillusioned with the fact that for the price I paid even at discount to find out that the people who were actually doing the roof offered to do my neighbors for less than a quarter of what I was paying.

These guys were great. We had problems with the insurance company, but these guys worked with us and the insurance company to get it taken care of. It was a big mess, and MTM. Was right by outside till the problems were corrected by insurance, and the roofs were both done. Thanks for all your help.

Beyond satisfied using this company. Our roof needed to be completely redone, and they got the job done quick. They did such a good job and everything about the process went smoothly and quicker than expected. Highly recommend!

We couldn't believe how quickly they got our roof done. The longest part of this process was the insurance. Not on MTM. Once that was done we were on the schedule in a week and the roof was done in a day!!!!! They did an amazing job cleaning up as well. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Chase did a great job working with me, and inspector. Roof installed in 2 days on a large home. Clean up was done and inspected by a foreman. Lines were clean and I watched them work. they did a solid job.

MTM has been really good to work with. Chase was professional, respectful, and was resourceful. We were in need of some repairs to our shingles especial one area that had missing shingles for years and water was beginning to rot the wood. MTM was in the area and we took advantage of a company that knew how to work with insurance companies to help homeowners repair their roofs. No pressure sales and a willingness to go above and beyond. After the roof was installed Chase did the unbelievable and picked up the nails that the roofing crew failed to clean up. He took care of us like I have never seen or worked with before! Happy to report MTM roofing did a great job. Chase is the man to go to. Professional, kind, knowledgeable, willing to go above and beyond- he goes above and beyond because that’s who he is. Yes we got the amazing gift certificates after the job was done. Yes he did what he said he was going to do. He even offered to chase down the ice cream man for my daughter. He was respectful of our home and family. He was on time. We could go on and on! My next step is to invite his family over for a bbq. That’s saying something! We appreciate you Chase! I could not be happier with MTM Roofing! I have gone through 4 different roofers in the past year who could not do what Alex at MTM did. All four other companies made promises that they would handle my insurance claim and get them to pay for the "Act of God" damage to my roof. Never heard from any of them after their initial contact with my insurance company. Alex stepped in and was amazing all the way around. Chase was very professional from beginning to end. He went above and beyond in advocating in our behalf with our Insurance Company. He knew the ins and outs of the Utah laws and was able to get the Insurance Company to process our claim. Our new roof looks amazing, and we are very happy with the whole process. When chase came to get the last check from us from the Insurance Company, he gave us a gift certificate to go out to dinner to a place of our choosing, along with a box of crumble cookies. MTM roofing is a company I can honestly say I would recommend to anyone to use. Brock, Caden, and Brad were easy to work with and get on the schedule. They use quality products and their team was out here the day they said they would be in the cold and got to work tearing off the old roof and replacing with new. I worried about how bad my roof was all winter and come spring these guys came to my door and took care of that for me. I can sleep easy now knowing I don't have to worry about that during the harsh wind and snow storms we have at the mouth of Spanish fork canyon. Thanks guys for the honest help.

Very disappointed with the lack of communication. At first I was told that the project was going to take at least 3-4 days. Well, it ended up being almost a month until I got my roof completed. I had 3 to 4 different crews out at my house. The first crew showed up and left because my roof was to steep and high. I had to to call the person in charge every other day to see if there was a crew coming out. The sad thing about this whole experience is that I really don't think they care. With the different crews that came out, they damaged some of my gutters and left scuff marks alongside of my house. When they sent a guy over to complete the final walk through, all he did was fly a drone over my house and said that someone would be in touch with me soon. This was in October, it's now January. I have left a couple of emails but no one has responded. I will not be recommending this company to anyone of my family or friends as long as they have these people running this business. When you spend 40k on a roof, you expect professionalism from the leader all the way to to its workers.

I can't say enough good about MTM Roofing. They were so helpful and friendly. The quality of the shingles is top notch. I would highly, highly recommend using them.

Everyone connected with MTM Roofing was very professional and kept us updated on dates and times for workers to be at our house. The roofers were very conscientious and dependable. They cleaned up before they left the job site each day and worked very hard.

