Are you a do it yourself person after they pitch the sale? Then this is the company for you….. no coordination on calling and scheduling removal or reinstalling solar panels. Be sure to have google translate handy when crews show up. They covered over an existing bathroom vent. “The project manager” said he would fix it never showed up or passed information along but the working crew They did a fantastic job. But Jacquoy Bartlett who call’s himself the project manager kept calling until we got original check from insurance. And crickets….. nothing after that. I did get him on the phone once and he said that he would be by the next day for final inspection and that was a month ago. So would I say I’m happy? Craftsmanship was excellent. But the management needs to hold people accountable. Instead of just making commission. For themselves.!

Esteban is awesome, courteous, all around great guy not to mention knows his stuff. Him and Garrett have been awesome to work with. Highly recommend Havn at this point!

We had a great experience. Starting from the door to door sale and getting our roof covered by insurance. Both Garret and Kea were friendly, and very thorough throughout the process.

Quick summary:
Positive:
- Assisting with approval from our insurance company.
- High quality Gaf materials
- The repair crew was courteous and skilled

Negative:
- Was referred to by my neighbor. Later learned that it was a paid referral and that my neighbor had concerning issues with his project but wanted the referral check.
- Took 6 weeks from the time we made our down payment to get scheduled and 13 weeks for work to begin
- Poor communication through entire process by scheduling and the installation crew. The foreman was the only member of the crew that spoke English. He was unprofessional when I asked any questions. He left in the early afternoon and there was nobody to communicate to when I could see that there were major issues with the installation. It took 3.5 hours before I received a call back from anyone from Haven. At that point 3/4 of the roof had been installed incorrectly.
- Failed to install all aspects of the work order and had to have a repair team come and correct the issues.
- Took 18 days to complete project. I had 7 neighbors have their roofs and gutters fully replaced by other companies during this same timeframe. None took longer than 3 days.

I trusted my neighbor and should have done more of my own homework on them. That is on me. I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone I know.

BEWARE of FBC Roofing!!! They are the most dishonest, misleading company I have ever dealt with!! During our initial in home meeting, Benny explained the issues with our roof and the process regarding dealing with our insurance company. He had me initial an agreement and explained it was to allow him to be on my property when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof, and to talk with him about any issues. Turns out, said agreement that I initialed was an agreement locking me into going with FBC, even before they presented a bid with the details and cost of what work they would do on my roof. I asked Benny on multiple occasions for a bid/contract and I just kept getting the run around, so I talked with my insurance agent and he advised me to get 3 different quotes and so did my mortgage company, because they had to sign off on the insurance check as well. I went ahead and got 2 other bids. After waiting 4 months for a bid from FBC, I went with another contractor, in order to get my roof replaced in a timely manner. They also weren’t upfront with the fact they contract their work out to other contractors. Sebastian also accused me of insurance fraud, just because I was requesting a bid/scope of work. FBC then around and used the agreement to get my insurance adjuster to divulge how much State Farm was allotting me to fix my roof, and then gave me a bid within $200 of that number. So what they are doing, is going around to houses, being completely dishonest and getting people to sign an agreement on the spot, with no bid that details the work they will do, which then forces you to go with them no matter what and give them whatever your insurance company gives you. Sebastian tried to tell me their bid was what the insurance allotted us for repairs. That’s not how honest contractors do business!! I know this, because the other 2 companies that gave me actual bids, within 3-5 days, did not even ask me how much my insurance had paid out. So if FBC shows up, and asks you to initial ANYTHING, DO NOT!! It says a lot about a company if they have to use a very misleading agreement to force people into using their services, and they totally disregard what they verbally explained. They are now coming after us for breech of contract, which will bring a whole new light to their company if I’m forced to pursue this further!

We have been extremely impressed with the whole process in getting our new roof set up. Peter Griffin came and introduced us to FBC, he was vey friendly and knowledgable. Garrett Chandler came to our home to close the deal. He went over everything we needed to know and gave us a number of options that would be best for us. He wasn’t pushy and was very patient with us.We are very pleased with our choices and look forward to our beautiful new roof. Thank you FBC!

Garrett Chandler was our roofing specialist. From the beginning to the end of our roofing replacement, he was there for us. Garrett set up the combined meeting with us, himself, and our insurance specialist to look at all options. It was so helpful for all of us to meet and discuss how this new roof process would happen. Garrett sent the most qualified workers to demo the old roof, and then do the shingle replacement. They did work beyond what we expected, to make our roof last for many years. Our new roof looks amazing. We are so happy with Garrett and FBC Roofing.

I had to wait months to get the insurance company to approve my roof replacement and FBC/HAVN has stuck with me through it all. Benny was my sales person, and he has guided me through the process and made sure every hand-off was smooth. Now I have my roofing specialist, made all the color and quality selections, signed the contract…and I’m ready for my new roof. Thank you Garrett!

OK, kind of a long story when I come in contact with the fbc handle the paperwork handled everything top-notch installation was top-notch, but the crew that came in to take down the old shingles made a mess and damage to the house and still three months later not cleaned up after multiple phone calls.everything but demolition and clean up, I would give five stars.