Roof installation performed by subcontractor Liberty Roofing. No tarps were laid out to collect debris as I was told would be. I had debris in all my gutters and my awning gutters were completely plugged off.
There was also damage to the facia under the eves. It was dented and not fit back in place properly when the crew was finishing up the ends and corners. This must now all be replaced in order to have a clean uniform appearance. One awning sustained a deep dent which cannot be fixed. When the shingles were delivered, they used a conveyor belt which they dropped on a corner of the porch roof which in turn cracked the cement below the support post.

The roof turned out nicely. I appreciate the professional job done there. I was billed twice to take off the double layer of shingles; however, the crew lifted and removed both layers at the same time. I understand about covering costs but I felt doubling that charge a bit unfair; perhaps one and a 1/2 would have been fairer. I signed off on the job the next day after the crew left. I didn’t catch all the damage so now it’s mine to bear.

Guy came to my house, the rep texted me saying "sorry I missed you" and I know he never knocked. I have a huge dog that will bark on even the smallest tap on the door and he was sleeping next to the door, I was also 2 feet away and immediately walked outside. To my surprise he was in his truck at the end of my driveway... As you can see from the attached picture, there was literally less than a minute from the time he texted to when I responded... Must be a fast walker.

He got out of his truck and I pointed to the leak coming from the roof portion over my garage. He took pictures of the damage in my garage ceiling, then looked at the roof from my drive way.. on the ground.. no ladder... and said "it doesn't look like there is an issue up there.. but someone will call you to give an estimate, maybe there is some flashing missing or something.

Update to a week later: still not even a call.

Recently we finished re-roofing our home. Using MTM Roofing to do this has been one of that best decisions we have made. Not only did they take care of all of the many details of this sometimes complicated task, but were cordial, honest, reasonable and knowledgeable. When their installation team arrived, they got the job done quickly and did a masterful job. We will definitely will hire them again if we ever have any roofing work done.

We dealt with 3 techs and their crew and all were great to work with. They were considerate, helpful snd very efficient. They cleaned up everything. Our roof looks great. I would most definitely recommend them.

We positively LOVED working with Miles and Jake. They helped us understand why our roof was leaking and showed us what the roof looked like so that we could make the best decisions regarding the repair. While Jake was doing the actual repair, he took pictures of the process the whole way--so we could see the progress. He then covered everything to protect it all in case of rain. Having an older house with some unique features meant that they had to do a bit of running around to find just the right parts. I so appreciate these guys for their kindness, hard work and diligence in fixing our crazy roof beautifully. They seriously went above and beyond to see that we were perfectly happy--and we certainly are!! We will be recommending MTM Roofing to everyone!!

I have been very impressed with MTM Roofing. The bid process was very smooth, both Ryan and Myles showed up and took the time to explain what they thought would be best for our home and go over their process to achieve what we needed. I felt that their bid was fair and competitive. Once I agreed to move forward they were able to quickly squeeze me into their busy schedule even when their shingle supplier couldn’t deliver for another week or more. Ryan and his team hauled shingles manually up on my roof to get my project done faster. I was happy with the workspace they kept as well. At the end of every day they cleaned up all scraps, trash, and nails. We are happy with our new roof and ridge venting system. I would definitely recommend getting a bid from MTM Roofing!

We hired MTM Roofing to fix a roof leak in a rental property we manage.
They were very professional and thorough. They took excellent pictures and very clearly explained the situation as to why and where the leak was happening. As soon as the approval came from the owner they were there and had the roof fixed in no time. Great job and very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Myles, Jake and Ryan are all amazing! They made it so easy getting our roof complete from start to finish. They did the initial work up front with an insurance claim and met with the agent at our house to be sure we were getting what we needed. Myles was always quick to respond to a call or text and follow though with anything we asked. From tear off to installing the new roof, it was done in 2 1/2 days. They took great care of our yard/plants, garden to make sure they didn't get damaged and they made sure clean up was almost spotless! Myles made sure to get on the roof after final installation to be sure everything was the way he expected it to be to his standards and did some additional clean up. We would recommend Myles and his company without any hesitation. Awesome and trust worthy guys!

Myles and his team were great to work with. He knew exactly what the insurance adjuster would look at and need to approve our claim. Myles was able to work directly with the claims adjuster which was a perk! We then had a consultation so I knew exactly which roofing to pick and the benefits to each he offered. From start to finish - including replacing the roof - was 72 hours! We love our new roof!