Jory Southard is a rare roofing consultant. He never tried to pressure me just gave me all my options. Very informed with all the latest technology and options. I’ve scheduled my Roofing to be done with FBC partly because of his great representation of the company.

They got the job done. I have a new roof on my house and it cost less then $3k. Thanks FBC

FBC stopped by my home to point out wind damage on my roof. I was looking to replace the roof anyway, but had no idea my insurance would cover nearly all of it. I’m so glad FBC helped me work through it- I would have been clueless and wouldn’t have gotten half of what they were supposed to cover without their help! They held my hand through the whole process and I only paid for a small piece that wasn’t on my policy (zoning updates!).

In the end, I’m happy with the roof, the process, and the whole experience. A couple things weren’t quite as perfect as advertised (some miscommunication on payments and schedules, a few more nails in the yard/gutter than I expected), but they still vastly exceeded my expectations. Would recommend any time!!

Excellent quality and installation, all part of replacing roof and shingles, et al, following heavy winter weather (ice dams and feet(s) of snow). FBC showed up in due time and took care of everything. I highly recommend the FBC brothers and employees.

FBC was great to do our roof. They did a great job. They clean up good after. Our sales guy, Jake, was the BEST!

Had roof done as snow was melting, roof looks great but the crew left a mess and broke a gutter which I had to call and request a new one, instead of them being proactive. Once they replaced the gutter they left the old for us to dispose of. They over promised and under delivered.

From my first discussion with them, to the adjuster David Abbott coming out, to the installation of the roof, my experience with FBC Roofing was always positive. All of the staff with whom I interacted (in addition to David were Hunter, Sebastion, and Tony) were very professional. Everyone was honest and transparent about the process, answering all of my questions so that I wasn't hit by any surprises. This of course solidified my confidence in FBC Roofing. I would definitely work with FBC Roofing again and whole-heartedly provide my recommendation to others to reach out to them if you believe you need some assistance with your roof.

When I was first approached about the need for a new roof, I was a little serial that it could be covered by our insurance. FBC did a fantastic job getting us approved and then doing the roof. They were very fast, efficient and cleaned everything up so well. It was all done in one day, and great people to work with. I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof, in fact I did. I had them go see my daughter and son-in-laws home, and they did it as well. They did a very professional job, and I feel very fair priced as well. A+ in my book!

After trying to get our roof fixed/replaced after much damage, we went through other companies and they couldn't help. And then we find FBC and they rescued us! We now have the new roof, and all of our worries washing off those beautiful new shingles. I can't recommend them enough!

What a great company!! From their initial inspection and recommendation, to file a wind damage claim…everything went so smoothly. The actual tear-off and new shingle install took only 2 days. They used protection covers leaned against the wall to keep debris out of the flower beds and window wells. They are professionals with a great crew of 4 on my roof. As a retired commercial general contractor I know when contractors are doing a good job, and FBC is a great company. A+++ in my book. I personally installed my own roof and wasn’t looking forward to replacing it myself. But after FBC recommending replacement because of wind damage through the insurance, I let them help me with the process and it now I have a new roof and I didn’t have to do it. Understand that I just got an ankle replacement and so getting up there would have been a problem. Thank you thank you FBC for your professionalism and expertise in your craft. FBC replaced our roof last month. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic. Justin helped us interact with the insurance company and they approved the claim. They scheduled the date quickly and the team arrived as scheduled. They busted out the entire job in 2 1/2 days. Carlos was the foreman and was always available. As with any contractor, not everything went perfectly. But the hiccups were small and Carlos addressed and fixed them all quickly. I highly recommend FBC.

We had a sales representative come to our house while I wasn't home and my wife asked him to come back when I would be home. He continued to push to get on our roof and walk around our property making her feel uncomfortable. I won't be going with fbc for my roofing needs because of this.

They noticed our ridge cap was damaged and fixed it for us free of charge. Grateful for their service and communication. I've had other roofers promise to come fix it but they just never do. This company had someone texting with me regularly to give me updates on my repair and I was so appreciative of that. I would definitely recommend their service.

We love our beautiful new roof! The FBC crew was amazing, they came, set up and wasted no time getting the job done. They were very courteous and cleaned up well. On the business side of things Josh and Christian helped us every step of the way from day one. I have never made a claim with the insurance but after our old roof took some damage in a storm Josh and Christian talked with the insurance company and adjuster. Communication is key and they kept us well informed. This was such an easy process with their help and I highly recommend FBC Roofing. We also chose to go with them to replace our gutters, they offer other services such as siding. Thank you so much!

FBC’s Aaron did an exceptional job determining storm damage to our roof and worked with our insurance company to get assessors inspecting our roof within days. The assessors confirmed the damage and the replacement process began. FBC has been responsive, professional and competent. What few concerns that arose were quickly resolved. Josh from FBC was in the neighborhood and offered to check the roof after a high wind storm. Were it not for his detail work, this would've never happened. Josh and Jake (no jokes) are great to work with and FBC took care of everything with great professionalism. I highly recommend Josh and the FBC team.

We had just moved in when the storm that damaged our roof hit. Had FBC not been knocking doors in our neighborhood, we wouldn’t have filed a claim and gotten our roof replaced. The staff and managers were fast to answer texts and calls and were professional. The quoted price was decent. The reason for the three stars is due to the sub-contractors FBC hired to actually do the work. They were weeks late in replacing the roof and left a mess when they said they were “done.” Shingles in the rain gutters, pieces of flashing on the roof, and three ridges not even shingled. I called FBC who made it right quickly, but I was disappointed that I had to be the one to find and report all the issues. I was also not impressed with the salesman who came to guide us through the roof replacement options. He was trying to upsell us on options that we didn’t need. Overall, our new roof looks good and working with the FBC staff and managers was a good experience, just be aware of what the sub-contractors are doing.

New roof in one day! Stripped two layers, new everything from the wood out before dark. Minimum inconvenience. Considerate and experienced crew. Foreman was great to work with. Really good end result.

I'm a bit late but I wanted to make a point in leaving a review.
My experience with them was nothing but positive! Karim Gomez was outstanding and helped me with any questions, concerns, problems and or issues that arose. His crew was also very excellent; they knocked out both my garage and main house in a single day! I cannot say enough good things about them and would encourage everyone and anyone who needs some roofing done, to give them a call. 5 out of 5. They knocked it out of the park!

When my wife and I discovered a leak in our kitchen. Earlier this year, we wondered how on earth we were ever going to get it fixed. A month or so later, when I returned from a fishing trip, my wife told me that she had been visited by a salesman from FB c roofing. Who thought he could solve the problem for no. We were not aware of it , but there was wind damage on our roof that undoubtedly caused the leak that we had sealed up with some tar. It was suggested that we make a claim against our insurance. I was skeptical that they would cover it. But when it came right down to it, they were able to cover everything except for the deductible. Once we got through the Insurance Company maze, they replied or they responded very quickly and we were able to get our house reroofed. In January during a break in the weather. Ours was rather complicated because we had a Solar System on our roof but in just a couple hours. The Solar System was taken down and the next day. A team arrived early and began work on the roof which they completed 98% the 1st day. On the 2nd day they really just had to clean up. And they did a marvelous job at picking up all the nails and refuse. That had come off the roof and swept up everything. It was better than it was when they arrived. We did notice the 1st day that it rained that rain had not sealed properly but within minutes they arrived and repaired the rain Getter problem.
If I were to do it all over again, I would definitely choose FB c roofing for the work. they did an excellent job. I would recommend them to to all my neighbors.

FBC started my roof work when they said they would. Right before the crews started on my roof the manager called and said to reach out if there were any issues. I had a few concerns so I called him. He listened to me and made everything right. I recommend FBC on there integrity alone. It also helps that I have a great new roof as promised.

FBC Roofing have been so good to me. I am a widow and was hesitant to trust anyone, but they earned my trust by the way they cared about what I wanted and by the way they communicated with me .Jacquard was especially so helpful and patient with all my questions. I felt like they truly cared about me and the quality work that they did on my roof. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

I had a leaky roof. I called Adam at FBC Roofing and asked them to come and inspect the leak. Adam was very helpful up front when he thought the insurance claim would result in my insurance company replacing the entire roof. However, once he found out the insurance company would not cover the leak, he wanted nothing to do with helping me repair smaller section of my roof that needed repair. He told me he wouldn't do the repair unless I paid the have the entire roof replaced. This is an example of what gives roofers bad reputations with the insurance companies. They will push the envelope as much as possible to try to get the entire roof replaced, but when it comes down to helping a homeowner with smaller repair work, they are completely uninterested.

I am very happy with all the efforts that Justin has gone thru to ensure that we are taken care of. He listened and took action! Great experience with FBC Roofing and pleased with the final project.
Once the paperwork was signed and project began, all went well. The warranty and workmanship are fantastic. I can rest well knowing our new roof is covered for the next FIFTY YEARS!
I highly recommend getting the upgraded shingles and be sure to get the Ridge Vent System. It looks much cleaner and the functionality is awesome! FBC and Justin really came thru in the end.

I worked with Jacquoy Bartlett with FBC Roofing. I was very satisfied with the professionalism I experienced working with Jacquoy and his crew of workers that replaced my roof. Jacquoy helped me understand the various roof options I could go with and explained the process ahead of time so there were no surprises. FBC Roofing is one of the few Master Elite roofing contractors in Utah with GAF, the manufacture of the shingles. My roof was damaged by a big hail storm that involved working with my homeowners insurance. FBC Roofing was able to help me work through the logistics of the insurance claim and to ultimately have my roof replaced up to current building code standards i.e. proper attic ventilation, ridge vent installed in place of the turtle vents, ice & water shield underlayment, new drip edge, reinstalling the gutter & downspouts, and even spray painting the existing metal chimney flue to match the charcoal shingles. Also they did a thorough clean up removing all the old roof debris (shingles nails etc) around the perimeter of my home. FBC Roofing has earned a 5 star review from this VERY satisfied customer! Thank you Jacquoy and thank you FBC Roofing for giving this homeowner peace of mind of having a great roof over my head!
